O hotel é razoavelmente bom... As pessoas eram em parte amigáveis. O menu do café da manhã era bastante bom, mas acho que eles podem melhorar adicionando mais variedade. Não gostei do fato de que um dos dias as xícaras acabaram, então não pude tomar café ou chá. Os quartos são pequenos e aconchegantes, mas muito agradáveis. A experiência geral foi horrível, pois tive uma briga com um dos funcionários (Thabiso) e o gerente (Thando). Eu tinha uma encomenda que estava esperando da Woolworths que não chegou e, ao tentar entender o que aconteceu, não foi bem e não gostei da maneira como me trataram como hóspede.

Este hotel ostenta uma localização privilegiada, proporcionando fácil acesso às principais atrações. Embora o café da manhã seja mediano, o destaque é, sem dúvida, o excepcional atendimento ao cliente — a equipe simpática e prestativa vai além. As comodidades são decentes, mas não excepcionais. No geral, uma escolha sólida para aqueles que priorizam a localização e o serviço de primeira linha em vez de comodidades luxuosas.

Temos um lindo estadia de 2 noites neste hotel.A sala estava espaçosa e limpa. Não luxuosa, mas certamente muito confortável.A localização é perfeita, perto do pier se você estiver na mergulho/excursão de barco. Aqui em baixo estão restaurantes (incluindo um coreano e chinês) e um parómetro de massagem.A vista do Porto Da janela é incrível, Como as fotos mostram. Há também um estacionamento gratuito (contrariamente ao que o Turismo Mostra) Na Frente do hotel. Os baboons andam por aí e havia um que andava à porta Da janela.Recomenda-se que fique aqui!

Location was outstanding. The only cons is you can hear loud noise inside and outside the room while sleeping at night.

Gostei muito da minha estadia no Havens Apart Hotel. Os apartamentos são absolutamente lindos, muito limpos e incrivelmente práticos. A localização é perfeita — bem no coração da cidade e perto de todas as comodidades que você possa precisar ou desejar. Também gostei da segurança 24 horas na recepção, o que me deu muita tranquilidade. Sinceramente, não fiquei insatisfeito com nada durante a minha estadia. Eu recomendaria este lugar? Com ​​certeza!

This bed and breakfast is in the ideal location to visit Simon’s town and its coastline however the actual set up of the bed and breakfast is a huge let down. We arrived to find our room was not ready, once it was the place still looked unkempt, there was a bucket in the bath, the furniture had not been returned to its original locations well and the complimentary items seemed used. On our second night there was load shedding a common occurrence however there seemed to be no precautionary measures taken and we had to use our phone lights to climb the three flights of stairs to our room only to find the rechargeable light (obviously for such occasions) had no batteries and was therefore useless. As South African citizens we fully understand the uncertainty of power but for the cost and normal clientele of this accommodation we really expected there to be more in place. The meal times had been adjusted for the convenience of the staff who were on the premises compared to the welcome sheet details we received on arrival. The whole place seemed to be being run by support staff with no obvious manager on site for the three days we were there (we stayed over a weekend which I would assume to be a prime time) There is about 4 parking sports in front of the building but they were not being used to their full potential and often we had to park a little further away. Overall the location was the main positive. Considering the price we would have hoped to have better amenities and hope that the profile for this accommodation can be amended as there are no pools on the property unlike what the description had lead us to believe. Luckily the charm of Simon’s town and the beaches made up for the serious lack of attention to detail and luxury you would assume a place this price and in this location would have. 3/10 would probably not go there again.

O hotel tem uma localização conveniente no centro da Cidade do Cabo. Os quartos são confortáveis ​​o suficiente para uma pessoa ou um casal jovem. Se você planeja caminhar pelo centro, é bem fácil. Cheguei ao Waterfront caminhando em 20 minutos por ruas movimentadas e não senti nenhum perigo em lugar nenhum. Imediatamente à direita da saída do hotel fica a entrada para um lindo parque, de onde se abrem vistas maravilhosas das montanhas. A equipe é receptiva e ajuda a resolver todos os problemas. A única desvantagem é o barulho dos sistemas de ar condicionado vindos do quintal à noite.

A localização é realmente imbatível — tudo fica a uma curta distância a pé, o que tornou minha estadia super conveniente. Os funcionários foram muito simpáticos e prestativos, e o restaurante do hotel era excelente. No entanto, os quartos pareciam um pouco antigos e o carpete precisava urgentemente de uma limpeza profunda. Minhas alergias foram desencadeadas com coriza e coceira nos olhos, o que tornou a estadia um pouco menos confortável. A roupa de cama estava limpa e a cama era super confortável, com um ar-condicionado/aquecedor confiável. Infelizmente, foi decepcionante não haver academia disponível para os hóspedes. No geral, eu ainda recomendaria este hotel principalmente por sua localização imbatível e ótimo serviço, mas espero que eles considerem modernizar os quartos, fazer uma limpeza completa nos carpetes e adicionar uma academia no futuro.

I would like to share my experience of staying in this apartment. We lived there very poorly because it’s a self-service setup with only two plates. If I’m using one plate for something else and my partner is using another plate, I no longer have a plate to prepare another dish. We literally had two plates in the house, as if it were a hotel where they would cook for us—we wouldn’t need more dishes for anything. How can I buy groceries for two plates, with literally one spoon per person and one teaspoon to share in the morning for our coffee, and one cup per person? Additionally, we did not have a broom, and it was very difficult to clean after ourselves. We had to wait for cleaning/maintenance to come for at 10am while we skip the dirt or use a tissue to clean, even though we don’t want to invite anyone in we had to choice , We can’t even scrub the floor on our own; we had to wait until we sleep and wait for them. No shower caps , no toothbrushes to toothpaste to start the stay ,not even little enough to get comfortable when you check in ,,I don’t recommend it for travelers who land late at night , it’s not helpful at all you sleep dirty here until shops open , they run out of heaters and leave you freezing in the room , check out time is 10am so it your flight is 6pm on the same day be prepared to roam around the streets like a homeless while you Stayed a night with them , what happened to 12pm check out time and 2pm as latest ??? My partner was working night shift and had to be kicked out at 10am with his flight at 6pm ! He asked to rest for 2 hours and check out at 12 they charged 50% of room rate for sleeping for 2 hours not even half a day. This apartment is not helpful at all and they prioritize charging you more instead of availing themselves for help , bedsheets are changed after 3 days which means if you on your periods as woman and you mess up the bedsheets you have to sleep with blood for the next 2 days -Why ??? I believe beds should be changed everyday as per the room rate calculations for each day unless they mean we pack our own bedsheets for emergencies…additionally there was a construction that would grill the roof while you sleeping at 8am so again my partner couldn’t sleep after working night shifts WITHOUT A WARNING!!! We regretted staying here and one traumatic issue of plates : I wash after every meal because no extra plates to push for another day , washing using my hands since there was no scrubbing 🧽 . I felt like i didn’t pay enough to stay here .

Great place. Amazing amenities. Wonderful location right opposite Canal Walk. Could do with an AC. Should have a reception at 9 palms, not having to go to the Crystal Towers to collect keys. Wifi password should be given to guests at check in
