The room itself was very clean and spacious. All necessary amenities such as coffee, tea, to soap, etc are available. I had to asked housekeeping to change pillow as it was smelly as it was used by people who didnt care about his/her head hygene. It was not the pillow case for sure. Pillows were replaced, however, they still have the same problem. Another small disappointment came from leaking ceiling. Which was could have been noticed by engineering because judging from the dripping stain, it happened for a long time, but never fixes. I complained, but nothing they could do except putting rugs on the floor. Actually they could have move me to another room. View from the large sliding door to the balcone was amazing. Breakfast also very nice and prepared properly. Another downside, due to resort design, when it rains, moving from room to parking or reception area have to use golf cart, which unfortunately only 2 available so have to wait for a while when they are busy. They is a small convenient shop for essential amenities. Cellphone signal is poor, so have to use hotel wifi, which I tried to avoid for security reason. Overall, this hotel is value for money. It is fairly inexpensive for amazing view, good restaurant and large room. Will come back again next time.

The room was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, with very comfortable bedding that ensured a great night’s sleep. I especially appreciated the thoughtful amenities and the beautiful interior design, which reflects Pullman’s contemporary luxury style. The dining experience was outstanding — breakfast offered a wide variety of high-quality international and local dishes, all fresh and delicious. The restaurant staff were attentive and ensured guests were well taken care of throughout. Facilities such as the fitness center, pool, and meeting areas were well maintained and added great value to the stay. The hotel’s location was also very convenient, making it easy to access key business and leisure areas. Overall, Pullman delivers exceptional service, comfort, and quality. I would highly recommend this hotel to both business and leisure travelers and look forward to staying again in the future.🥰

I love staying here with my family. Alana provides a charging station for EV, which is very helpful and the staff also standby on the charging station to help us when we had a question. The parking lot are huge so we don't have to worry about where to park our car. This hotel is near from AEON, IKEA, Ah Poong and more cafe or restaurant. It was a great experience. All the staffs are giving their best services and humble. We love the breakfast and the swimming pool. One thing that rarely we found on another hotel is photobooth near the swimming pool. It's really memorable experience that we can print out the photo and remember our stay in Alana. We'll come back to stay here again in the future!!

This is a good resort type hotel at the foot of famous Taman Safari Indonesia (Safari Garden). We enjoyed the fresh air of below 20°C and the foggy environment (literally the cloud was so low or the altitude is high enough (1500m). My kids rode horse. The breakfast was so good (international, oriental and middle eastern).

For a staycation with my wife at De Boekit Villa Hambalang, we chose to stay in the Honeymoon Suite Villa. The location is in a fairly densely populated village area, but once you enter the resort, the atmosphere changes completely—beautiful, green, with gardens, rice paddies, orchards, and views of Bogor City and Sentul from above. Because the terrain is hilly, the resort also provides a shuttle to and from the villa to the restaurant or lobby—very convenient! The staff service was excellent, almost everyone was friendly and helpful. We tried lunch at the restaurant—ordered pizza and coffee, which was quite good. That evening, we ordered room service Hambalang fried rice and De Boekit fried rice. Breakfast was a buffet style, with a decent selection and delicious food. However, refills were a bit slow, so when we arrived at 8:45, some of the chafing dishes were empty. The facilities are quite good, with a shuttle, an adult pool, a children's pool, and a bird sanctuary. The villa itself is spacious, about 35m², with a private hot tub with city views. The AC is cool, the Wi-Fi is fast, and the overall cleanliness is good. Prayer equipment is provided, along with a mini fridge and a SDB. Thank you also for the welcome chocolate with anniversary greetings. However, there are a few things that could be improved to make it more appropriate for the price of Rp1.8 million/night: - The bed linen has quite a few stains. - The towels smell nice but have a rough surface. - There's no full-length mirror, only one in the bathroom. - There needs to be a small table in front of the sofa. - The curtains have gaps that let in sunlight, which is glaring and uncomfortable. - The TV only has five local channels and often has signal interruptions. - There are no tissues in the bedroom, only in the bathroom. - The hairdryer hasn't been attached to the wall, making it a bit of a hassle. - The shower holder in the Pangrango room was missing from the start. - There's only one bath mat in the bathroom, even though one is needed near the hot tub. - The bath amenities were inadequate, very basic, not suite-like—they needed to be added, such as cotton swabs, a shower cap, bubble bath, etc. - The hot tub's hot water instructions were unclear; it turned out the faucet was in a different position, not a red knob. Overall, this place has great potential. It's a comfortable atmosphere, a beautiful view, and the staff is responsive. But for the price, the facilities and details need to be improved to make it more recommendable. 👍

The Green Peak Bogor offers cool mountain weather, beautiful valley views, spacious rooms, family-friendly facilities, fresh air, and a relaxing escape from busy city life.

I stayed here because i wanted to attend a concert at SICC located next to the hotel. Location wise is perfect, staffs are friendly, ample parking space. I don't know how long this hotel has been around but some facilities especially inside the bathroom needs repair/renovation. Overall is ok

Hotel location ia easy to find. We love the pine trees, the room, the pools and cleanliness. We got upgraded to 4 BR villa instead of 3 BR but one of the room has no queen bed as 3 BR. Breakfast offerings are pretty good with most of the options are local cuisines with jamu herbal drinks provided. No hairdryer in the room but you can always ask them to give you one. No clothing cabinets in the room. Staffs are friendly and welcoming and always ready to assist. See you again next time.

I think it is the no.1 hotel in Puncak. The hotel is big and the restaurant is good. As I check in at night, so I have dinner there. The food is delicious. Recommended!!
