"I’ve stayed at this hotel many times, and the service has always been outstanding. Whenever I’ve had difficulties in China, the staff have gone out of their way to help me, whether with translation or practical problems. They even helped me recover laundry I had forgotten at another hotel in Shanghai, and on another occasion, when I lost my wallet, they helped me contact the driver. They are extremely competent, efficient, and genuinely helpful. The hotel is also very well maintained, the view is great, and even the robot service is reliable. Among all the hotels I’ve stayed at in China, this is easily the best in terms of service."

From the moment we arrived, your staff’s friendliness, patience, and genuine care made us felt truly welcome. The accommodations were exceptional—our room was spacious with a large and well-appointed bathroom that comfortably suited two guests. The living room, furnished with a cozy sofa and coffee table, provided the perfect setting for a relaxed breakfast. Additionally, the laundry facilities were easy to use, making it convenient for us to wash our clothes. The entire hotel(being a new building) was immaculately clean and maintained to the highest standards. The quiet, resort-style ambience added to the overall comfort of our stay. One of the highlights was the scenic view of the magnificent Kaiyuan Temple which added a touch of tranquility to our experience. Moreover, the hotel’s location was extremely convenient—just steps away from a vibrant shopping street filled with local gift shops, delicious restaurants/ food stalls and charming cocktail bars. It is also one of the rare find within the walking zone yet reachable by car instead of having to drag your luggages to your accomodation. Overall, we highly recommend 泉州录莳民宿（西街开元寺店）to anyone seeking a comfortable, well-located and beautifully maintained hotel in Quanzhou. "The hotel is located in a central prime location in a busy but relatively quiet side street, very convenient and close to everything you ever need. Plenty of attractions,restaurants, cafes and places of interest all within walking distance. We had a fantastic time here in Quanzhou with superb and hospitable weather all through the week, no withstanding the taiphoon passing nearby. The facilities are modern, even an inhouse cafe/ restaurant which provides prompt services with near perfect tasty food and drinks. The room service on the low desk in the room made it the best and most memorable dining experience we had during the mini honeymoon. See the photos attached. The staff esp the reception, even the cleaners, went out of the way to attend to every needs and request from us, always with a smile and highly professional disposition. I personally saw how they handled a particularly difficult client with such grace and calmness, which settled the impasse pretty promptly. I saw the client a few days later who was full of smiles, satisfaction and appreciation of the level of comfort and services she received. I couldn't have been happier the 4 days staying and could have extended more days had there been rooms available. But I promise to return when the first opportunity avail itself. The only suggestion I can give is to make the slippery floor in the toilet more slip resistant. Perhaps with some thin layer of anti slip mat whenever requested by more senior clients like me. I was extra careful going in and out each time, as the water ponded easily there ."

"My family of 5 had a wonderful stay. The rooms are very spacious, especially room 209, which has 2 floors. The location was initially a little hard to find, but after we figured it out it was an awesome place we enjoyed staying at and coming back to everyday. We even added an additional 3 days. The bed was very comfortable and clean. One person in our group had to sleep on a soda bed and that was comfortable too. They provided plenty of bottled water, soy milk, and toiletries. The staff was very nice. Greeted us everyday and even helped us move our suitcase to the main street, Zhong San Lu. We will definitely come back again, and have shared the info with our other family members for future stays. Want to thank both the morning and evening staff for taking care of us."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, the amenities were excellent, and the location was perfect for everything I needed. What truly made the experience exceptional, though, was the staff—especially Anne at the front desk. She was incredibly welcoming, professional, and went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed. Her friendly attitude and attention to detail made me feel right at home. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service and comfort."

"There is no lift in the hotel but the staffs will help to bring the luggage up to the rooms. Room is clean except that there’s some sewage smell in the toilet, probably due to weak drainage system (toilet paper cannot be thrown into the toilet). Hotel is located right in West Street with many nice food choices and can walk to Zhong Shan Road Pedestrian Street too."

The best hostel I have ever been to (across Asia America and Europe) Located in the ancient district of Quanzhou so convenient to go most of the spots Holds a big lobby where has film screening and all kinds of activities every night Welcoming front desk and I reaaaaaaaly like her. "還想再去的泉州民宿。。。 遠方的朋友來泉州玩👬和她一起住到的漂亮民宿——在泉州古城上的SlowHouse月見，才懂了什麼叫“在古城中心過慢日子” 位置是真的好📍步行幾分鐘到花巷、金魚巷…逛吃打卡一步到位！！稍遠的，古城內的“小白”也能到達。石板路、紅磚厝、轉角遇到廟——泉州的煙火氣，從清晨到夜裡，走幾步就能接住。 他家的服務是那種“潤物細無聲”的好。入住前管家就把該知道的都告訴我們。到了以後，小吧枱全天供應現磨咖啡和茶🍵隨便喝。晚上8點-10點，還有🆓的小酒供應。 二樓的大露台是我墜喜歡的，傍晚坐着吹吹泉州的晚風，整個人都鬆弛下來了。坐在院子裏喝一杯小酒，風都是舒服的。 房間也讓人安心。床品軟硬剛好，每天都會打掃。這次訂了“穿堂·大床房”，空間也不算小，比我預估的大，還貼心準備了耳塞、眼罩、一次性等用品，設施齊全，細節周到。沒有過度堆砌，一切都剛剛好。 月見，是那種，住過就想再回去的地方。。"
