Hotéis com café da manhã em Cidade do Cabo

O hotel é razoavelmente bom... As pessoas eram em parte amigáveis. O menu do café da manhã era bastante bom, mas acho que eles podem melhorar adicionando mais variedade. Não gostei do fato de que um dos dias as xícaras acabaram, então não pude tomar café ou chá. Os quartos são pequenos e aconchegantes, mas muito agradáveis. A experiência geral foi horrível, pois tive uma briga com um dos funcionários (Thabiso) e o gerente (Thando). Eu tinha uma encomenda que estava esperando da Woolworths que não chegou e, ao tentar entender o que aconteceu, não foi bem e não gostei da maneira como me trataram como hóspede.

O Westin, Cape Town, é um hotel antigo, MAS continua a manter a sua presença, qualidade e um nível elevado no Cape Town.Ficámos aqui por oito dias, durante um 60o aniversário de um amigo no Cape Town. Ocupamos um quarto executivo e também tivemos acesso ao clube executivo no 19o andar, com um bom lenço, cama de Alto nível. Por isso, tivemos que apresentar UMA queixa sobre a natureza rápida Da limpeza Da nossa sala no Segundo dia Da nossa estadia.A cama não FOI feita corretamente, o chão de telhado não estava limpo, e a casa de banho estava metade limpa. Não é bom para um hotel 5-star. Após a queixa, o guardião de casa alterou a norma e o padrão de limpeza foi elevado para o Melhor padrão para a duração Da nossa estadia. Nós também ordenámos comida do serviço de quartos e metade do que ordenámos não foi trazido - eles nos deram outra coisa, mas depois de esperar 45 minutos para que a ordem original fosse trazida para nós, aceitámos relutantemente a ordem errada, Come o alimento e depois apresenta as nossas queixas Mais tarde. O buffet de pequeno-almoço estava bem, MAS não havia nenhuma Grande seleção de carne fria Na seção de carne fria. Por último, a prestação de serviços globais por parte de alguns funcionários precisa de melhorias significativas. Alguns empregados do restaurante estão muito altos quando falam uns com os outros, e alguns até mesmo dão má atitude e inconveniente/viva aos seus clientes. É Como se eles se sentissem que eles nos fazem, seus clientes, um favor, servindo-nos, não o suficiente para um hotel desta qualidade, e alguns desses funcionários precisam ser retraídos. Globalmente, gostamos Da nossa estadia no Ocidente e vamos certamente voltar lá quando visitar a próxima cidade de Cabo.

Estadia maravilhosa no Pepperclub - recomendo. Escolhemos celebrar um grande marco na África do Sul para criar memórias muito especiais. Viajamos de Joanesburgo, passando por Nambiti até Durban e depois para a Cidade do Cabo, e reservamos o Pepperclub para ter um final de viagem relaxante. A localização é ótima, perto de Bo-Kaap, mercados locais e seguro para caminhar. Não tivemos problemas para chegar aonde precisávamos ir. O hotel é muito limpo, incluindo as áreas comuns, a academia e, claro, os quartos. No entanto, o serviço de limpeza deixou a desejar, sendo mais típico de um hotel 4 estrelas - pedidos simples como cobertores extras precisavam ser solicitados, e a arrumação do quarto acontecia todos os dias, mas era inconsistente (às vezes o banheiro era limpo e reabastecido, outras vezes não). Da mesma forma, o serviço era inconsistente, mesmo com a recepção/concierge sempre bem abastecida - Godfrey sempre nos cumprimentava com entusiasmo, e havia outro gerente de plantão que era muito diligente e fazia um bom acompanhamento. No entanto, quando Godfrey não estava de plantão, a recepção era mais discreta, e os funcionários da recepção não eram exatamente calorosos e nem sempre eficientes. Os funcionários do restaurante foram sempre muito atenciosos e simpáticos. O café da manhã era ótimo, com uma boa seleção de opções no buffet e à la carte, servidas rapidamente. As opções de almoço também eram boas e o serviço de quarto era eficiente. O spa era excelente, com ótimas massagens e tratamentos. A academia é boa, embora um pouco pequena, e, para esclarecer, a piscina não é aquecida (mas é linda). Não tivemos a oportunidade de experimentar o cinema Odeon privativo, mas eles só exibiam filmes antigos, não os lançamentos mais recentes encontrados nos cinemas Odeon públicos. Os quartos ofereciam vistas incríveis da Table Mountain e da Lion's Head. O hotel atendeu aos nossos pedidos especiais de check-in antecipado, quartos conjugados e ainda decorou o quarto e providenciou bolo e champanhe para comemorar nosso aniversário – toques adoráveis. Você não se arrependerá da sua estadia, mas talvez não se sinta compelido a se hospedar lá novamente.

My recent stay at Pullman Cape Town was overall very pleasant. The hotel itself is modern, well-maintained, and conveniently located in the heart of the city. The lounge area is a real highlight stylish, comfortable, and offering an excellent selection of wines that showcase some great South African labels. It’s a perfect spot to unwind after a long day exploring the city. The front desk and reception staff were outstanding friendly, attentive, and efficient throughout the stay. However, this high standard of service doesn’t quite carry through to the restaurants. Service there can be inconsistent, with some staff being great while others seem a bit disengaged. Breakfast was the most underwhelming part quite average with a limited selection, especially compared to the overall standard of the hotel. It’s functional but not memorable. On the plus side, the property offers free parking, which is a big advantage in central Cape Town, though it’s worth noting there’s no valet service. Overall, Pullman Cape Town delivers a comfortable and upscale stay with great hospitality at the front desk, an elegant lounge, and excellent wines just don’t expect the same polish at breakfast.

