We really enjoyed our stay here. The service is more than 5 star hotels, with afternoon tea and dessert provided everyday. We had free room upgrade, very spacious and directly facing the ocean. There is also heated pool which keep my kids entertained. The location is very convenient, restaurants and night market just at doorsteps.

My recent stay at HaiXuan was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The moment I arrived, I was greeted by warm and welcoming staff who made check-in a breeze. The location was perfect, with easy access to beach.Everthing was very clean and brand new, What truly set this hotel apart was the outstanding service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable, always with a smile and a willingness to help. They even transfered us train station for free. If one day i return Beihai i will definitely stay here again and would highly recommend HaiXuan to anyone looking for a top-tier hospitality experience. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The layout of the homestay is very distinctive, the pool is very clean, and there is a super cute dog. The boss is super good! As soon as you book a homestay, you will send a travel guide on Weizhou Island. The pro-test guide is very nice! The few restaurants recommended by the boss have not stepped on thunder. This time, the second brush Weizhou Island is mainly to pick up shells, so I booked several homestays in different beach locations. This nearby beach has the most shell types, and I found many beautiful pig snails. About 200 meters away from the homestay is the summer Vietnamese restaurant, the dishes are very delicious 😋 If you come to Weizhou Island next time, you must stay at this homestay for a few more nights.

Butler contacted you even before u board the island. Send all the information you need beforehand. Helping you with the luggage, service is excellent. Room view is marvelous also, direct seaview with nice interior design. Private swimming water is warm. Cleaning Auntie is polite and attentive. We never attend the free afternoon tea, staff are nice enough to send a set to our room volunteerlily. Staff even call us to pass us gifts when we check out early without informatinh Butler. A very wonderful and pleasant stay. Definitely will come back again.

春節期間，早有心裏建設。然而，從未到R藝術酒店就感受了他們濃濃的服務意識，提前電話告知上島須知，並提醒客船是提前半小時檢票以及大概的天氣情況和會安排從碼頭接送到酒店。到達，辦理入住手續，聽前台管家小哥的保姆式提醒環島遊攻略，注意事項等等。入住當天，一份特色且美味的下午茶開始，特別又贈送了一份抹茶蛋糕。小朋友也體驗了冬泳同時也得到前台管家的提醒不能遊太久，玩得不亦樂乎。晚上，就體驗了酒店的彩蛋，居然不用出門就可以品嚐到廣西特色檸檬鴨以及粵湘菜系且遠超預期。第二天，早餐也是美味佳餚。依據攻略環島遊不踩坑。晚上，我們自己在南灣海鮮市場買海鮮到酒店加工，又是美味的海鮮大餐。美滿入夢！第三天早餐，潿洲島餈耙，紅薯，小菜等非常豐盛，總之是吃不完吃不完！收拾行囊，已安排好送碼頭的交通。酒店服務10星⭐️，潿洲島的景點可能需要多加把勁，不能辜負了擁有緬北的一個地理風貌，另外就是電瓶車停車收費問題真是一大硬傷…

Perfect experience. The room is clean, beautiful, there is no mold. There is also a restaurant outside with tasty food, especially I reccomend fried fish and pork with pinapples. They provided us with free coffee and snacks daily. The location is good, you can get anywhere in the island quite fast with scooter. They also offer free pick up and drop off at the ferry port. They were very hospitable, we are very satisfied.

被隔壁holiday inn半夜趕走後凌晨改住的酒店，兩個都是同一個管理層，卻體驗到了不同價格帶來不同的服務，兩個酒店用的同一個泳池和公區，沒有自己的沙灘，樓下很多破樓房影響觀感。介意的朋友慎定！ 衞生很好，還送了果盤，房間升級了行政海景，還算是可以。面積很大住的很舒服。可以選擇各種類型的枕頭和晚安香薰，折騰到3點半才睡，第二天行程全部打亂，哎，隔壁假日不要定！ 迷你吧:免費的，有可樂雪碧蘇打水和啤酒。附近沒有吃的，可以點房間的送餐服務，價格合理，挺好吃的 路面有快充充電樁

