The Hyatt Regency Resort is a great place to stay in Guam 🇬🇺. You can plan a three or four days holidays in this place to relax and enjoy all it can offer. The resort offers impeccable facilities with incredible amenities in each and every one of their rooms and suites beautifully decorated. You can book in advance to select the rooms with the best ocean views. I stayed in Room 1205 which you can sea the whole beach, pool and see and enjoy the sunsets every day! the balcony was an amazing place to chill! This hotel is a good option if you traveling with kids as they will be entertained in the different pools. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The staff are friendly and offers a great service. Breakfast is included and the food in the hotel is really amazing!

本來是去打高爾夫，可惜來的季節不對總是有雨，衹能試試driving range。受三年疫情影響，度假設施房屋表面有些熱帶跡象，是缺乏打理，估計人工費太貴，短時的停電也能遇到，但屋內設施衞生還是不錯，除了奇葩花灑。服務人員態度很好，經常是vvvip待遇。祝儘早恢復正常！

A localização do hotel é muito conveniente, perto do aeroporto e do Guam Premier Outlet. No geral, nossa estadia no Wyndham foi ótima, sem mencionar que a maioria dos funcionários são filipinos, muito atenciosos e prestativos. O quarto era grande, com sofá e área para refeições, ideal para duas pessoas. Com certeza, seria minha primeira escolha de hotel em minha próxima viagem a Guam e eu o recomendo fortemente.

This review is going to be ”unfair” because we checked into the hotel after the Super Typhoon hit Guam and the hotel was basically destroyed. But I did want to write a comment and review regarding the hotel staff. During a very difficult time, the hotel staff was really nice and helpful and understanding and supporting. For example, we had booked the hotel for 2 nights but because the airport was damaged, all fights cancelled, we had to stay in Guam longer. Despite not having a booking the hotel allowed us to extend our stay for two more days until the airport reopened and commercial fights available again. So for this wr are very appreciative of the hotel and their staff.

Passei três dias no hotel e não conheci ninguém que falasse chinês. Durante o feriado do Dia Nacional, havia multidões de pessoas na China, mas aqui estou cercado por tantas pessoas.

The hotel was lovely! The customer service was kind and helpful! Despite a minor mishap relating to attention to detail, customer service was able to help resolve the issue quickly and effectively. The pool was honestly the top peak to it all! The views were AMAZING! I went down to the beach and therocks are SHARP and there are sea urchins a distance out so be careful but nonetheless an AMAZING experience and I can’t wait to come back💛

The hotel local has a very good location accessible to a lot of restaurants. The room is clean and the pool and beach amenities are very beautiful. We will definitely come back!

The facilities were quite dated but room was clean. I've read some reviews that mention cockroaches but I turned on the light on and off multiple times during nigh time and I didn't see one. The hotel is very close to the airport which was both a plus and a minus. Less time traveling but I could hear the noise in the room every time a plane landed/took off. There is a large market, Payless, nearby and a gas station too - convenient for filling up the rental car before returning it.

the location and the room are awesome. We have the ocean view with balcony. We enjoy as family the scenery of sunset. We also love the amenities: the pool area is good for a family bonding, there is a place for toodlers and parents to enjoy. the staff are all welcoming and friendly. The food also are superb, esp the buffet: everyday has a theme for the lunch so it really makes your appetite hype. The room is clean and big, my toddler really enjoy walking around the room. The comfort also is huge with its bathtub. We really enjoy our vacation and we really recommend the place.. The price really worth the accomodation. Thank you Hilton Guam, till next time!

因為要趕凌晨的航班，所以在這家酒店臨時歇個腳，並沒有過夜。蠻老舊的一家酒店，走進房間有一股怪味，地板油乎乎的，枕頭也是一股黴味。
