"這一次北海之旅我在網上找了很久的民宿，最後已經準備下單一家海景民宿。但是打開攜程偶然看到這家民宿，真的挺幸運的。我們住了5晚，一共花了820元。這裏離銀灘不遠，北海不大出行靠打車還是不錯的，樓下房東就有出租電動車的，這個也非常方便。到的那個下午正好碰到房東，房東剛好帶着我們上樓還是很好的ヾ ^_^♪。以下照片是我們離開的時候整理好民宿的時候拍的!"

UUsuário convidadoI was very curious how a property with such an affordable price has a such a high rating. I was immediately convinced by myself.
The property is perfectly located in the Southern part of the Island near Crocodile Mountain and its beautiful beach as well as South Bay with countless options of tasty seafood. The room is big, bright, clean and smells great. There is everything a traveller needs. The highlight is clearly the boss, she is very warm, welcoming and very kind. There was a book in my room which I took out of curiosity to read on the beach, and I realized it contained great messages. I asked the boss if she is willing to sell it to me but she gave it for free. She told me that she deliberately puts books with great messages for young people in the room since many students stay in her property. Wow...I wish more people in this world would be like the boss. Don't hesitate and book a room here. If I ever happen to be again on this island, I know where to stay!!

LLawcchThis was my second time checking in for this new homestay. The boss is very kind to pick me up from the Beihai jetty after I returned from my trip to Weizhou island. The room is very clean and beautifully decorated. He was also very responsive when I requested slippers and clothes hangers. This Homestay hotel is strategically located near the silver beach. I strongly recommend travellers or tourists stay here to see the beautiful homestay place and the boss is also kind enough to allow cooking in the kitchen. I also did my sweet and sour pork and chicken meats in my first 2 days stay here. I gave the boss and this homestay place considered 5 stars for the best value for money.

UUsuário convidadoThis was an excellent place to stay. It's a bit far from the city center, but with access to DiDi, that was quite alright. It's very close to the beach so it's perfect for travelers to Beihai who want to enjoy Silver Beach. I invited a friend to come check out the city and travel a bit, and the two bedroom space was perfect for us. Honestly, it's a travelers paradise. We had a few days by the pool to relax, and it was wonderful.
The boss was fantastic. Any questions I had, he always answered quickly and thoroughly. The place was very clean and very comfortable. The appliances were brand new and the house had cooking utensils, pots, and a few plates to use. Although, it's worth either going into town or ordering food, there is a convenience store and a couple of restaurants literally outside the complex. A handful of other people who sell tasty treats and fruit were also often outside, which made grabbing some treats fast and easy.
I recommend this place. This was definitely one of the highlights of my trip in Beihai.

Durante Mais de UMA semana, OS pais não apreciaram a avaliação do chefe Lin. Não achei que haveria um Lugar tão confortável Na Ilha de Jiangzhou e que sentissemos tão Quente Como NOS sentimos NOS casar.O Chefe é um cozinheiro, queria que NOS apetecesse comer, ele poderia não deixar de comprar comida para preparar o jantar para cadA morador. De Jogar para viajar para comprar coisas, não deve ser pago qualquer preço. O Chefe Lin VAI dar conselhos especiais de Qin, e não há nenhuma rotina!Embora o Povo esteja Na aldeia, não é Muito remoto, é conveniente IR para qualquer lugar. EEGHIt’s a perfect spot for visiting Beihai. You get amazing value for money. Quality room and a lot of space too , as well as a great location close to shops and railway station. Beach isn’t close but it’s easy to reach with DiDi. No issues with getting around town either. Great power shower, good a/c , bed is comfy, and the soundproofing works!
A negative is SMOKING! Even though it’s covered in no smoking signs it still happens. Rooms can fill with smell of next door smoking or some ignoramus walking along the corridor puffing away. It’s an issue for most hotels due to the high number of smokers in China, but if they enforced fines consistently then maybe it would stop more doing it. Having said that , I still use City Comfort because the POSITIVES massively outweigh that single negative.
No frills. Just delivers on quality at a value price with good staff.

GGuest UserI came to Weizhou Island for a day trip alone. This hotel is great. The owner personally went to the pier to pick me up. Thumbs up to the owner! The hotel also offers electric bike rentals at affordable prices. The bikes can be ridden very fast and it’s so cool to take a ride on the beach! The boss is a local of Weizhou Island. He can also give you a guide to check in around the island. You can check in the scenic spots according to the guide. If you don’t understand, you can ask the boss
I bought a double room, but the boss changed it to a king-size room when he saw I was alone. The bed was really big, and the space was also large. It felt like it was almost 30 square meters. Surrounded by fields, it was quiet at night.

ZzhaofannusHotel is operated by professional hotelier who owns chains hotel outlets in different places. The hotel service is far more beyond my expectations. We booked a double studio/ family room with big balcony on the roof level. Space is really big enough for 4-5 guests. The cleanness is A+, no blind spot dirty corner. Shower system, lighting, and TV / projector are installed with high technology. Due to political restrictions unfortunately it has no lift. But the counter service is very helpful. They provide you simple guide to different scenery spots, they help you to book local taxi tram/tricycles, they advice you the local shops, they even provide you professional fishing tips... In the hotel they have a Szechuan cuisine specialist chef to cook either simple dish or luxury banquets for you. Overall it’s a high quality stay in the island.

UUsuário convidado老闆娘服務挺好的！有問題立馬給免費換了更好的房間，就是有時候在前台沒有人，不過總體服務還是很讚的！
房間整體設施方面很好，整個房間看着挺新的一點不老舊，整體風格很温馨。在這個價位挺讓人驚喜的。唯一的缺點是有些蚊蟲但或許是氣候原因能過理解且老闆也很貼心的配備了驅蚊器。還有一塊浴巾上有一點黃色污漬，希望老闆今後在衞生這方面更加註意。