這次春節帶家人來潿洲島玩，船票酒店都超級難訂，對比了很多家，最後選了花容悦海景度假酒店（藍橋店）。四天三晚住下來，衹能説：這家酒店直接封神！位置、景色、房間、餐飲、服務全部拉滿，島上性價比天花板級別！強烈安利給想住得舒服、看海爽、拍照出片的姐妹們～下面乾貨全放出來！ 位置和景觀：藍橋黃金地段，推窗就是絕美海景 酒店就卡在藍橋景區正中央，步行2-3分鐘就到藍橋海灘！藍橋可是潿洲島最出片的日落聖地，橘紅色的天空配上火山巖礁石，超級夢幻。我們訂的是全海景大露台套房（觀藍橋·露台星空海景套房那種），一開門直接被180°無敵海景震撼到！房間正對大海，落地窗+超大露台（估計有10多平），放了兩把躺椅和小桌，早晨拉開窗簾就能看到太陽從海里升起來，海面波光粼粼，真的太治癒了！ 晚上躺在露台上聽海浪+看星星，島上光污染小，銀河超級清晰。酒店周邊椰林環繞，綠化做得特別好，走在小路上全是南洋風情。附近有超市、小吃街、租電動車點，碼頭也近（車程幾分鐘），出行超級方便。很多住客都説這位置是島上數一數二的，住這裏等於把藍橋日落打包帶回家！ 房間：寬敞舒適，細節滿分，海景浴室太會了 房間大概50-60平，超級大！一進門就是明亮通透的感覺。床是兩米大床，床墊軟硬適中，枕頭有高低可選，睡得特別香。床品是柔軟親膚的，空調強勁，島上雖然熱但房間永遠涼爽不潮濕。 最愛的是浴室！乾濕分離，雙台盆，大浴缸正對落地窗（拉簾子就能泡澡看海！），淋浴水壓很足，花灑超舒服。還有獨立的馬桶間，很注重私隱。浴室用品是酒店自有品牌的，味道清新不刺激。迷你吧免費飲品超豐富：礦泉水、椰子水、果汁、可樂、啤酒、每日堅果小包，還有Nespresso咖啡機+膠囊（每天免費幾顆），早晨一杯咖啡配海景，幸福感直接爆表！ 露台有晾衣架和户外桌椅，出海玩回來濕衣服晾一晾就幹。房間插座多（床頭、沙發、書桌到處都是），藍牙音箱、充電線全都有，住着超級方便。每天還有小象摺疊+晚安小禮物（貝殼擺件或島上特產糖果），儀式感拉滿。 餐飲：島上少見的品質早餐+海鮮超鮮 島上吃飯普遍貴且一般，但花容悦的餐飲真的超出預期。早餐在餐廳，自助品種不算海量（50-60種），但質量高到離譜！新鮮熱帶水果（芒果、火龍果、木瓜隨便吃）、現煮海鮮粥、海南粉、手工腸粉、椰子飯、煎蛋、各種糕點都新鮮。島上特有水果拼盤每天都有，我每天都吃撐。 晚餐我們點了兩次酒店的海鮮餐廳，人均300左右吃得很開心。清蒸石斑、椒鹽皮皮蝦、蒜蓉粉絲蒸扇貝、和樂蟹，食材都是當天新鮮捕撈的，特別鮮甜。服務員還會推薦當天最好的蟹黃和魚，很專業。下午茶時間大堂有免費水果+椰子凍+檸檬茶，回來先掃盪一波，超級解暑。 服務：細緻暖心，前台小花超nice 前台小姐姐（尤其是小花）超級熱情！普通話超標準，有問必答。我們上島晚了，他們提前協調碼頭接送電瓶車，還幫行李直送房間。想租電動車或訂潛水/趕海，他們直接幫聯繫島上靠譜商家，還爭取折扣。 第三天我媽有點曬傷，他們主動送來蘆薈膠+冰袋+薑茶，還寫小卡片“祝阿姨早日恢復～”，暖到爆！退房當天航班晚，他們允許晚check out到下午，還幫寄存行李，繼續用露台和附近海灘。更別提每天的問候和微笑，服務態度在島上絕對頂尖。 其他設施：環境優美，拍照出片神器 酒店有小泳池（雖然不大但水清乾淨），周邊椰林草坪超適合拍人像。藍橋海灘私密度高，人少躺椅足，免費遮陽傘和飲用水。整個酒店低密度設計，沒有壓迫感，處處是打卡點：露台日出、藍橋日落、椰林小路，隨手一拍就是大片。 總結一句話： 來潿洲島度假，預算允許就直接閉眼選花容悦藍橋店！海景位置、房間舒適、餐飲新鮮、服務貼心，全部在線。強烈推薦全海景露台套房或親子主題房，別選無海景，會後悔沒多花那點錢哈哈～住完之後別的酒店真的回不去了！ 下次來潿洲島還來，還住這裏！五星好評+瘋狂打call！（給滿分都不夠！）

趁著淡季和朋友約一起來北海放鬆一下，選了這家位於銀灘的民宿 环境：地理位置很好，很方便，周圍還有小飯店、便利店之類的；去橋港或者去碼頭都不遠，自己叫車定位也很好找～ 服务：要大大安利大家這家民宿的服務！！！有問必答，事事有回應～貌似都是偏北一點的人哦，很熱情，因為是淡季，老闆特地給我們升級了房間，面積大、光線明亮，裝飾簡約又不失文藝感～早飯營養均衡，還可以吃到米粉，味道還挺不錯噠！ 就住了一晚沒幾個小時，還給我們主動搬行李，送到碼頭～超級讚的民宿，怪不得生意也好！ 祝老闆生意蒸蒸日上！！！

I stayed for two nights (originally three). Unfortunately there were no ferry getting there in the first day, therefore I was just able to stay there for two nights. In the end, they offered me to refund one of my nights, which was very nice of them. The room was nice, clean and very silent (except of the AC). the stuff was friendly and the hotel had a great pickup service. The hotel is a great place to chill and calming down. There are even some Restaurants and Shops close by (10 Minute walk) and the beach is just a few meters from your room, therefore directly at the hotel. (1minute walk). I truly can recommend this hotel. 😊