Great Stay for a Convenient & Comfortable Airport Stopover I stayed at Hotel Verde for just one night to catch my early flight, and it was the perfect choice. The location is incredibly convenient, and the shuttle service was punctual and easy to find ~ making my airport transfer stress-free. My room was very comfortable, and I was lucky enough to have a lovely view of Table Mountain, which was a nice bonus! The restaurant exceeded expectations ~ both dinner and breakfast were delicious, and the service was excellent. The staff and shuttle drivers were all friendly and accommodating, which made my short stay even more pleasant. Considering the free shuttle, complimentary breakfast, and overall sense of safety (especially important as a solo traveler), the price was definitely worth it. I’d happily stay here again before a flight and would recommend it to other travelers looking for comfort and convenience.

O DoubleTree Cape Town - Upper Eastside foi uma experiência maravilhosa! O hotel estava impecável e a equipe foi genuinamente atenciosa e acolhedora. Do check-in ao check-out, tudo foi tranquilo e profissional. A localização era conveniente para reuniões de negócios e fica a uma curta distância de carro das principais atrações. O quarto era moderno, confortável e bem equipado para uma estadia produtiva. As comodidades, incluindo a academia e o restaurante, eram excelentes. Gostei muito do delicioso café da manhã e, claro, do biscoito quentinho exclusivo na chegada! Altamente recomendado para viajantes a negócios e para quem busca um serviço de qualidade e uma estadia confortável na Cidade do Cabo.

This bed and breakfast is in the ideal location to visit Simon’s town and its coastline however the actual set up of the bed and breakfast is a huge let down. We arrived to find our room was not ready, once it was the place still looked unkempt, there was a bucket in the bath, the furniture had not been returned to its original locations well and the complimentary items seemed used. On our second night there was load shedding a common occurrence however there seemed to be no precautionary measures taken and we had to use our phone lights to climb the three flights of stairs to our room only to find the rechargeable light (obviously for such occasions) had no batteries and was therefore useless. As South African citizens we fully understand the uncertainty of power but for the cost and normal clientele of this accommodation we really expected there to be more in place. The meal times had been adjusted for the convenience of the staff who were on the premises compared to the welcome sheet details we received on arrival. The whole place seemed to be being run by support staff with no obvious manager on site for the three days we were there (we stayed over a weekend which I would assume to be a prime time) There is about 4 parking sports in front of the building but they were not being used to their full potential and often we had to park a little further away. Overall the location was the main positive. Considering the price we would have hoped to have better amenities and hope that the profile for this accommodation can be amended as there are no pools on the property unlike what the description had lead us to believe. Luckily the charm of Simon’s town and the beaches made up for the serious lack of attention to detail and luxury you would assume a place this price and in this location would have. 3/10 would probably not go there again.

O serviço Mais excelente é de Mustafa, que me ajudou duas vezes com a caixa de segurança, que dá códigos de erro. Depois de deixar o hotel, tive um pacote atrasado que não podia receber. Mustapha compartilhou comigo o SEU número pessoal de Whatsapp para organizar o pacote de volta ao vendedor. Não recebi um serviço tão excelente Durante alguns anos de estadia EM hotéis fora da África do Sul.Obrigado!

Pros Great location - a short drive to the waterfront and close to Table Mountain, Lions Head and the Botanical Garden where Uber will get you there quickly and for a good price. Staff were very good Breakfast was cooked very well and with good quality ingredients and a varied selection. It would be better if they had soft bread rather than the heavier one provided (althouh this could be a more European variety i havent come across before). The room was homely, as is the whole building (a bit of a British Grade 2 listed building kind of feel). Nice views over capetown in some rooms and a mountain view from the back. Room has heating and air con for all seasons. Cons As mentioned in a previous review, the room is quite dusty so if you are messing around with plugs behind the bed or tv, it's a challenge not to breathe in the dust. I think this could be a SA thing rather than the hotel itself but they only provide 1.5l of water which for a week is not enough, even for a solo traveller. You have to pay for any more. I have never come across this in 25 years of travel across 35 countries but again, i know there is a water issue in SA sometimes and I believe the tap water is drinkable (although I wouldn't attempt this as a tourist). Bathroom towels not replaced - just left to dry which doesn't work particularly well in winter. The photo of the hotel being near blue water is a little deceptive - obviously it is not near a beach and they don't suggest so but the body of water across the road is a water storage facility (currently empty) so don't expect tropical views. Having said that, if you get a city view room, the sunrise is right in front of you and a perfect time lapse opportunity as the scenery changes dramatically during the sunrise. Stunning experience. Overall, I would stay again and recommend the hotel which is in a quiet location.

We booked the same room again on the 25th. Then we requested to check out at 1pm. We didn’t hear anything from no one. This morning at 10am there was knocking on our door. The lady said its time to check out. I said mo cause we requested to check out at 1pm. She went ahead and said there are extra fees and she will ask the front desk. 5min later knocked again on the door. Says no we cant stay and have to check out at 11am(note this was at 10:20am) when she told me, I went ahead and told her this is on them and we requested to leave later. She left, next minute, a man came back. All arrogant. Told me why didn’t I pack up my bags the previous night. Also said that if I dont leave cleaners will come. I said its okah they can come but I might still be busy packing up. He said if thats the case they can help me put my stuff outside. I told him I dont like the tone he is using and being aggressive. He said hr not aggressive but he definitely was and threatened me with security that will escort me out. He left and came back(note I was in my towel) he said he left me in my towel and I am still the same( note I took a shower, busy packing up stuff in the room as we came from abroad and had a lot of baggage) he said he is calling security. Then my husband came out of the room and told him why he using that tone with me and he been listening to him the whole time! This man immediately changed his whole tune when he saw my husband. So inappropriate! And disrespectful! Will definitely will not be staying here again.
