"This was my second stay at this hotel. I visited around the same time last year, and my first experience was so positive that I specifically traveled from Jinan again this year to stay here. However, this time the experience was not good at all. There were bugs flying in the room in the middle of the night (the front desk manager apologized the next day and offered a small gift as compensation). Also, the soundproofing of the room door was very poor; I could hear conversations in the hallway clearly.
The hotel offers free hiking poles and drinks. Apart from the flying insects and noise, everything else was great."
