O serviço do hotel de protecção contra raios é muito bom.As instalações são tão caras que não valem o preço. Ctrip por não trazer café da manhã. O café da manhã cobra 19 euros por pessoa. Assim que você entrar no hotel e perguntar. você se quiser comprar café da manhã, é só um café da manhã pobre. Quem vê que você pode comprar um café da manhã simples, quer dizer, você é tão engraçado com o hotel. The location is near the Nice airport, which is very convenient. The tram and bus stops are right outside the hotel, so you have easy access to the airport, and to the city centers of Nice, Cannes and other locations. The hotel, overall, was clear. They did a good job with the rooms, which were fairly spacious, only there was a bit of confusion about which glass bottles were clean or dirty outside, near the water machine, which is the only way you can get drinking water for the room. The clean bottles were supposed to be on top of the machine outside, near the elevator, but I was unsure if those bottles were actually clean. The service was very good, the team at the front desk was very helpful. There was a small scare when we first arrived, as the hotel said that they did not have our booking in their system (which I had fully paid for in advice, on Trip.com). They made a few phone calls, and we managed to get the 2 rooms that we booked for the five of us (2 adults, 3 children). I should point out that they said I was lucky that they had their last 2 rooms available, which they keep for such emergencies. I did not pay for breakfast, but we did eat the breakfast there twice, and if one adult buys the breakfast (19 euros), then the children are free. That worked well for us, and the children enjoyed the breakfast, as did the adults. There is a swimming pool, which is a small to medium size, and although we didn't use it, saw that many others were enjoying the pool. The gym was a decent size, but there were no free weights, which I like to use, so I did not use the gym. The restaurant connected to the hotel is only open Monday to Friday, and the menu is limited. There is not a great selection of restaurants nearby, but you can order in from others further away, though you will find that they make mistakes. Overall, a good choice for a reasonable hotel near the airport with good access to the cities around.

I had a couple days available and quickly decided to spend them in the South of France. I haven't been there for years, about time to catch up. And it was a wonderful time, the hotel is located absolutely perfect, only minutes to the beaches, to the restaurant and to the main shopping streets. As I also took some time to jump over to Monte Carlo, Cannes and Grasse, it turned out that the Gare de Ville, the main train station also is just located like a 10 minute walk. Absolutely wonderful, no need for a taxi, or Uber or anything, everything possibleby foot. The rooms at the hotel are not necessarily the latest fashion and one can say for sure a bit used, but well, all I need is a good and clean bed, and it was very comfortable for a good night rest. The bathroom had all the needed accessories like hair dryer, and more importantly, a good hot shower. Needless to say that the team at the hotel are friendly, helpful and always have a smile for you. Thank you for a wonderful stay, and I surely will try to get there again when in Nice next time!

The staff (Noreen, Isa, Diame, Claudia, David and Charles) at Hotel Riviera Collection are very friendly and helpful. They take the time to provide extremely helpful travel tips in addition to their excellent service. Highly recommended.

Ótima localização e quarto adorável com vista para o aeroporto. A única desvantagem foi o bar fechar cedo e tínhamos acabado de chegar de um voo muito atrasado. Não havia comida disponível e apenas pedimos bebidas, mas a equipe nos fez sentir como se estivéssemos incomodando. Tirando a equipe, o hotel é ótimo.

No geral, o padrão não é de até 4 estrelas, então se você está procurando um que funcione corretamente, eu não o recomendaria. Liguei porque ainda é março e às vezes o quarto fica frio à noite. E adivinhe, muitas vezes sinto cheiro de banheiro aqui e ali... isso realmente me enojou. 3, observe também para consertar a TV. Como mostra a foto, não há sinal e como era a última manhã que fiquei, não me preocupei em pedir para ninguém verificar, mas a tela ficava verde. A localização é super conveniente, então tive a oportunidade de pegar trens para muitas atrações turísticas e vinícolas, mas se você está procurando um lugar com ótimas comodidades que pelo menos funcionem bem, não é sua melhor opção.

O serviço foi excelente e muito atencioso. Embora o quarto não fosse grande, era limpo diariamente e sempre mantido muito arrumado. Os funcionários da recepção foram muito acolhedores e atenciosos; chegamos duas horas antes do horário previsto, mas mesmo assim fizeram nosso check-in e nos deram uma explicação detalhada das instalações do hotel. Havia água e café gratuitos no térreo, mas o café da manhã era cobrado à parte.

The hotel is definitely beautiful and full of California vibes! It’s clean and staff are very friendly. The toilet is separated from the bathroom and bed is comfortable. It’s have kettle and fridge in the room, with huge wardrobe and cabinet for us to put our shopping spree. The only con we found is the aircon in the room will auto turn off after sometime which me and my husband are not used to it.

Very nice service, clean room and facilities in good condition. The position is great with only 2 mins walk to the train station. Convenient area with restaurants opening from 8am to 11pm. Best choice for train trip to suburb area around Nice. Cons: tea and milk provided is normal as in any French supermarkets. The layout of room is a bit tight. The bathroom may splash water out. Generally good hotel in Nice. Would recommend friends to visit as a safe choice in a normal budget.
