"The room itself was very clean and spacious. All necessary amenities such as coffee, tea, to soap, etc are available. I had to asked housekeeping to change pillow as it was smelly as it was used by people who didnt care about his/her head hygene. It was not the pillow case for sure. Pillows were replaced, however, they still have the same problem. Another small disappointment came from leaking ceiling. Which was could have been noticed by engineering because judging from the dripping stain, it happened for a long time, but never fixes. I complained, but nothing they could do except putting rugs on the floor. Actually they could have move me to another room. View from the large sliding door to the balcone was amazing. Breakfast also very nice and prepared properly. Another downside, due to resort design, when it rains, moving from room to parking or reception area have to use golf cart, which unfortunately only 2 available so have to wait for a while when they are busy. They is a small convenient shop for essential amenities. Cellphone signal is poor, so have to use hotel wifi, which I tried to avoid for security reason. Overall, this hotel is value for money. It is fairly inexpensive for amazing view, good restaurant and large room. Will come back again next time."

"Beautiful resort. We came on weekdays so it wasn’t crowded but still lively. Unfortunately the pony ride is not available on weekdays but there are other amenities to keep children busy. The room was comfortable and spacious. The resort feels modern and clean. Highly recommended!"

"We recently booked both the Cherokee Tent and Willy’s Tent for our stay. In terms of room decoration, amenities, and facilities, everything was well prepared and met our expectations. However, there were a couple of drawbacks. The tents are located quite close to nearby mosques, so the morning prayers were loud enough to wake us up, and we couldn’t go back to sleep afterward. Additionally, the tents’ design doesn’t offer much soundproofing. We could clearly hear conversations from other guests walking by. Despite these minor inconveniences, the overall experience was unique and memorable. It’s a great option if you’re looking for a different kind of stay."

"I had an excellent stay at Pullman Hotel and truly enjoyed every moment of my visit. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel warmly welcomed with their professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail. I especially appreciated the thoughtful amenities and the beautiful interior design, which reflects Pullman’s contemporary luxury style. "Its a very nice and tranquil hotel. The rooms and buildings are rather old (built in the 80s), but they were maintained properly. The fixtures in the room, however, could use an upgrade to more modern ones, auch as rhe toilet bowl, cabinets, shower tiles, night stands, tables and chair. I stayed at a room with hot tub, and the hot tub is big and beautiful, but looks rather old and need to be renovated. It was a big room so it makes the rate that I paid was very worth it. The self parking was not covered. I arrived when it was raining hard. I soaked my clothes as there no umbrella I can borrow nor anybody there to help with umbrella. I reported to receptionist with my soaking wet clohtes, they just apologized and nothing to be done, not even offer towel to dry my clothes. This was big disappointment as it was a novotel, hospitality attention should be paid. The hotel was kind of a javanese old colonial model, so open style and you can enjoy fresh air. When the weather is hot, however, it could be really hot and steamy. Over all, it was a value for money hotel. Check in was very pleasant and fast. Since it was a secluded area which brings tranquility and fresh ait, it is located in rather secluded housing compound. So u have to go through rather small street to get here and no other restaurant except in the hotel. However, it is next to bogor raya golf course and they provide bicycle for excursion, also other activities. Keep it up, I will definitely come back to stay when I golf around the area or short staycation with family."

The hotel is really nice. The rooms are spacious and clean with large bathroom space and cozy terrace to lay back and watch the pool view. The pool is the main attraction, it stretches midway between two curving blocks of rooms, looks refreshing and clean. The restaurant is not big, but not small either, the food is quite decent, they serve the usual breakfast options like, fried rice, chicken, eggs, noodles, cereals, soto, pastries, toasts, porridges, Indomie, salad and fruits. It's a convenient hotel for family staycation. I may return here when I have the chance.

I love staying here with my family. Alana provides a charging station for EV, which is very helpful and the staff also standby on the charging station to help us when we had a question. The parking lot are huge so we don't have to worry about where to park our car. This hotel is near from AEON, IKEA, Ah Poong and more cafe or restaurant. It was a great experience. All the staffs are giving their best services and humble. We love the breakfast and the swimming pool. One thing that rarely we found on another hotel is photobooth near the swimming pool. It's really memorable experience that we can print out the photo and remember our stay in Alana. We'll come back to stay here again in the future!!

