I had an amazing experience at the hotel! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm and friendly staff who went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Gorgeous, sumptuous hotel! We spent 10 fab nights here and even in bad weather we could sit in the most fabulous hotel bar and read and relax. Beds are good and the design of the place is just a feast for the eyes! It is a little way out of the main town - about 1km but there is a free bus every half hour N11 although it ends at 7.30pm. We never found any problem getting a taxi back up later in the evening. Loved the pool area and the attendants brought lovely lunches and cocktails on request. We are twice in the restaurant which was exceptional and the one breakfast we had was extensive and lovely too! All of the staff were focused on giving great customer service! Just lovely really and would definitely return.

The staff were warm, friendly and very helpful. The restaurant is great - we ate there for two of the five evenings we stayed at the hotel, and the meals were fabulous (the best Kouign Amman on the planet - must be a Breton chef!) The location is perfect for the beach and the old town. However, although the standard of cleanliness was excellent, the hotel rooms need a bit of TLC - very small bathrooms with no space to hang towels up properly, slightly shabby and in need of attention in some areas (broken washing line in ours), and the rooms were very small. There is only one small lift and it's very slow, so we used the stairs a lot - but the staircase obviously isn't considered a priority in terms of comfort - the carpets are very old and shabby, there was spare furniture piled up on the first floor, and it smelled a little musty. So overall, although we liked the hotel and would stay here again based on the staff, the restaurant and the location, I would say it's over-priced in terms of the rooms and bathrooms.

Renewed facilities. Attention to the public only until 19:00. Good location near the centre and the beach. However, we had an important incident with the lift. The lift has no overweight sensor. The lift has stopped between two floors. The hotel is a very good place to stay in the hotel. We call the alarm: A maintenance staffer (better bad than it was 17 h. because otherwise no one would come) told us he was calling the technician and he was not entitled to do anything! . We waited half an hour. There was no telephone coverage inside nor. We were waiting for 8 people as ”sardines in lata” to arrive the technical desire. The hotel was a very good place to stay in the city. The first time this happened, we were told, so you should review the protocols of that service, update the installation mechanisms and change the OTIS assistance service. . The rest of the stay, suitable.

Beautiful stay as always. Lovely friendly and helpful staff. Spotlessly clean. Tasty breakfast with nice sweet treats. Perhaps a little fried bacon to accompany the egg might be nice. Comfortable bedroom maybe softer pillows if possible. Some rooms have balconies and I recommend this sort of room. Bathroom well equipped with supplies and a suitable shower. A free safe in bedroom and the use of a kettle for hot drinks. Hotel is situated in a beautiful avenue with a bus stop and beautiful church next door. Very close to the beach and center of Biarritz. We will be back.

First stay in a residence of Lagrange. We really enjoyed the residence the patios of Eugénie in biarritz. The hotel is very well located near the city centre, beach, ******, shops, bus .... I recommend taking the imperative parking in biarritz. The apartment is spacious, very well equipped, clean, only a small bemol a shower would be pleasant in the place or in addition to the bathroom and a nespresso would be expected in a prestigious residence. The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable and is very comfortable.

Great find. Close to the beach and nearby parking. Small room with even smaller bathroom (knees nearly touched wall when on the loo). Comfy bed and a glimpse of the sea from our room which was a bonus. Nice touch nespresso machine. Fantastic choice at breakfast, fruits, croissants, pastries, salmon. Will certainly stay again

This is a truly wonderful hotel. The team, led me M Charles Siraut, is just brilliant. Nothing is too much trouble, everything is done with a smile, the hotel is stunning, perfectly located, unbelievably peaceful, excellent value and the perfect escape from the real world. As someone who has travelled to more than 100 countries and stayed in every level of hotel (including bomb damaged shells in Liberia!), this is truly one of the best I've ever stated. Can't recommend this lovely place enough.
