I was very curious how a property with such an affordable price has a such a high rating. I was immediately convinced by myself. The property is perfectly located in the Southern part of the Island near Crocodile Mountain and its beautiful beach as well as South Bay with countless options of tasty seafood. The room is big, bright, clean and smells great. There is everything a traveller needs. The highlight is clearly the boss, she is very warm, welcoming and very kind. There was a book in my room which I took out of curiosity to read on the beach, and I realized it contained great messages. I asked the boss if she is willing to sell it to me but she gave it for free. She told me that she deliberately puts books with great messages for young people in the room since many students stay in her property. Wow...I wish more people in this world would be like the boss. Don't hesitate and book a room here. If I ever happen to be again on this island, I know where to stay!!

This was my second time checking in for this new homestay. The boss is very kind to pick me up from the Beihai jetty after I returned from my trip to Weizhou island. The room is very clean and beautifully decorated. He was also very responsive when I requested slippers and clothes hangers. This Homestay hotel is strategically located near the silver beach. I strongly recommend travellers or tourists stay here to see the beautiful homestay place and the boss is also kind enough to allow cooking in the kitchen. I also did my sweet and sour pork and chicken meats in my first 2 days stay here. I gave the boss and this homestay place considered 5 stars for the best value for money.

This was an excellent place to stay. It's a bit far from the city center, but with access to DiDi, that was quite alright. It's very close to the beach so it's perfect for travelers to Beihai who want to enjoy Silver Beach. I invited a friend to come check out the city and travel a bit, and the two bedroom space was perfect for us. Honestly, it's a travelers paradise. We had a few days by the pool to relax, and it was wonderful. The boss was fantastic. Any questions I had, he always answered quickly and thoroughly. The place was very clean and very comfortable. The appliances were brand new and the house had cooking utensils, pots, and a few plates to use. Although, it's worth either going into town or ordering food, there is a convenience store and a couple of restaurants literally outside the complex. A handful of other people who sell tasty treats and fruit were also often outside, which made grabbing some treats fast and easy. I recommend this place. This was definitely one of the highlights of my trip in Beihai.

Durante Mais de UMA semana, OS pais não apreciaram a avaliação do chefe Lin. Não achei que haveria um Lugar tão confortável Na Ilha de Jiangzhou e que sentissemos tão Quente Como NOS sentimos NOS casar.O Chefe é um cozinheiro, queria que NOS apetecesse comer, ele poderia não deixar de comprar comida para preparar o jantar para cadA morador. De Jogar para viajar para comprar coisas, não deve ser pago qualquer preço. O Chefe Lin VAI dar conselhos especiais de Qin, e não há nenhuma rotina!Embora o Povo esteja Na aldeia, não é Muito remoto, é conveniente IR para qualquer lugar. Porque EU descobri que Mesmo que EU Viva Na Casa de vistas do Mar, EU estava prestes a alugar um carro.Os três primeiros dias, o Chefe de Lin ajudou a alugar três rodas, e Mais tarde EU e OS meus pais estavam a andar EM um pequeno carro elétrico. It’s a perfect spot for visiting Beihai. You get amazing value for money. Quality room and a lot of space too , as well as a great location close to shops and railway station. Beach isn’t close but it’s easy to reach with DiDi. No issues with getting around town either. Great power shower, good a/c , bed is comfy, and the soundproofing works! A negative is SMOKING! Even though it’s covered in no smoking signs it still happens. Rooms can fill with smell of next door smoking or some ignoramus walking along the corridor puffing away. It’s an issue for most hotels due to the high number of smokers in China, but if they enforced fines consistently then maybe it would stop more doing it. Having said that , I still use City Comfort because the POSITIVES massively outweigh that single negative. No frills. Just delivers on quality at a value price with good staff.

The owner is very hospitable and the B&B is very close to Nanwan Street, Shiluo Beach and Dishui Danping. The homestay has electric cars for rent, which makes travel very convenient. The owner also provided us with tools for catching seafood for free, which the children loved. I have to say the boss lady’s cooking skills are very good. I recommend the banana chicken. Her seafood processing is also excellent. We left some important items behind when we left. The boss contacted us personally and sent the items back. We are very grateful to him. I wish the boss a prosperous business and lots of money.

Hotel is operated by professional hotelier who owns chains hotel outlets in different places. The hotel service is far more beyond my expectations. We booked a double studio/ family room with big balcony on the roof level. Space is really big enough for 4-5 guests. The cleanness is A+, no blind spot dirty corner. Shower system, lighting, and TV / projector are installed with high technology. Due to political restrictions unfortunately it has no lift. But the counter service is very helpful. They provide you simple guide to different scenery spots, they help you to book local taxi tram/tricycles, they advice you the local shops, they even provide you professional fishing tips... In the hotel they have a Szechuan cuisine specialist chef to cook either simple dish or luxury banquets for you. Overall it’s a high quality stay in the island.

老闆娘服務挺好的！有問題立馬給免費換了更好的房間，就是有時候在前台沒有人，不過總體服務還是很讚的！ 房間整體設施方面很好，整個房間看着挺新的一點不老舊，整體風格很温馨。在這個價位挺讓人驚喜的。唯一的缺點是有些蚊蟲但或許是氣候原因能過理解且老闆也很貼心的配備了驅蚊器。還有一塊浴巾上有一點黃色污漬，希望老闆今後在衞生這方面更加註意。

Amazing Beachfront Stay in Beihai I recently stayed at a beach view hotel in Beihai with a few friends, and the experience was fantastic! The room was spacious, modern, and had all the amenities we needed. The highlight was definitely the stunning view of the ocean right from our balcony—perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The bathtub facing the ocean was an absolute treat, allowing us to unwind while enjoying the incredible sunset. The kitchen was well-equipped, and we found it convenient to prepare our own meals when we felt like staying in. The hotel is located just steps from the beach, so we were able to enjoy the sand and sea without any hassle. The balcony was a great spot to hang out with friends, with comfortable seating and an unbeatable view of the water. Overall, this stay was perfect for a relaxing and fun getaway with friends. Highly recommended if you're looking for a beachside retreat with all the comforts of home!
