It was raining and cloudy so couldn’t do the kayak that the resort provided. 😢 Everything was nice. ***The bar is under-construction untill October but you can enjoy the seat around there dont gorget to prepare your mosquitoes repellent spray!! "O serviço no Far East é ótimo. Basta pedir algo e é atendido imediatamente. Pedimos à recepção para trocar as lixeiras e providenciaram na hora. Depois, pedi à equipe de limpeza que fizesse isso todos os dias da nossa estadia e eles fizeram, além de trocar as toalhas e a água. O café da manhã tem uma boa variedade. Há um rapaz que prepara cafés e dá para ver que ele se orgulha do que faz. No nosso terceiro dia, ele nos viu entrar e preparou o café sem que pedíssemos – muito gentil da parte dele. Os jardins são bem cuidados. Parece que são varridos todos os dias. Havia um cocô de gato perto do nosso quarto uma manhã. Quando voltamos de um passeio, ele tinha sumido. É possível ir a pé até restaurantes. Com certeza nos hospedaríamos lá novamente."

"We stayed from April 11-13, 2069. I want to leave a review for anyone considering staying here, sharing my perspective on our experience in a family villa. What I'd like the hotel to improve… the staff's service. The front desk is the first point of contact for guests. We arrived as the only party, with no other guests. The staff checked us in, explained the information, and escorted us to our room, but they weren't very welcoming. Their tone of voice and demeanor made us feel unwelcome and that they were reluctant to serve. (We tried to tell ourselves it might just be the local custom). In the evening, we chose to eat at the hotel's beachfront restaurant. We ordered four dishes: seafood fried rice (which was good), pizza (decent, but no ketchup was provided – we had to ask for it), clear Tom Yum Goong soup (spicy enough, but the shrimp was tough and not fresh; we had to ask for a gel fuel burner to keep it warm, and there was no communal spoon. The staff stood by the service area, but when we called them, they ignored us, looking away and pretending not to hear, so we had to go and ask ourselves), and deep-fried barramundi with fish sauce (the inside of the fish wasn't cooked through. We asked for it to be re-fried, and it came back hard and burnt in some spots. We didn't complain further because we didn't want to feel worse). During check-out, we returned the key and waited for the staff for a while. They didn't say anything or inform us that they were having housekeeping check the room and would let us know once it was ready. There was no communication. So, we told them we were going to the restaurant and would be back for our ride at this spot. When we returned, our car had arrived, but there was no communication from the staff, and no ”thank you” to the guests. (Perhaps it's because we're Thai and not foreign guests, so we received 3-star hotel service. I'm writing this because I want them to improve for future guests, as I don't think anyone wants to experience what we did. (On the way back, our car stopped to pick up guests from another hotel, and we saw staff standing there, seeing off guests and thanking them… which was completely different from Koh Kood Paradise. We paid 10,000 baht per night, and we understand the price during a festival, but the experience was not impressive at all.)… We plan to visit Koh Kood again, but we definitely won't be staying at Koh Kood Paradise. What we did find impressive here were the rooms and facilities, the private beachfront breakfast, and the beautiful sunset in the evening."

"A pleasant hotel. We stayed in the very last row of bungalows, which are practically brand new. The bungalow itself has everything you need: a refrigerator, a safe, and hot water. The beds are comfortable. Two minor drawbacks: the air conditioning is very noisy and powerful for such a small house, and the breakfast is very poor. The grounds are well-maintained. The beach and sea are magnificent."

"The resort location is just excllent. The whole resort occupied the best location of conjunction between beach and river. So fatastic to walk around the river month and beach. Beach water is clear, and even good sakat boat free for travel. The most special room type is canal view family, which can only be booked from officiial web. Garden view family room booked from Trip.com is also good, if you are lucky you may have have to river view. I hope next time I can get canal view room from trip.com. Food is execllent for asian. Free drInks and toast are nice. Overall very nice experience."

"Fiquei imediatamente impressionado ao entrar! Embora seja um pouco longe do cais e tenha exigido uma longa viagem de tuk-tuk, definitivamente valeu a pena. A recepcionista foi muito prestativa, usando um aplicativo de tradução para me informar os horários das refeições e os roteiros turísticos. Alugamos uma moto no hotel por 400 baht por dia; você pode comparar preços. O café da manhã era delicioso; você pode pedir pratos com ovos frescos e café. Os funcionários foram muito atenciosos, mas é preciso acordar um pouco cedo para o café da manhã, caso contrário, é fácil não conseguir lugar. Quanto ao quarto, eu diria que era razoável, mas havia muitos insetos. Nem cheguei a usar a piscina. Havia formigas em cima da mesa do quarto — lembre-se de não deixar comida lá! Você pode até encontrar um grande caranguejo-eremita à noite, o que é bem interessante. Há também um gatinho magro, bonito e muito amigável, embora não seja visto com frequência."
