UUsuário convidadoGreat place to stay with its locality close to the subway station. We found the room to be equivalent to 5 star rating such as Sofitel & Pullman. The hotel provides excellent breakfast varieties that even Pullman hotel cannot match. The house keeping Ms. Hu exceeded our expectations by wiping and disinfecting our luggages, which was much appreciated after 2 weeks of travel in China. They also provide free self service laundry services, if required on level 5.
The only downside we found is it is not a smoke-free hotel. You can smell the smoke odour as soon as you walk into the lobby. This applies to the room too. It really depends on your luck if smoker is on the same floor as at times I can smell smoke via the ventilation.
For the hotel to achieve International standard, it needs to be a smoke-free hotel, for the sake of other hotel guests and their employee's health.

MMishDishBishThis hotel really redefines what high quality service at luxury hotels should be - personable, friendly, attentive, and professional. The staff are eager to be helpful, are extremely communicative and responsive via WeChat, and cater to your every needs.
My impression before I arrived was already a positive one because they helped me arrange two packages to be sent in advance to the hotel. They even let me use their contact details as the contact number to make the order as I did not have a local phone number.
Upon arrival, the packages were waiting for us and housekeeping took away the leftover packaging. They also offer a free laundry service and I cannot emphasise how soft and nice smelling our clothes were when we received our freshly laundered clothes.
The bathroom amenities are the luxury brand Le Labo and the water provided is the mineral water brand Evian. Of course they also have Dyson hair dryers. The daily breakfasts are truly decadent with abalone on our first morning and Angus sirloin on our second morning. We can order seconds of any of the dishes we liked. Fruit juices are freshly made. The barista even made takeaway drinks for us to enjoy on our outings. Afternoon tea and evening soups are also provided and guests can choose what time they would like it to be served and where (for example, hotel room or hotel lounge). They even prepared cold milk for us to soothe us after we returned from dinner eating some local spicy Changsha chicken. Truly outstanding service!
One of the things that sets this hotel apart from any other we have stayed at are the afternoon activities they offer to their guests. On our second day we enjoyed a Cloisonné enamel class in the hotel and we will certainly be displaying the fruits of our hard work in our home when we return home. All the materials were provided to us and one of the lovely staff provided instructions and was extremely patient with us despite the language barrier. Such unique experiences on offer each day really make the stay so enjoyable for guests.
I can understand why this hotel was won so many accolades. The staff really have earnt this award. It is thanks to their dedication that this hotel has earnt such a prestigious reputation. It is genuinely worth every penny! I am not sure when we will return to Changsha but it is exciting to know that the hotel does have another branch in Chengdu which we will be keen to visit, perhaps next year. All I can say is that I will always have fond memories of this hotel and particularly its staff and this hotel has certainly set the bar high for outstanding service.

LLiangzhou ShiMy stay at Changsha Xiangjiang Hotel 1968 was an exceptional experience from beginning to end. From the hotel’s location, facilities, to its outstanding service standards, everything exceeded my expectations.
What impressed me the most was the warm, thoughtful, and highly professional service. Even before check-in, the hotel created a dedicated WeChat service group to assist guests with every detail. Throughout every minute of my stay, I could truly feel the team’s meticulous attention to detail, efficiency, and genuine hospitality. This was one of the best butler-style service experiences I have ever had.
The location is another major highlight. The hotel is situated in a quiet and peaceful community area while still being within walking distance of Wuyi Square. Unlike hotels located directly beside busy main roads, this property offers a unique sense of tranquility. You can either walk through the charming side alleys or stroll along the driveway and community square to reach the bustling streets nearby.
The hotel itself is beautifully renovated and exceptionally well maintained. This garden-style property preserves the elegant charm and architectural spirit of the Republican-era buildings while seamlessly integrating modern facilities and technology. It creates an immersive atmosphere that makes every guest feel like a “time traveler” enjoying both historical aesthetics and contemporary comfort.
Overall, I am extremely satisfied with this stay. My sincere thanks to the entire service team for their dedication and hospitality. I truly look forward to returning in the future and bringing my family to experience this wonderful hotel together.

