The location is near the Nice airport, which is very convenient. The tram and bus stops are right outside the hotel, so you have easy access to the airport, and to the city centers of Nice, Cannes and other locations. The hotel, overall, was clear. They did a good job with the rooms, which were fairly spacious, only there was a bit of confusion about which glass bottles were clean or dirty outside, near the water machine, which is the only way you can get drinking water for the room. The clean bottles were supposed to be on top of the machine outside, near the elevator, but I was unsure if those bottles were actually clean. The service was very good, the team at the front desk was very helpful. There was a small scare when we first arrived, as the hotel said that they did not have our booking in their system (which I had fully paid for in advice, on Trip.com). They made a few phone calls, and we managed to get the 2 rooms that we booked for the five of us (2 adults, 3 children). I should point out that they said I was lucky that they had their last 2 rooms available, which they keep for such emergencies. I did not pay for breakfast, but we did eat the breakfast there twice, and if one adult buys the breakfast (19 euros), then the children are free. That worked well for us, and the children enjoyed the breakfast, as did the adults. There is a swimming pool, which is a small to medium size, and although we didn't use it, saw that many others were enjoying the pool. The gym was a decent size, but there were no free weights, which I like to use, so I did not use the gym. The restaurant connected to the hotel is only open Monday to Friday, and the menu is limited. There is not a great selection of restaurants nearby, but you can order in from others further away, though you will find that they make mistakes. Overall, a good choice for a reasonable hotel near the airport with good access to the cities around.

Ótimo hotel e localização, mas o serviço não é necessariamente de 5 estrelas pelos seguintes motivos: 1. Demoraram 6 horas para levar nossa bagagem para o quarto (eram apenas duas mochilas), que teríamos carregado nós mesmos sem problemas, mas insistiram que fizéssemos o check-in para que eles pudessem fazer isso. 2. A recepcionista do restaurante, Valentine, foi a mais grosseira que já encontramos em nossos muitos anos viajando e jantando. Quando meu marido pediu para reservar uma mesa para o jantar, ela nem sequer olhou para cima do bloco de notas e gritou, de forma agressiva, ”O QUÊ?” para ele. 3. O restaurante claramente estava com falta de funcionários à noite e sendo sustentado por alguns garçons excelentes, principalmente o Ken, enquanto outros se ocupavam com pouco impacto. A comida estava ótima e chegou rápido (depois que conseguimos fazer o pedido). 4. Tentamos pedir uma garrafa de vinho para acompanhar o jantar - dois dos quatro vinhos brancos do cardápio estavam indisponíveis. É evidente que este novo hotel apresenta alguns problemas iniciais, como falta de pessoal, comunicação deficiente e treinamento inadequado. Há também alguns funcionários excelentes, mas parece faltar uma liderança significativa ou visível em áreas-chave de atendimento ao cliente, algo que a equipe demonstrava necessitar.

No geral, o padrão não é de até 4 estrelas, então se você está procurando um que funcione corretamente, eu não o recomendaria. Então, crédito para eles 😊 No entanto, o próprio hotel realmente precisa de algum trabalho. 1, O quarto não se parece com o que encomendei online - parece bastante pequeno, apesar de ter reservado o quarto duplo confortável com vista espaçosa na imagem publicitária. 2, o sistema de aquecimento central cheira a WC. Liguei porque ainda é março e às vezes o quarto fica frio à noite. E adivinhe, muitas vezes sinto cheiro de banheiro aqui e ali... isso realmente me enojou. 3, observe também para consertar a TV. Como mostra a foto, não há sinal e como era a última manhã que fiquei, não me preocupei em pedir para ninguém verificar, mas a tela ficava verde. A localização é super conveniente, então tive a oportunidade de pegar trens para muitas atrações turísticas e vinícolas, mas se você está procurando um lugar com ótimas comodidades que pelo menos funcionem bem, não é sua melhor opção.

