As always, Kempinski sets itself apart with outstanding service and excellent facilities, the one in Changsha is no exception. Everything, from the handwritten welcome note in the room, to the quality of the room service delivered late at night, is of exceptional quality. The staff are very welcoming and attentive. The buffet breakfast selection is extensive and of the highest standard. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

My friends and I selected a lot of stores on Blue Software, and finally chose this store with good reviews and no bad reviews for the time being, and the price for a family room is only 400 yuan! It's suitable for two people to live in! The first floor is still being renovated and the environment is a bit dirty. The front desk is on the fifth floor, just go up there. We arrived at the hotel around 12 o'clock and were able to check in. There was fruit in the room. The place and environment were larger and cleaner than expected. And it's really convenient to get in and out. We always walk directly when we go out. The hotel customer service staff is very good and answers all questions. If you ask her before where you want to go, she can give you direct answers. But in a tourist city like Changsha, it can really be said that it never sleeps. When we went to bed at around 12 o'clock, we still heard the bustling noise outside, but it was okay and did not affect our rest. Maybe the hotel only has the fifth floor and the first floor. There is no noise from upstairs and the soundproofing is satisfactory. Needless to say, the service is really great. I must come here again next time I travel to Changsha!

When I arrived at the hotel, it was still not time for check-in at 12 o'clock. I wanted to store my luggage first. In the hotel, after asking the waiter, there is a spare room to check in early. It is great, the weather is too hot and the waiter enthusiastically sent me a bottle of mineral water. The environment in the room is very good and cost-effective, and the decoration style is very good. I like it, simple but not simple. Personally, I don’t like the too fancy style. The room can also play songs, the photos are also beautiful, and the night is quiet and sleeps peacefully. The next day I went to Orange Island to play and took the subway. I came to travel in the off-season and chose a hotel for a long time. I finally chose this hotel. It was really unexpectedly good when I arrived. The service was very good. The room was very clean and looked new. I quickly renewed my reservation for another night. The following is The picture was taken while walking. The ambient noise is very low. The noodles in the noodle street next to it are also delicious. The only drawback is that the sound insulation is not very good. I don’t know if the sound is louder from the stairs above or below.

來晚了，玩太開心居然沒有拍太多內部的圖，大家可以在評論區看看其他視頻，樣子差不多的。酒店位於一棟樓裏，安全性很高，有前台保安那種，裏面很多公寓，所以蠻多遊客住這，來來往往不危險。出行方面樓下有一個1路公交站，利用率不大，最近的地鐵大概要走800-1000米，這火辣辣的夏天多走一步都是大汗淋漓，這是我覺得比較沒有那麼方便的一點。周邊屬於中心商圈附近，沒那麼鬧，但該有的都有，樓下便利店啥都有，附近也不少吃的，點外賣買東西是非常非常方便，這個我很認可！我最大的槽點在於內部環境，樓上睡覺距離寬敞，但樓下稍稍還是有點擠（我們四個人，兩三個人的話肯定還好）。然後我最大的槽點就是衞生間，設計相當不科學：門的設計會導致衹要有人在上廁所，就不能隨意推門；淋浴沒有推拉門，洗澡的水很多會噴在地上，洗手池上，到處濕漉漉的；吹風機有過熱保護，吹幾分鐘就要冷卻…… 另外公寓負責的小哥哥給我們重新送了吹風機，謝謝。我們需要四個凳子但衹有兩個，也不要加，因為沒有備用的。以上都為客觀評價，順帶告訴下大家我踩的雷；笨蘿蔔很辣，並沒有多好吃；樂汴京炸雞真的相當一般且很貴；影像藝術館大家都在拍拍拍看展體驗感不好；你在地鐵口碰到的小攤，賣手抓餅那些，微辣也很辣，小心哦，且土豆什麼的都不好吃，沒熟……. 橘子洲早起去，大不了回來補覺；看演唱會一定要提前提前再提前到體育場：茶顏悦色把生日弄成你去玩的幾天，生日免費喝一杯……

當初在平台上看到那麼多好評就覺得沒問題了，親自住過之後發現性價比真的超高。老闆免費給升級的大床，一次性用品很齊全，房間有冰箱、洗衣機、空調，衞生間還有乾濕分離。就是沒怎麼拍照片，床很大，一個床兩個人睡都不擠。住的地方離五一廣場很近，散步都花不了十分鐘就能上地鐵，2號線去哪裡都非常方便，淡季能花這個錢住這麼中心真的很幸運🙊！樓下有早餐店，晚上也有飯吃，外賣能送上樓。老闆很好説話，有機會再來！！！
