"We stayed at Bunyagard for a week in February. There are 8 cozy bungalows (2 rows of 4), each with a charming feel. Free water, tea, and coffee available around the clock. Simple but delicious breakfast buffet. The rooms are small, but we knew that in advance. The bathroom is surprisingly spacious! Walls are thin, which wasn’t a big of a deal. There’s been only one night with a fighting couple (hope they sorted it out by now). All other nights were peaceful. The backyard landscaping is beautiful and really well maintained — a little green paradise! There’s a shortcut through another resort to the beach — just ignore the “No Trespassing” signs and be respectful by picking up after yourself (the staff told us that as long as visitors keep the beach clean, the resorts don’t mind). Super friendly staff who helped us with heavy luggage and arranging ferry taxis. To dry our clothes we hang a line outside of our room and it wasn’t until checkout that we noticed the staff adjusted our amateur knots with some really professional knots. THANK YOU Bunyagard (next time you need to teach us)! One lady is fluent in English. And with google translator we’ve been able to communicate with all the staff. Where there’s a will, there’s a way ;) 5/5 🤍 We’re definitely looking forward staying at Bunyagard again!"

"We stayed in the hilltop rooms which were the worst on the resort. You had to walk up uneven and badly kept steps to get down to the rest of the resort. They were difficult to walk on with wet flip flops The water in the shower also had low water pressure. The beach and sea view villas looked amazing though, so try to book them if you can. The pool overlooked the sea which was a delight and the beach although small was cleaned regularly and you could always get a sunbed. Plenty of shade too.The breakfast was average and they supplied sandwiches between 3-5pm which was a nice touch. The food in the evening was below average as well as the cocktails. They wanted to close early so the restaurant was closed by 8.30 and the doors were shut. Service was Ok but we have had much better in previous hotels we have stayed in on this holiday.This wasn’t a problem for us because taxis were cheap and we go into town where there were enough restaurants to choose from. Try out the Art Studio Bar at the top of the hill."

Уютные номера с баллийским колоритом, очень ухоженная территория, маленький, но уютный пляжик.Очень чистый, постоянно его убирают, чистят. Ужинали в отеле, быстро, вкусно, с красивым видом. Не смотря на тропический ливень в течении суток и шторм, ничто не смогло испортить впечатления от отдыха! Единственное, хотелось бы на террасе больший козырек, чтобы можно было и в дождь находиться на ней и наслаждаться стихий!"

"O lugar é ótimo. Os funcionários são ótimos! Sempre acolhedores e simpáticos. Os cafés da manhã são razoáveis. Mas o hotel precisa de uma reforma completa! Os móveis definitivamente precisam ser trocados e restaurados. Há também alguns móveis antigos espalhados pela propriedade que precisam ser substituídos! As tomadas elétricas são péssimas! Precisam ser trocadas! São inseguras. Podem causar um incêndio!"

"Останавливаемся здесь 2й раз. Удобно, что рядом прям пирс и приезжает катер с Ко Чанга или Ко Мака(как в этот раз сразу прям к отелю практически). Рядом тихий уединенный пляж. Тихий отель, гостеприимная девушка, оформила сама нам билеты обратно на материк. Есть своя кухня (жарили нагетсы даже один раз), можно фрукты порезать например, бойлер с водой, кофе, посуда, тостер и хлеб даже. В этот раз часто забывали долить воды в бойлер. Номер небольшой, но достаточно чистый. Есть аренда байков, но очень уставшие, вилка на кочках стукала постоянно."

"We stayed from April 11-13, 2069. I want to leave a review for anyone considering staying here, sharing my perspective on our experience in a family villa. What I'd like the hotel to improve… the staff's service. The front desk is the first point of contact for guests. We arrived as the only party, with no other guests. The staff checked us in, explained the information, and escorted us to our room, but they weren't very welcoming. Their tone of voice and demeanor made us feel unwelcome and that they were reluctant to serve. (We tried to tell ourselves it might just be the local custom). In the evening, we chose to eat at the hotel's beachfront restaurant. We ordered four dishes: seafood fried rice (which was good), pizza (decent, but no ketchup was provided – we had to ask for it), clear Tom Yum Goong soup (spicy enough, but the shrimp was tough and not fresh; we had to ask for a gel fuel burner to keep it warm, and there was no communal spoon. The staff stood by the service area, but when we called them, they ignored us, looking away and pretending not to hear, so we had to go and ask ourselves), and deep-fried barramundi with fish sauce (the inside of the fish wasn't cooked through. We asked for it to be re-fried, and it came back hard and burnt in some spots. We didn't complain further because we didn't want to feel worse). During check-out, we returned the key and waited for the staff for a while. They didn't say anything or inform us that they were having housekeeping check the room and would let us know once it was ready. There was no communication. So, we told them we were going to the restaurant and would be back for our ride at this spot. When we returned, our car had arrived, but there was no communication from the staff, and no ”thank you” to the guests. (Perhaps it's because we're Thai and not foreign guests, so we received 3-star hotel service. I'm writing this because I want them to improve for future guests, as I don't think anyone wants to experience what we did. (On the way back, our car stopped to pick up guests from another hotel, and we saw staff standing there, seeing off guests and thanking them… which was completely different from Koh Kood Paradise. We paid 10,000 baht per night, and we understand the price during a festival, but the experience was not impressive at all.)… We plan to visit Koh Kood again, but we definitely won't be staying at Koh Kood Paradise. What we did find impressive here were the rooms and facilities, the private beachfront breakfast, and the beautiful sunset in the evening."

"Nice location… good service. Unfortunately the days i was staying. It was raining and cloudy so couldn’t do the kayak that the resort provided. 😢 Everything was nice. ***The bar is under-construction untill October but you can enjoy the seat around there dont gorget to prepare your mosquitoes repellent spray!! The mosquitoes there are really biggg***"

"A pleasant hotel. We stayed in the very last row of bungalows, which are practically brand new. The bungalow itself has everything you need: a refrigerator, a safe, and hot water. The beds are comfortable. Two minor drawbacks: the air conditioning is very noisy and powerful for such a small house, and the breakfast is very poor. The grounds are well-maintained. The beach and sea are magnificent."

"The resort location is just excllent. The whole resort occupied the best location of conjunction between beach and river. So fatastic to walk around the river month and beach. Beach water is clear, and even good sakat boat free for travel. The most special room type is canal view family, which can only be booked from officiial web. Garden view family room booked from Trip.com is also good, if you are lucky you may have have to river view. I hope next time I can get canal view room from trip.com. Food is execllent for asian. Free drInks and toast are nice. Overall very nice experience."
