The value for money is incredible. For such a low price, they offer free pick-up and drop-off, and the service is great. What more could you ask for near the airport at this price? I highly recommend it and will definitely stay here again for my next layover in Chengdu. **Facilities:** Very new, and the soundproofing is excellent. **Hygiene:** Clean, and they even provide disposable toilet seat covers, which is reassuring. **Environment:** The street is lively, but the room is quiet. Local fruits are very cheap nearby. **Service:** Very enthusiastic, and the free pick-up and drop-off are a huge bonus.

Este hotel tem uma localização excelente, perto do aeroporto, a apenas meia hora de distância, e oferece traslados para o aeroporto. O hotel dispõe de instalações completas, e os quartos são mobiliados de forma simples, mas confortável, com edredons macios e confortáveis. O café da manhã também é preparado diariamente, nutritivo e saudável, e inclui legumes em conserva de Sichuan que combinam perfeitamente com arroz! Toda a equipe é simpática e prestativa. Recomendo muito a estadia aqui.

Durante uma escala recente, fiquei no Orange Hotel, que fica bem perto do ibis e do Holiday Inn. Para minha segunda parada, eu planejava voltar ao Orange Hotel, mas depois de ler as avaliações positivas do Ibis, decidi experimentar — e estou muito feliz por ter feito isso. Embora o Orange Hotel certamente tenha a vantagem em termos de características físicas — quartos mais espaçosos e uma estrutura um pouco mais moderna — o Ibis realmente me impressionou com seu serviço excepcional. Mesmo antes da nossa chegada, a equipe entrou em contato para verificar se precisávamos de traslado do aeroporto, e tudo foi organizado perfeitamente. No dia da partida, eles nos ligaram gentilmente para nos lembrar de nos prepararmos para o traslado do aeroporto, e a equipe da recepção se superou, ajudando até a empurrar nossa bagagem até o ônibus. Eles também foram rápidos em ajudar a resolver todos os problemas que enfrentamos durante a nossa estadia. É esse nível de cuidado e atenção genuínos que tornou a nossa estadia um pouco mais especial. Continuem com o bom trabalho 👏.

It was an OK hotel for the price. The free transfers are a little chaotic, but work (they use several local vans to all the hotels in the area)... It is around 10 minutes from the terminal... The rooms are very basic, but also very fair for the price of 元102... The rooms had all the basic amenities... A good option between flights

The room was simple and enough for just an overnight stay and the affordable price, but honestly due to the poor service attitude I would not come back and would rather pay a bit extra to stay elsewhere with better service. At the end of my trip, I stayed at a different airport hotel for about ¥15 more and it was much newer and with patient, great service. I came in at around midnight and called to request a transfer to the hotel, but the woman who picked up was a bit rude. I did not fully understand something she said while figuring out where I should meet the driver because I'm not a Chinese national (although | speak fluent mandarin), and she said ”how could you not understand something so simple?” Saying this to someone who is not a local at a hotel for a huge international airport really rubbed me the wrong way. I ended up not arriving at the hotel until 1am due to confusion about the pickup location and the driver returning back to the airport halfway through our drive AWAY from the airport to pick up someone else and honestly regret not just calling a didi. On my way out the next morning, someone came to the room 20 minutes before my arranged transfer time to make sure I was awake, which was nice. Then he came again 5 minutes before the transfer time to rush me, and even said ”if you're not ready I'll just take the others first and come back to get you. It will only take 2-3 minutes” I was literally putting on my shoes on my way out. I was not late at all but for some reason he rushed me like I was delaying everyone else and was inconveniencing them. The two others were headed to the airport so it definitely would have taken him much longer than 2-3 minutes to come back to get me. I assured him I was just about ready and arrived to the lobby in time for my arranged transfer time. I always try to be understanding and patient especially when I stay at budget places but honestly these types of interactions are much less tolerable when it happened twice in my literally less than 10 hours there, on top of air travel already being stressful and exhausting.

Conveniently located near the airport. The hotel provides return rides to and from the airport. The room is clean, bed is comfortable, bed sheets, towels are fluffy and clean, water pressure is strong. Meets all my requirements for a night stay as the flight arrives late. Overall, I am happy and recommend for those who needs a quick rest near the airport.

O check-in foi rápido e atencioso, e eles até me deram um upgrade de quarto. O quarto estava limpo e organizado, com um design simples, porém elegante, todas as comodidades necessárias, e a roupa de cama macia e confortável garantiu uma ótima noite de sono. O café da manhã era excelente, com opções chinesas e ocidentais, e a comida estava deliciosa. A localização também era muito conveniente, com fácil acesso a restaurantes e lojas nas proximidades. Com certeza, escolherei este hotel novamente na próxima vez!

Fiquei aqui por uma noite durante a conexão de voos. Eu deveria fazer a reserva do transfer do aeroporto por telefone, mas como não falo chinês e não tenho um cartão SIM que possa fazer ligações, perguntei se poderiam entrar em contato comigo via chat, mas eles não não respondo muito bem. ...Pensei ter recebido uma resposta, mas então disse: ”Não temos funcionários que falem japonês ou inglês. É possível se comunicar?” um aplicativo de tradução, mas as respostas pararam novamente... Quando liguei para a recepção do hotel onde fiquei antes, fui informado que eles não ofereciam serviço de transporte para o aeroporto, portanto, faça uma reserva em outro hotel. Eu estava muito ocupado tentando encontrar um novo hotel, então acabei pegando um táxi no aeroporto. Quando cheguei ao hotel e o encontrei diretamente, ele foi muito gentil e percebi que não respondeu porque estava preocupado com a comunicação. Fui transportado do hotel para o aeroporto pela manhã sem problemas. O interior do hotel era muito limpo e espaçoso, então fiquei muito satisfeito! Havia muitas lojas na área, então eu queria dar uma volta se tivesse tempo. Foram cerca de 15 minutos de carro até o aeroporto.

I booked this hotel because i had an early flight. The room was really nice and clean. The receptionist spoke english and helped with everything. In the morning they even arranged transport for us for free to the airport and the breakfast was also nice. In the end i would really like to appreciate the hotel staff as we forgot some stuff at the hotel which when we contacted them they parcelled to us in shanghai. Overall the experience was great and i would highly recommend.

This is not a holiday inn/holiday inn express, (the chain) even though that’s the name. Other than that it’s a fine hotel. They offered free airport pickup service, and were very friendly in helping us. The hotel is in a very remote location, 20 minutes away from the airport. It’s in a beautiful setting in the countryside, and we could hear birds and chickens outside the window. The lobby is a bit sp****, and the bathroom is small, but it worked for us after getting in late at night.
