What a brilliant hotel, I really could not fault it. We arrived around 8 am after an overnight flight, and they had our room ready. The room was big with all the mid cons you would need (iron and ironing board, mini bar/fridge, hairdryer, toiletries and towels, phone, tv and air con). We also had a small kitchen area and I have to say I've never slept in such a comfortable bed. There are yummy sweets at reception, tourist maps, an atm machine (though it was out of order) and they kept our luggage on the last day, even after giving us a late check out. Breakfast was a treat, something for everyone and different things each morning. We also ate one night in the main restaurant and the menu was plentiful and good value. Drinks are also well priced. The staff are great and you're really not far from many amenities. The trolley bus is close in case you don't want to walk the full length of the main road to get to the parks/museums. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat!!

A beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Chisinau. The lady at the Front Office is very kind and helpful. The room was more than good. I just love these classical 5* hotels with elegance and grandeur. Amenities were luckily all there; from toothbrush to shaving kit. A big bathroom with a large bathtub and a delicious kingsize bed. The à la crate breakfast at the panorama restaurant is extremely good. It’s rich and delicious. Also the waiters are very hospitable and more than happy to help you.

The only reason why we gave this hotel a 4 star review instead of 5, was simply because they do not have the AC working in the winter, and the central heat made it extremely difficult to sleep at night. We tried keeping a window open, but the outside noise was equally bad in order to get a good night's sleep. Now, that being said, the hotel's amenities, the food, and more importantly the staff, were all fabulous! Every single employee working there truly cares for each guest that walk through that door. The restaurant/bar was amazing, and the breakfast had plenty of delicious options. The spa was also a highlight, with so many great options to choose from. The room, besides being a hot sauna, was very spacious with everything you need for a great stay. The staff even had some homemade cookies for us, with water bottles replaced each day. The bed was very comfortable, and so were the pillows. Daniela and Artem from the front desk were so friendly, professional, and accommodating. I definitely would stay there again, but hopefully next time, the room won't be as hot as it was this time.
