O hotel está tudo novo, o pessoal também é muito novo e não pode falar inglês, eu reservei a sala de vistas para o rio que eles me colocaram na sala diferente que não é o que eu pago. O recepcionista só espera com alguns convidados sem qualquer ajuda do jantar e eu pedi para falar com o gerente, o gerente provavelmente não quer falar comigo apenas ficar no escritório que é uma vergonha que o hotel tão bonito mas o gerente não era adequado para O recepcionista perguntou ao gerente e depois mudaram o quarto para mim, infelizmente, não senti nenhuma hospitalidade. O chuveiro não está quente, mas não queria falar com o pessoal. Reservou 2 noites para ficar 1 noite depois para sair.

It’s a quaint but new and aesthetically pleasing hotel in the heart of Vientiane. Just a walking distance to major temples and places in the city, e.g. Night Market, cafes, Mekong riverside. The room is just nice for me and everything is well-maintained. I like the swimming pool view from my balcony, as well as the mini-bar snack and drinks for a reasonable price but the best of all is the complimentary breakfast, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. Highly recommended and such a good value for money! 💯

Especially, the breakfast noodles and fruit prepared personally by the owner were amazing—you can really feel the sincerity. We were a family of 5 and worried about transportation, but the owner sorted it out for us smoothly. If you are looking for a clean boutique hotel with a truly kind owner, this is the place.

The hotel is at a really good location, only a few minutes walk from the Nighy market! The staff are quite helpful as well, and the overall quality of the rooms is good for the money. The first night I got there, the pipe in the shower was unfortunately clogged. After notifying them the issue, the staff moved me to the bigger family room with no issue. You would need to notify them if you need cleaning for your room, but all the staff are helpful with any request you may have. The only downside I would say is the lack of elevators, which might be cumbersome if you have lots of stuff with you. Overall though, I had a great time at this hotel 🤗

Great service, very clean, nice room! It was a great hotel to stay at for an early flight. It's tucked away off the main road, but the security guards in the area are more than happy to help you find it.

My favorite Vientiane hotel of all time. The service is incredibly excellent without any expectations. The staffs all are very helpful especially Tam and Na . The room is spacious, despite the hotel building is behind another building but peaceful. Highly recommend this hotel. will comeback again. Thank for a smooth and wonderful service.
