The location is fantastic! Having a large mall next door (with restaurants, a food court, a supermarket, and a currency exchange) was incredibly convenient. The bus stops for the airport and tourist attractions are right in front of the hotel, making getting around super easy. While tourist spots are a bit far to walk, the bus gets you there in about 10 minutes for a cheap USD 0.4, which was great. Choosing this hotel over others within walking distance was definitely the right decision. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options, including fruits, vegetables, and Moldovan sweets. The rose jam, in particular, was delicious, and I enjoyed it with bread and yogurt every day. The restaurant itself has high ceilings, giving it an open and airy feel, and the seating is spacious and comfortable. There's also a terrace area with a nice ambiance. The restaurant staff were wonderful. Irina, the restaurant manager, was incredibly kind and attentive, quickly remembering my name and always greeting me warmly. Marin also remembered my name and greeted me by name every day. Alexandr, the assistant restaurant manager, was also very helpful, assisting with requests, currency exchange, and even explaining coins in detail. He even gave me a Moldovan coin as a souvenir, which was a lovely memory. Front desk and hotel staff were excellent. Lana and Carolina at the front desk were consistently helpful and answered my questions and requests sincerely every day. They also shared insights into Moldovan culture during our conversations, which was one of the highlights of my stay. Mihaela, the shift manager, was very professional and reassuring. The room was comfortable, and issues were handled swiftly. My room was new, clean, and comfortable. There was a minor issue with the first room, but I was immediately moved to another. When the shower pressure was a bit low, I contacted them, and the technical manager promptly came to check and resolve it. Valentina, the housekeeper, had a lovely smile, and I looked forward to seeing her every day. She made a genuine effort to speak English. There was a special touch during my stay. When I inquired about the rose jam I loved at breakfast, Hotel Manager Ana Cozma took the initiative to help. Thanks to her suggestion and arrangements, I received both the rose jam and a special bottle of wine. Later, Ana, the Sales & Guest Relations Coordinator, personally delivered them to my room. I was so touched that I teared up, and she gave me a warm hug. The wine commemorated the 20th anniversary of independence for Moldova, Georgia, and Ukraine, and its concept deeply moved me. Overall, I spent most of my 6-night stay at the hotel, and it was a very fulfilling experience, including all the interactions with the staff. It was even more memorable than just sightseeing. While the price might be a bit higher, it's definitely worth it. I will certainly stay here again on my next visit to Moldova.

Hotel is OK clean good location breakfast no good selection. Only à la carte and restaurant is too expensive for the food you get staff very friendly. only minus is the TV channels only news channel who repeats himself every every 10 minutes is in English and all the rest is Russian

Breakfast and location is good, room and is spacious. Walls are thin, heard snoring, alarm, and even more intimate activities of person/couple in the next room. Floor 3 has a convention centre. Rooms in front will hear loud event preparations as if they are in the meeting hall themselves. Drain in the bathroom had a noxious smell of sewage. Staff not particularly helpful.

Bom hotel no centro, perto da clínica do Dr. Palmas, extremamente confortável. Boa manhã de manhã e gestão cortesía. O que eu pedi sempre recebi. Não tive problemas. Estou satisfeito, eu vou usá-lo também para as próximas vezes.

Room price is abnormally high for a hotel where you have to pay €18 per person per day to use the pool.

O quarto ainda é bom, Muito limpo, Muito com o ar de Europa, a cama também é Muito suave, e experimentar a sensação diferente é que o pequeno-almoço é um pouco caro. Se for fornecido café Da manhã gratuito, é Melhor viver PELA segunda vez

Забронировали отель за пару дней и оплатили по приложению.В результате когда приехали,то нам предложили 1 двухместную кровать ,хотя в ваучере указано 2.С такой же проблемой в тот день столкнулись и другие посетители.То есть на решение проблемы ,которую создало руководство отеля ,администратор и его помощник вынуждены были потратить 1,5 часа!Плюс отеля в недорогих аккуратных номерах и вежливом персонале.Минус и большой-это лестница,то есть если у вас чемодан,а не рюкзак,то готовьтесь таскать его сами без лифта.Спасибо огромное мальчику Сабину ,что таскал нам этот чемодан в первый день в три разных номера и на все этажи пока администратор наконец не опередила нас с номером (видимо директор не давал добро)с 2 отдельными кроватями как было зарезервировано и оплачено.В номерах есть ковры,но нужны ли они? А вот телевизор не работал.Включился,но каналы не показывал,спасибо есть бесплатный интернет…,то кому-как..И не забудьте таксистов предупредить,что перед входом в гостиницу высокий бордюр ,а то поцарапает дверь.Очень понравились завтраки и сама подача еды.Сытно и вкусно.В целом двоякое впечатление