Always a Great Stay – Even Better This Time! This is my fourth time staying at Aston Sentul Hotel, and I’m happy to say it just keeps getting better. I noticed several upgrades since my last visit, especially in the friendliness and attentiveness of the hotel staff — they truly made the stay more welcoming. The biggest improvement for me was the breakfast. Compared to my previous stays, the variety has increased significantly, and everything was delicious. It’s clear they’ve put a lot of effort into making 9it a better experience. Another pleasant surprise this time was the complimentary dinner buffet. Just like breakfast, it offered a wide range of tasty dishes — a great value and very enjoyable. Overall, I’m really impressed with the improvements and the consistent quality. Will definitely be back again!

towel, air minuman, sampah, kemas cadar boleh tukar/dapat hari-hari. room services was excellent. receptionist helpful. flight early in the morning 5 am, kami tak dapat breakfast di hotel. jadi receiptionist sediakan makanan berbungkus dan air untuk kami bawa ke airport. nasi goreng, ayam sambal, keropok, sayur memang kenyang. recommended untuk stay hotel ni. free breakfast hari-hari ada menu sama, ada juga menu yang bertukar. pilihan makanan pun banyak. facilities pun banyak. hotel near to convenience store (indomaret). grab/gojek boleh reach hotel ni, jadi nak order makanan or from/to airport boleh. sejam shj ke airport.

O pequeno-almoço é tudo OK, eles vão enviar para a sala, EU tenho arroz frito todos OS dias, EU tenho água fora Da sala que você Pode preencher a qualquer momento, Na sala você só TEM toalhas e escovas de dentes, o resto lembra-se de trazer a SUA própria casa, a sala está bem Como um padrão de luxo. No primeiro dia de nossa estadia, tivemos um campo de grupo de estudantes lá, 95% de uso por eles muito super ruído não pode dormir, têm atividades até meia-noite, o dia inteiro foi miserável, eles não devem abrir se têm um grande grupo permanecendo OMG😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭. Mas se não houver reservas de Grupo, você Pode considerar ficar, não pedir UMA reserva de Grupo grande. O café é apenas oposto a 24 horas, o outro é Muito bonito, rodeado por pinheiros. A piscina é usada por 100 estudantes de pax e eles usavam-na 2 dias e depois de terminarem a piscina super sujo e óleo, e o pessoal não a limpou.

Family staycation disini, jalan menuju lokasi ada yg rusak parah pas tanjakan, mana tinggi bngt tanjakannya 😂 Masuk dr gerbang yg bawah sama sekali gak ada yg jaga, sempet masuk2 ke restonya tp tetep gak liat orang sama sekali, akhirnya ketemu lobby nya, masuknya dr gerbang yg 1 lagi ternyata, receptionist sempet salah kasih kamar, tp setelah di cek lagi akhirnya di kasih kamar sesuai pesanan saya, mba nya jg ramah banget . Taman taman di sini bagus semua terawat dengan baik, bagus2 buat spot foto, kamar lumayan bersih dan luas jd enak buat banyakan, tp sekitaran kamar kotor terasnya, pembuangan ac tidak pd tempatnya jd bikin teras becek, tempat nya luas bngt tp cuma ada sedikit staff, sepertinya penghematan karna cuma saya dan keluarga doang yg stay malam itu, jd sepi n creepy pas malem. Di deskripsi fasilitas katanya ada tenis meja dan billiards tp ternyata udah rusak semua, jd fasilitas umum yg ada hanya kolam renang aja, tp sayang kurang bersih, filter airnya gak di jalannkan pula, pagi2 baru di bersihkan tp kurang bersih jg msh bnyk kotoran yg ngambang. Over all saya suka stay di sini, hanya kurang di fasilitas nya aja, mudah2n next saya kesini lg meja billiards nya udah di benerin ya.