Fantastic Hotel with a Great Location and Excellent Service I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is perfect—everything is within walking distance. The sea, the city center, and excellent transport links are just a 15-20 minute walk away. If you’re up for a bit of travel, the nearby train station makes it incredibly easy to reach Monaco, Cannes, or other destinations. There are also plenty of local shops nearby where you can buy food and essentials. The service truly exceeded my expectations. I was pleasantly surprised by how welcoming and friendly the staff were. The room was small—perhaps even tiny—but for a short stay of 3-4 nights, it was absolutely fine since I didn’t spend much time in the hotel anyway. Everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. Housekeeping cleaned the room daily and even changed the towels every day, which was another pleasant surprise. One of the absolute highlights of my stay was the amazing breakfast. The variety was incredible—different kinds of cheese, appetizers, sweet and savory options, and fresh juices. The breakfast was top-level, and I honestly felt full for most of the day! Another great convenience was that after checking out, we were allowed to leave our luggage at the hotel until the evening. Since we had a late flight, this was incredibly helpful—we were able to enjoy the city for the whole day and just pick up our bags before heading to the airport. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would love to return in the future. A huge thank you to the staff for their outstanding service!

Um estúdio com cozinha privativa. Os utensílios de cozinha incluem todas as panelas, colheres e luvas de forno necessárias, além de um saca-rolhas e um abridor de latas. Uma cafeteira de filtro e uma cafeteira reserva com quatro cápsulas e quatro sachês de açúcar também estão incluídas. Os quartos com varandas voltadas para a fachada são grandes, mas há uma construção em andamento do lado de fora, então a vista é mais ou menos, além de haver barulho. O quarto era ótimo, limpo e confortável! Apesar de não ser grande, tinha tudo o que precisávamos! Meus colegas de quarto eram divertidos e nos divertimos muito conversando! A localização é incrivelmente conveniente, bem perto da estação, a apenas cinco minutos a pé! Então, se locomover pela região é super fácil. Vários bons restaurantes também ficam a uma curta distância a pé. O único ponto negativo é a falta de utensílios de cozinha, o que dificulta cozinhar! Espero que eles possam fornecer utensílios básicos de cozinha no futuro.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at a Best Western hotel for the first time, and I must admit, my expectations weren't very high at the outset, given it's a 3-star establishment. However, I was pleasantly surprised and thoroughly impressed by the level of customer service provided during my stay. From the moment I checked in on a rainy day in Nice, the hotel's thoughtful amenities like umbrellas for in-house guests and the warm availability of coffee and tea made a significant difference. These small gestures of hospitality were not only practical but also deeply appreciated. What truly set this experience apart, however, was the exceptional service from the reception staff. They were consistently helpful and maintained a cheerful demeanor, which greatly enhanced the overall atmosphere of the hotel. Their assistance and pleasant attitude made navigating my stay and the local area much easier and more enjoyable. Despite my initial reservations, Best Western has managed to exceed my expectations and provided a genuinely pleasant stay. The combination of attentive service, useful amenities, and a welcoming environment has completely shifted my perspective on what a 3-star hotel can offer. I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and accommodating stay, and I look forward to my next visit.

Sorry to say it's not worth what I've spent. Being 4 people (2 adults and 2 kids under 3yo) the ”family room” is insufficient in terms of overall space, size of main bed, and comfort of couch/bed. The room is a typical single room with one additional couch. Once the couch is open, there is no space to walk. The main bed is queen-sized, and the sofa is even smaller, and it is very, very uncomfortable. I consider it an inferior room, considering I've paid +500€ per night. Position-wise, the hotel is quite far from the center (5-6 tram stops) and very close to the airport, so you could hear the planes landing and taking off quite often. I'm not a big fan of beaches with pebbles, but Nice is like this. What is very unfortunate is that the beach in front of the hotel only opens at 10 a.m., which is just too late for a family travelling to the seaside in summer. The breakfast was very good.

Limpeza. Boa localização não muito longe da estação ferroviária. Bom Wi Fi. Me deram o quarto que já estava ocupado por alguém, então eles tiveram que trocá-lo. Eu fui atualizado embora.
