Embora fosse baixa temporada, o hotel era muito bom. Belas vistas da janela e muito tranquilo. Chuveiro espaçoso com tudo o que você precisa. Não havia muitos negócios abertos na cidade, mas a equipe foi muito prestativa para garantir que encontraríamos um bom restaurante. O café da manhã era no estilo chinês, não era realmente o nosso gosto, mas ainda assim era bom e havia muito para escolher. A recepção serve um ótimo café e os cães corgi são fofos. Excelente local para visitar o Muro e fazer caminhadas.

We were there for Badaling Great Wall night climb but due to bad weather forecasted, the night wall event was cancelled. With less than 3 hours until the last cable car run, the owner personally escorted us to there. Helped us buy ticket, came with us on the shuttle bus and stayed until we came back down after the climb. He did not speak English but our communication through the translation app was good enough. We had an early train the next day and he helped organised a car to take us to the train station. We insisted a few times but he refused any monetary compensations. We felt genuine hospitality during our stay.

We highly recommend this hotel near Badaling for anyone visiting the Great Wall. The hotel is modern and convenient, with impressive AI features (Xiao Du system) that control lights, curtains, music,and the TV—quite advanced for a 3-4 star hotel. Most importantly, we want to commend Mr Chang Chao Hui (常朝辉)for his outstanding service. After we were overcharged by a taxi from the airport, Mr Chang(常朝辉) helped us report the incident to the taxi company and ensured we received a partial refund. His dedication and care made a big difference to our experience. Thank you to Mr Chang(常朝辉)for his excellent hospitality.

This stay was beyond my expectations! I have to give it a lot of praise! First, the service. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive throughout, responsive to every request and very considerate, making it feel incredibly comfortable. Next, the environment. The views are truly unique, especially the close-up view of the Great Wall. The majestic spectacle from a high vantage point is truly breathtaking! Every photo is a masterpiece! The cleanliness was impeccable. The room and common areas were spotlessly clean, and every detail was meticulously thought out, making for a truly reassuring stay. The amenities are also comprehensive, with nearly every daily necessity readily available. It's easy to use and worry-free. In short, whether you're looking to relax or specifically visit the Great Wall, this is a perfect place. I highly recommend it!

住得挺舒服，下次還來！ 這回住的這家真挺不錯的，簡單寫幾句給大家參考一下～ 位置很方便，對面就是停車場，門口羊肉串必須有，老闆車接車送給贊。晚上睡覺安靜，休息得挺好。 房間乾淨整潔，沒什麼毛病。床睡起來很舒服，淋浴水壓也夠，熱水來得快。Wi-Fi信號很強，打遊戲看視頻都不卡。 前台小哥小妹態度挺好，辦入住利索，有問題回覆得也快。整體印象不錯，性價比高。 總之是次很省心的入住，給遊覽長城添加一份精彩。

We had an amazing experience with the stay here. We were the only guests in the hotel that night and it was a thrilling experience as the place is remote though just off the highway. We are from India and never had the opportunity to be the only guests in a remote place like this. The reason our stay was so pleasant is because Lee, the hotel representative, took care of us end to end .. since the nearest dining place is about 2 kilometres from the resort, Lee dropped us off at the lovely Thai restaurant and picked us up again almost 1.5 hours later. He hung around till we got into our room and ensured safety by securely locking the place. Next morning, of course, we found that there were other staff like gardening and cleaning people who were present at the location through the night. Next morning, Lee was personally present to help us leave from the location by calling a taxi which dropped us off at the Badaling entrance of the Great Wall. One last thing: the hotel has an amazing view of the Great Wall from its porch / terrace. I encourage people to stay here .. for its price and the extremely personalised service, it’s an unbelievable experience Shyamal.

My wife and I - including our 11-month-old baby - recently stayed at the Commune by the Great Wall, and honestly, it was an experience far more wonderful than we ever anticipated. Our main goal was simply to be close enough to visit the Badaling Great Wall early, avoiding the notorious Beijing traffic and the crush of tourists that arrive after 9:00 AM. A 20-minute drive to the wall made the Commune the perfect logistical choice, but it turned out to be so much more than a convenient pit stop. The moment we booked, the exceptional service began. Weeks before we even arrived, the staff was in contact with us via WeChat, offering invaluable tips for our journey. Their genuine warmth and support made us feel completely at home, even while traveling with a baby. If I have to choose one reason for writing this review- and I usually don't bother- it would be the incredibly helpful and friendly staff. This goes far beyond the generous suite upgrade they gave us (though we appreciated it!). Olivier was a lifesaver before we even landed. She patiently responded to all my queries on WeChat and went the extra mile to guide me through the complicated process of booking other attractions (like parks and Tiananmen) on WeChat mini-apps, which require a local phone number for verification. Her support was instrumental in planning our trip. The staff's proactive care continued throughout our stay. For our early-morning trip to Badaling, they booked a private car for us at 6:00 AM since Didi taxis are less available at that hour. Their shuttle buses were also always timely for pickups from our villa, making transport seamless. They even gave our baby a thoughtful souvenir gift, which was such a sweet touch. The Commune itself is a beautiful destination. The architecture features a modern, slick design nestled peacefully in nature. Beyond the stunning visuals, the food was excellent, and the transport facilities were efficient. While our primary reason for booking was logistics, the Commune by the Great Wall became a wonderful experience in its own right, thanks entirely to the staff's dedication. We're still traveling in Beijing, but we're already missing the tranquility and, most of all, the amazing hospitality of Olivier and Coco.

O hotel é grande, com muitos quartos e um design com pátios internos. Nosso quarto ficava no segundo andar, com vista para as montanhas e até dava para avistar a Grande Muralha à noite. A piscina termal é bem grande, uma família de três pessoas ficou super à vontade, sem aperto, e ainda pudemos usar boias infantis sem preocupação.

A localização aos pés da Grande Muralha oferece uma vista, mas eu realmente não gosto dos muitos truques deles. 1. ** descobri que o B&B ”Bu Wan” e o ”Qing Shan Li” têm estilos de decoração semelhantes, com preços ligeiramente diferentes. Liguei para o proprietário e pedi que ele reservasse o ”Qing Shan Li” pelo Ctrip, que era um pouco mais caro, mas o proprietário disse que ** não estava aceitando reservas. Reservei um quarto com fonte termal no Ctrip por mais de 400 yuans por noite, sem reembolso após 30 minutos. 2. Cerca de duas semanas após o check-in, descobri que os degraus que levavam ao banheiro e à fonte termal no primeiro andar eram muito altos (cerca de 30 centímetros). Havia também um pequeno desnível nos degraus para evitar que a água escorresse, facilitando tropeços. Negociei com a equipe para me mudar para um quarto com cama de casal no segundo andar, sem fonte termal. (O quarto estava anunciado por 500-600 yuans naquele dia, enquanto o quarto de águas termais que reservamos estava anunciado por mais de 900 yuans.) Perguntei ao proprietário, e ele nos pediu para pagar mais 150 yuans. Estávamos usando um quarto caro, mas tivemos que pagar uma taxa adicional por um mais barato.
