Hotéis perto de Dingwang Platform, Changsha

Great place to stay with its locality close to the subway station. We found the room to be equivalent to 5 star rating such as Sofitel & Pullman. The hotel provides excellent breakfast varieties that even Pullman hotel cannot match. The house keeping Ms. Hu exceeded our expectations by wiping and disinfecting our luggages, which was much appreciated after 2 weeks of travel in China. They also provide free self service laundry services, if required on level 5. The only downside we found is it is not a smoke-free hotel. You can smell the smoke odour as soon as you walk into the lobby. This applies to the room too. It really depends on your luck if smoker is on the same floor as at times I can smell smoke via the ventilation. For the hotel to achieve International standard, it needs to be a smoke-free hotel, for the sake of other hotel guests and their employee's health.

This hotel really redefines what high quality service at luxury hotels should be - personable, friendly, attentive, and professional. The staff are eager to be helpful, are extremely communicative and responsive via WeChat, and cater to your every needs. My impression before I arrived was already a positive one because they helped me arrange two packages to be sent in advance to the hotel. They even let me use their contact details as the contact number to make the order as I did not have a local phone number. Upon arrival, the packages were waiting for us and housekeeping took away the leftover packaging. They also offer a free laundry service and I cannot emphasise how soft and nice smelling our clothes were when we received our freshly laundered clothes. The bathroom amenities are the luxury brand Le Labo and the water provided is the mineral water brand Evian. Of course they also have Dyson hair dryers. The daily breakfasts are truly decadent with abalone on our first morning and Angus sirloin on our second morning. We can order seconds of any of the dishes we liked. Fruit juices are freshly made. The barista even made takeaway drinks for us to enjoy on our outings. Afternoon tea and evening soups are also provided and guests can choose what time they would like it to be served and where (for example, hotel room or hotel lounge). They even prepared cold milk for us to soothe us after we returned from dinner eating some local spicy Changsha chicken. Truly outstanding service! One of the things that sets this hotel apart from any other we have stayed at are the afternoon activities they offer to their guests. On our second day we enjoyed a Cloisonné enamel class in the hotel and we will certainly be displaying the fruits of our hard work in our home when we return home. All the materials were provided to us and one of the lovely staff provided instructions and was extremely patient with us despite the language barrier. Such unique experiences on offer each day really make the stay so enjoyable for guests. I can understand why this hotel was won so many accolades. The staff really have earnt this award. It is thanks to their dedication that this hotel has earnt such a prestigious reputation. It is genuinely worth every penny! I am not sure when we will return to Changsha but it is exciting to know that the hotel does have another branch in Chengdu which we will be keen to visit, perhaps next year. All I can say is that I will always have fond memories of this hotel and particularly its staff and this hotel has certainly set the bar high for outstanding service.

When I first saw the name 'Xiangjiang Hotel' online, I thought it would be an older, more traditional style of accommodation. However, my stay completely exceeded my expectations. The hotel has a charming retro ambiance, and I found it to be very clean, tidy, quiet, and incredibly comfortable. It's also a great spot for taking photos! What truly stood out was the personalized butler service; it was exceptionally warm and thoughtful. On my first night, I checked in at midnight, and even at 2 AM, customer service was promptly responding to my WeChat messages. For any needs in the room, they'd reply instantly, showing incredible attention to detail and care. The mini-fridge, tea, and toiletries were replenished immediately. After my first night, I extended my stay without hesitation the next day. I'm sure I'll choose to stay here again on my next trip to Changsha.

A noite é bem tranquila.

The location is really great. Wuyi Square snack street is just a short walk away, and the subway station is right across the road, so getting around is very convenient. The room was clean and modern, with comfortable bedding and a simple, stylish design. The staff were friendly and helpful, and tried their best to accommodate our requests. We were given a high-floor room, which made the stay even better.

If I had to describe this stay in one word, perfection. From the moment I stepped into Tyndall Hotel · Gap, I knew this place was exactly my vibe. 🖤 Sleek lines, art-inspired interiors, and that minimalist luxury look that makes every corner feel like a magazine cover. And the best part? I somehow ended up staying on the 58th floor. 😭✨ Like, who even gets this lucky?! The skyline view was unreal. Morning sunlight, night lights, clouds floating below me, it felt like living in the sky. ☁️🌆 Now… let’s talk about the bedding. For the first time ever, I slept in a hotel without white sheets, and it was such a game changer. The sheets were silky-smooth, the duvet was extra fluffy, you can literally feel the difference in quality. 💫 It’s the kind of bed that hugs you back. The shower system? Just a press of a button. 🚿 Everything about this hotel screams modern comfort and effortless luxury. Even the lights and curtains can be controlled from the smart panel, pure satisfaction. 💬 Staff were very lovely (very attentive), I sat at the lobby and they immediately came and serve me a hot tea, service was smooth, and the location couldn’t be better, right by the subway and surrounded by cool cafés and shops. --- 🌟 Extra Tips Before You Stay • Check out the lobby & art installations, every corner is designed with photo-worthy modern touches. 🎨📸 • Play with the smart controls — lights, curtains, even shower settings are just a button away. So fun! 🔘 • Location perks, Peiyuanqiao Subway Station is right below, and you’re just minutes from IFS, Taiping Street, and Orange Island. 🚇 • Breakfast upgrade, not huge, but very refined. Handmade noodles & fresh coffee are the highlights. ☕🍜 • Bring your camera, the hotel is literally a designer’s dream. From the hallways to the elevators, total aesthetic heaven. ✨ • Bath amenities, high-end products with a light, refreshing scent. 🚿🌿 If you’re coming to Changsha and want something stylish, cozy, and oh-so aesthetic, Tyndall Hotel · Gap should be at the top of your list. 🌃 It’s chic, it’s comfortable, and it’s so me. 😍 I 💯 recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone visiting Changsha!

There's a washing machine in the room and detergents are provided during the stay. Clean bath towels and drinking water are provided upon request. The room is spacious. Daily cleaning service is available everyday. The location is easy to find, and taxis are easy to order. The price is worthy of the service provided. Will come back for this place again when I visit Changsha again.

Viajei com amigos e a recepcionista, muito atenciosa, arranjou-nos quartos no mesmo andar. A localização é super conveniente, com uma rua pedestre ao lado. Muito bom, recomendo para quem viaja.

Airport pick up is provided despite arriving early in the morning at about 1am. The location is very good with hawker food and cafes just next to the hotel. Subway station is just a short walk away, so it is very convenient. The staff are very friendly and willing to assist when required.
