"Every time I visit Nanning, I always choose the Tianlongwan Rongyue Hotel. I only managed to snap two photos, but the service attitude is consistently excellent, and the bedding is incredibly soft and comfortable, making for a truly peaceful stay. I absolutely have to highlight an experience from early May: my friend accidentally left two gold rings under the pillow when we checked out, and we completely forgot about them. It was the hotel staff who found them and immediately contacted us to help retrieve our valuables! This kind of integrity and responsibility is incredibly touching. A huge shoutout to all the staff – I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit to Nanning!"

"We were most satisfied with this hotel among all the experiences on our trip. The location was excellent, the room was in superb condition, and the swimming pool was wonderful. Above all, the staff working there were incredibly kind. We are Korean and don't speak Chinese well, but the all staff assisted us in so many ways. "Staying at the Jiyue Crystal Hotel unlocked a super convenient experience for exploring Nanning's food, shopping, and entertainment! This trip to Nanning, the Jiyue Crystal Hotel (Nanning Nanning Lake Park Qingxiu Mountain Metro Station Branch) really took 'stress-free' to the max. From the service to the location, everything was a pleasant surprise. Definitely a five-star rating! What impressed me most was the incredibly thoughtful service. The front desk staff were all smiles throughout, not only processing my check-in quickly but also proactively recommending nearby eateries and sightseeing routes. They even gave me detailed answers when I casually asked, ”Where can I buy local fruits?” I also have to commend the cleaning auntie; she was always so quiet when tidying up daily, as if afraid to disturb my rest. When I accidentally left my charger by the bedside, she found it and immediately brought it to the front desk, specifically reminding them to keep it safe. This level of patience and attentiveness was truly heartwarming. The location is simply unbeatable, allowing for complete 'walk-and-explore' freedom! It's super close to Langxi Night Market; you can just stroll over in the evening to soak in the lively atmosphere and easily enjoy sour snacks, fried goodies, and desserts. If you want to try authentic Shuji Old Friend Noodles, you don't need a taxi – it's just a few minutes' walk away, perfect for having a bowl in the morning before heading out. Even getting to Qingxiu Mountain is convenient; you can walk or take two metro stops to reach the scenic area, saving you the hassle of rushing and allowing more time for sightseeing and food. Next time I'm in Nanning, this hotel will definitely be my top choice. Great service, excellent location, a comfortable and worry-free stay, and fantastic value for money! "I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! I was upgraded to a smart room, which made my experience even better. It was incredibly convenient to control the appliances with just a simple voice command through Xiao Du xiao du. The location was perfect, right next to a mall, making shopping and dining super easy. The only minor downsides were that the tap in the bathroom felt a bit old, and when calling Didi, the road was quite busy. Overall, I would recommend it! 👍"

"I booked this hotel on a whim while on the road, thinking it was in the city center, but it turned out to be quite far. However, after checking in, I felt I made the right choice. First, parking was convenient, and the hotel was generally clean and quiet. What really surprised me was the dinner at the hotel restaurant. Since I arrived late, I decided to eat there, and the dinner was surprisingly delicious and offered great value for money. I was very satisfied with my stay. Definitely recommend it!"

"Great location if shopping centres and city life is your thing but the street noise may be disturbing. Very standard amenities, small pool with no view, large gym, a sauna that took ages to heat up, needs upgrade/fixing. Great breakfast buffer with wide selection of Chinese and Western dishes. Overall a 4* experience, as expected, so no major +/- issues. If you want a 5* accomodation at not different price point other options are available in Nanning. I had very good experience with Ming-Du, not as central locationl as Marriott, but quieter, better views, and overall a more elevated environment."
