Well , to be honest I’m non-Chinese speaking, so the communication between me and hotel staffs is limited due to Google, Facebook are blocked in China. However, the staffs have tried their best to support me as much as possible. I’ve highly recommend for this hotel because of their affordable cost, friendly and kindness service staffs… , but in my opinion, it’ll be hard for non- Chinese speakers like me to get to the hotel when first arriving in Tianfu, and you should have proper instructions for guests how to book transfer shuttle service easily, using translate app… in order to get more convenient. Mingle Hotel is located in a small local town, Jian Yang. Choose this, mainly for the hotel/airport transfers as my departing flight is from Tianfu International Airport. On the return leg from Tibet and an overnight train, Lhasa-Xining, fly Xining-Chengdu on the same day, all I want is a quick shower and comfortable bed in a quiet room. Driver Mr Hu, who is also the boss of the hotel, picked me up from the airport and merely a short drive to the hotel 🙏. The next morning is a market day, and the little town was alive. For those not fuzzy and willing to try, there are small, clean entries within walking distance. When I was too lazy to walk, the friendly ladies at the front desk helped to order delivery, and I loved the grilled chicken leg 🥰 I'd consider transportation to downtown chengdu rather convenient as one of the Mr Hu, will be on standby to ferry pax. On day 2, when I wanted to visit downtown chengdu, Mr Hu sent me to the airport, and there are airport buses and metro going direct to various locations. After my sightseeing, I texted Mr Hu before boarding the bus so he could estimate a time to pick me up from the airport. Journey from airport to downtown is around 1.5 hours. As a tourist, I enjoyed the bus ride as part of my sightseeing itineraries.

Excellent service. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I don't speak Chinese so we communicated with wechat which translates for me. I needed some extra toilet paper and this was sent to the room almost immediately by robot service. I was at the hotel for 12 hours as a stopover between flights while in transit and I had no complaints. All my requests were handled quickly and efficiently. I will be going to TFU again and this hotel is absolutely wonderful for my needs. I photographed the breakfast that was available in the buffet section.

The value for money is incredible. For such a low price, they offer free pick-up and drop-off, and the service is great. What more could you ask for near the airport at this price? I highly recommend it and will definitely stay here again for my next layover in Chengdu. **Facilities:** Very new, and the soundproofing is excellent. **Hygiene:** Clean, and they even provide disposable toilet seat covers, which is reassuring. **Environment:** The street is lively, but the room is quiet. Local fruits are very cheap nearby. **Service:** Very enthusiastic, and the free pick-up and drop-off are a huge bonus.

Este hotel tem uma localização excelente, perto do aeroporto, a apenas meia hora de distância, e oferece traslados para o aeroporto. O hotel dispõe de instalações completas, e os quartos são mobiliados de forma simples, mas confortável, com edredons macios e confortáveis. O café da manhã também é preparado diariamente, nutritivo e saudável, e inclui legumes em conserva de Sichuan que combinam perfeitamente com arroz! Toda a equipe é simpática e prestativa. Recomendo muito a estadia aqui.

Positive - Overall a very nice hotel with spacious/luxurious rooms and ideal location if you are in transit or need to be close to the airport - Breakfast was amazing (11/10) - There is a nice (bit more western) cafe (open until 21:00 I think) and a supermarket - The facilities such as the swimming pool (make sure to check opening hours!) and the fitness are a big bonus! Very nice and tidy. Negative - Difficult communication with hotel people. 1) They did not find my booking and acted like they did not know trip.com (?!) even though in the hotel room itself there was an advertisment on trip.com (lol). 2) They also told me that swimming was not included in my reservation and I had to pay extra. I had to reach out to trip.com and luckily everything got sorted because it should have been included… Shout out to the customer service of trip.com who resolved this matter quicky and professionally 3) I got a smoking room even though I reserved a non smoking. But honestly at this point and due to high difficulty of communication you have to choose your battles. (I think the issues summed up were due to the fact that they did not find my reservation…) 4) When I wanted to ask where the swimming pool was (since no english speaking people you did not really get information on these things - you have to figure it out yourself), some people were cutting the line and even when I just let it be and waited patiently another person just moved me aside. Hotel people did nothing but honestly this was the least issue of all. 5) at the end of my trip they were probably were so fed up with this foreigner (aka me) that they were not friendly at the check out. - Very bad wifi (you maybe can check your emails or use basic apps but the network is weak protected).