GGuest UserMy best friend and I came to Changsha for a trip, and we chose this guesthouse based on its aesthetic appeal – it truly exceeded our expectations.
It's located inside an alley but very close to the entrance, so there's no need to worry about safety. The location is absolutely fantastic; you can walk directly to attractions like Wuyi Square, Huangxing Walking Street, Pozi Street, and Wenheyou. It's also walkable to popular restaurants like Cuiyan Xiaochao Huangrou (Stir-fried Beef), Ben Luobo, and the famous Black Classic Stinky Tofu – incredibly convenient.
Regarding the service, the customer service via WeChat was incredibly responsive and helpful, always addressing any questions or concerns. When we checked in, they even helped us with our luggage. Every evening, there's complimentary late-night snack, and the mung bean soup is absolutely delicious. The facilities are also excellent; the washer-dryer combo was very useful.
I highly recommend this guesthouse. It excels in safety, photo-friendliness, and convenience.

LLee Min NgReservei o quarto Huajin. É espaçoso e, como a maioria dos hotéis agora, a área do banheiro é bem aberta, sem uma porta adequada para você trancar. Portanto, é adequado para casais. Para amigos viajando juntos, ficar na suíte deles é melhor, pois você tem uma grande área de banheiro dividida com portas de madeira e fechadura para privacidade. Não há geladeira no quarto Huajin. A suíte deles tem de tudo, desde balança até geladeira.
O serviço deles é maravilhoso. Quando dei um feedback sobre o cheiro de cigarro pela manhã (reservei o quarto para não fumantes em um andar para não fumantes), eles se desculparam sinceramente e se ofereceram para trocar de quarto.
A escolha do café da manhã é boa. Não é muito variado, mas há algumas opções para cada tipo.

點評：我原本預訂的房間在預訂前打過電話，也備註要求，但入住還是出現了問題，中間換了2次房間，但是值得一提的是服務很好，晚上我們到達的晚，酒店前台劉女士一直微笑耐心的在解決問題。早餐種類不多，我9：30下樓吃早餐，有些餐品已經涼了，唯一的葡萄汁也見底了，如果睡眠輕的人一定提前和酒店打招呼，有些房型會有空調噪音，第一次安排的房間淋浴室往外漏水，衞生巾反味，樓上一直咚咚咚的聲音，硬件設施存在問題，噪音音頻無法上傳。
位置：酒店門口有超市，離景點不遠，出酒店不遠就有地鐵2/4號線，比較方便，馬路對面有一家不錯的餐廳。
總體：服務很好，

- O café da manhã do hotel também é bom, com bom sabor e variedade.
- O transporte é conveniente, fica ao lado da estação de metrô, e há muitos restaurantes no andar de baixo. A noite é bem tranquila.
No entanto, algumas instalações de detalhes são muito irritantes, parecendo não corresponder ao posicionamento de qualidade do hotel:
- O chuveiro do banheiro é muuuito pequeno, será para economizar água?
- O secador de cabelo é ruim, o vento é fraco, basicamente não tem funções de ajuste, e quando ligado no máximo, solta um cheiro de queimado. Não sei qual é a marca.
No geral, ainda é muito bom, o ambiente geral é relativamente novo. Se melhorassem essas duas instalações, seria ainda mais recomendável.

Friendly staff. Consider how much i paid for the room, breakfast is very good. Wuyi square is only about 7-9 minutes. Very crowded. This hotel is highly recommended. The hotel is right on the corner of Taiping street entrance, you would see the entrance gate and the hotel is on your right side slightly behind you.

From the moment I stepped into Tyndall Hotel · Gap, I knew this place was exactly my vibe. 🖤 Sleek lines, art-inspired interiors, and that minimalist luxury look that makes every corner feel like a magazine cover.
And the best part? I somehow ended up staying on the 58th floor. 😭✨ Like, who even gets this lucky?! The skyline view was unreal. Morning sunlight, night lights, clouds floating below me, it felt like living in the sky. ☁️🌆
Now… let’s talk about the bedding. For the first time ever, I slept in a hotel without white sheets, and it was such a game changer. The sheets were silky-smooth, the duvet was extra fluffy, you can literally feel the difference in quality. 💫 It’s the kind of bed that hugs you back.
The shower system? Just a press of a button. 🚿 Everything about this hotel screams modern comfort and effortless luxury. Even the lights and curtains can be controlled from the smart panel, pure satisfaction.
💬 Staff were very lovely (very attentive), I sat at the lobby and they immediately came and serve me a hot tea, service was smooth, and the location couldn’t be better, right by the subway and surrounded by cool cafés and shops.

Subway station is just a short walk away, so it is very convenient. The staff are very friendly and willing to assist when required.
