Athiva Resort is, without a doubt, the premier choice in Khandala. Our family enjoyed a truly memorable stay. The accommodations are excellent, boasting a wonderful variety of rooms with spectacular cliff and valley views. The level of service and staff hospitality is unmatched. Culinary experiences were consistently excellent, highlighted by a fabulous and diverse breakfast spread. We are particularly grateful to Sakshi, Urmila, and Mr. Gupta for their attentive and gracious service in the dining area. We look forward to returning soon.

The buffet spread for both lunch and breakfast was extensive and delicious, catering to a variety of tastes and preferences. Breakfast featured a mix of continental and Indian dishes, with highlights like fresh pastries, dosas, and flavorful coffee. Lunch offered a more elaborate spread with live counters and delectable desserts, ensuring that every meal was a feast. The attentive staff at the restaurant further enhanced the dining experience with their courteous service. The bar at the resort is a cozy and inviting space, perfect for relaxing with a drink after a day of exploring. Amazing experience. Location is a bit secluded but property is very good. So is the hospitality. Even the restaurants inside the hotel have good food.

I stayed here one night while in the city for some business meetings. The location is quite good, in the city center. Room and washroom are both quite wide and spacious but a bit outdated, furniture results a bit work out, anyway for one night in the city it’s ok. Breakfast quality was a bit average, but you can find both Indians and continental options. Gym is basic, but with a good variety of machines and a very nice view over the city during sunrise. Something to improve: I found some black hair under the sheets (I am blond) and the room was a bit dusty: suggest the hotel staff to care a bit more about cleanliness.