New modern hotel near airport that accept foreign tourists. Staffs are helpful & friendly. Need to confirm the shuttle bus with reception for pick up or departure, if you miss the time must re-call. Room is clean and spacious for family or 3 pax. Bed very comfortable. There's usb ports for charging, so convenient. Water pressure strong and water hot enough during winter. We didn't manage to take breakfast, but reception provide simple take away breakfast. There are stalls opposite the road for dinner. Hotel also have a small convience store. Since its a new location, not much place to walk around.

Quando EU voava de Moscovo para Nha Trang, EU tinha UMA transferência para Chengdu. Eu tinha certeza que a companhia aérea tinha reservado um quarto para mim no momento Da transferência. Mas ninguém me conheceu e não me ajudou a encontrar um representante e, literalmente, por erro, cheguei a este hotel de Derunda em Chengdu. O pessoal do hotel tentou me ajudar, explicando que não tenho reservas do transportador aéreo e se quiser ficar, tenho que pagar.Não tive dinheiro suficiente, e o cartão não funciona Na China, estava confuso. Mas UMA garota que trabalhava EM um hotel mostrou-me um BOM favor e UMA Grande paciência para ajudar.Usei a aplicação de tradução e o MEU coração.Ela me ajudou a calmar e encontrar a solução certa. Minha filha reservava um quarto online neste hotel e pagou por isso com um cartão online. Assim, tive a capacidade de passar o tempo confortavelmente neste hotel, um quarto muito bonito e confortável, e UMA cama incrivelmente grande e confortável me permitiu dormir depois de um longo voo. Ideal para quem precisa pernoitar em escala no Aeroporto de Tianfu. Inicialmente, pensei em passar a noite no aeroporto. Mas, ao chegar em Tianfu às 22h, e achando que ainda era cedo, quis levar as crianças para comer um churrasco. Pegamos um táxi para um lanche noturno e, de última hora, reservamos este hotel. Pedimos que o hotel nos buscasse no local do lanche, mas não aceitaram, então pegamos outro táxi para fazer o check-in. **Instalações:** O hotel é de gestão própria, com vários prédios e é bem espaçoso (conforme visto no vídeo). No entanto, não é tão imponente/luxuoso quanto as fotos do Ctrip sugerem. O quarto atendeu às necessidades básicas; a cama era muito confortável, proporcionando uma excelente noite de sono. **Localização:** Fica entre o Aeroporto de Tianfu e a rua dos restaurantes de lanche noturno, portanto, em uma posição conveniente. **Serviço de Transfer (Aeroporto Internacional de Tianfu):** O hotel oferece serviços de busca e entrega no aeroporto. Utilizamos o serviço de entrega, que foi pontual e muito prático devido à curta distância. O motorista foi excelente.

Because we were going to land at Chengdu Tianfu Airport at 10 p.m., we decided to stay at a hotel near the airport that offered airport pick-up service and a small breakfast (bread and milk). Communication with the hotel was quite good. We were picked up on time, with a spacious vehicle, and they also picked up two more people near the MRT station. The drive to the hotel was very winding, uphill, and there were no streetlights, so it was pretty dark—we relied entirely on the car’s headlights. At first it felt a bit scary, but after about 15 minutes we arrived at the lobby for check-in. It turned out that the lobby was only for checking in; to get to the rooms we had to be driven again. Since it was late and there wasn’t enough lighting, the driver escorted us right to the front of our room. After a one-minute walk, we reached the door, turned on the lights, and we absolutely loved the room. There was 1 double bed and 1 single bed, plenty of power outlets, a separate toilet and shower, clean, tidy, no odor, a kettle, complete toiletries, and a heating AC that made us sleep very well. In the morning it was drizzling a bit, and outside it turned out to be really beautiful. This hotel is really great. If it weren’t so far from the city, I would want to stay longer. But if I go to Chengdu again, I will definitely stay longer at this hotel—first to visit the Panda Base and Dujiangyan, then afterwards return to the city. Because the distance from this hotel to Chengdu city is about 1 hour by Didi. But if you only need a short stay for an early flight, it’s highly recommended
