This was my second stay at this hotel. I visited around the same time last year, and my first experience was so positive that I specifically traveled from Jinan again this year to stay here. However, this time the experience was not good at all. There were bugs flying in the room in the middle of the night (the front desk manager apologized the next day and offered a small gift as compensation). Also, the soundproofing of the room door was very poor; I could hear conversations in the hallway clearly. The hotel offers free hiking poles and drinks. Apart from the flying insects and noise, everything else was great.

1)Location: about 8 minutes walk to Hongmen , a starting point to walk up Taishan Mountains. But there is a shorter way about 5 minutes walk from the hotel that led one up Taishan. Many local shops and eateries around the area. 2) A value for money at this hotel ; spacious room and clean environment and they provide breakfast on request. 3) The service by the owner and parent were excellent. Providing interesting information around the area.

The location is good, within walking distance from the railway station.There are many eateries nearby. A supermarket is few doors away. Front desk staff is generally helpful. The room is of a good size and we appreciate that we were allowed to check in early.

O hotel era muito bom, mas a coisa má foi que eles me deram a sala errada e me colocaram no quarto de outra pessoa, e a minha sala costou mais do que a que eles me colocaram e eu não recebi nenhum reembolso por isso. Ao contrário de que o local era divino, tudo o que eu precisava ou queria era a um passo.

The hotel was good. The view was very beautiful. But the heating vent was noisy.

It was pretty good, and the price was reasonable. The courtyard was quite nice. The breakfast selection was varied, but all dishes were freshly cooked. There was its own parking lot, so you could park there for an extra day if you were going hiking.

The hotel's amenities were top-notch, and I particularly enjoyed the on-site restaurant, which served a variety of delicious dishes. The hotel staff was accommodating and provided excellent service throughout my stay, despite the language barrier. They made every effort to make my stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, which was greatly appreciated. In conclusion, my stay at PAKR PLAZA TAIAN was a memorable one, and being their first foreign customer added a unique touch to the experience. The modern and brand-new amenities, combined with the warm hospitality of the staff, made for a positive impression. Great hotel with nice staff, good bed and great shower. The pillows were really good. Air conditioning was good. 5min drive to the red gate. Very happy, would recommend.

個人感覺，東平湖環遊，去大宋不夜城這裡是最好的選擇，東平湖環遊可以在這休息一下，晚飯後去大宋不夜城，開車十多分鐘，而且住宿條件也非常好，周圍安靜，房間整潔，有直飲水，智能馬桶，有早餐，服務態度好，還給升級了房間，體驗很好，衹有一點自來水是黃的，注意改進。

Ficamos felizes em ficar por uma noite após a subida de 6 horas pela Rota Imperial para descansar e ver o nascer do sol na manhã seguinte. No entanto, não havia sinalização clara para nos direcionar ao hotel. Depois de muita luta, finalmente encontramos um caminho passando pelo Templo de Confúcio. A equipe bateu à porta do nosso hotel às 4h20 e nos reunimos no saguão antes das 4h40. A equipe do hotel conduziu os hóspedes a uma área designada e aguardamos o nascer do sol. Ficamos felizes em poder testemunhar o nascer do sol. O atendimento da recepção foi ótimo. Nosso telefone não estava funcionando e a equipe da recepção veio ao nosso quarto para nos atender. Durante o check-out, informamos à recepção que cobrariam pela mancha de comida causada por nós, e a equipe da recepção foi gentil em nos dispensar. Uma pena não termos anotado o nome do rapaz na recepção que nos atendeu duas vezes. O check-out foi rápido, a uma curta distância da estação do teleférico. Seria ótimo se o café da manhã não fosse opcional e estivesse incluído no preço do quarto.
