Athiva Resort is, without a doubt, the premier choice in Khandala. Our family enjoyed a truly memorable stay. The accommodations are excellent, boasting a wonderful variety of rooms with spectacular cliff and valley views. The level of service and staff hospitality is unmatched. Culinary experiences were consistently excellent, highlighted by a fabulous and diverse breakfast spread. We are particularly grateful to Sakshi, Urmila, and Mr. Gupta for their attentive and gracious service in the dining area. We look forward to returning soon.

Breakfast featured a mix of continental and Indian dishes, with highlights like fresh pastries, dosas, and flavorful coffee. Lunch offered a more elaborate spread with live counters and delectable desserts, ensuring that every meal was a feast. brekafast good, food good, location good, but one reception not helpful asked three questions. a) can i have an extra key, answer i can' help. b) can you call a taxi for me, answer i can't help. c) can you make a restaurant reservation, answer i can't help. basically they do not want to help at all at the front counter. behavior of young reception , not interested to resolve customers needs.

O serviço era um serviço absoluto, desde o momento EM que entrei no lobby até o momento EM que me descobri, o serviço de serviço não estava EM paralelo. A sala também era enorme e bonita, o único lado abaixo é as janelas apertadas, provavelmente tempo para um pouco de limpeza. A localização estava bem, excepto um pequeno, mas a escala superior, ao lado do hotel, não havia muito, MAS desde que EU estava lá para negócios, estava tudo bem.

Very good hotel in midst of city surrounded by greenary, The room is little old type but maintainted well. The bottom rooms are having Big balcony and gives a good vibe. The breakfast spread is very less which is the only thing which i recommend to improve. The staffs are also very helpful.

Amazing experience. Location is a bit secluded but property is very good. So is the hospitality. Even the restaurants inside the hotel have good food.
