The hotel is accessible via a covered bridge from Terminal 3, and a free shuttle bus runs between Terminals 2 and 3. The hotel also provides complimentary airport drop-off; since we departed from Terminal 2, this service was convenient. However, we had to wait around 30 minutes to check in at midnight.

Fiquei no Cairo por uma noite, então precisava de um hotel perto do aeroporto. O hotel oferece um serviço de transporte gratuito de ida e volta para o aeroporto, o que é muito conveniente. Os quartos são bons e o hotel tem todas as comodidades que você poderia desejar (vários restaurantes, piscina e academia). Perfeito para uma pernoite entre voos.

A localização é conveniente, perto do aeroporto e longe da área movimentada, mas é fácil se locomover pela cidade por causa de sua localização central. As atrações ficam a 20 minutos de carro, e esse horário é muito normal no Cairo devido ao tráfego pesado ao redor... A equipe foi ótima, o serviço foi mais do que incrível, as variedades de café da manhã eram ótimas e muito deliciosas, a piscina é limpa e a equipe foi super amigável e sempre atendia aos nossos pedidos. Os recepcionistas, todos eles, foram ótimos! Não consigo encontrar um erro com seus serviços para ser honesto... todos estavam felizes, sorridentes e super prestativos! Definitivamente voltarei a este lugar! Desejo a todos o melhor e mantenham o serviço incrível sempre!

The apartment was exceptionally clean, beautifully organized, and thoughtfully prepared. The decoration deserves a special mention - it is elegant, tasteful, and full of character. You can really feel that a lot of attention has been given to every little detail, creating an atmosphere that is both stylish and incredibly comfortable. The residence is located in Zamalek, one of the most beautiful and charming areas of Cairo, and the location honestly could not have been better. The neighborhood has a very special atmosphere: it feels safe, comfortable, lively, and relaxing at the same time. The streets are always animated, with cafés, restaurants, shops, and beautiful corners to discover. There is something interesting everywhere you look, and it truly feels as though every street and every corner has its own story to tell. I had the pleasure of staying here for five nights, and I can confidently say that it became one of the highlights of my entire trip to Cairo. One of my favorite things about the apartment was the beautiful view of the Nile from the terrace. Sitting there and enjoying the view was such a memorable experience, especially after spending the day exploring the city. It gives the apartment a peaceful and almost magical atmosphere that is difficult to describe until you experience it yourself. The location is also extremely convenient. Almost everything you could possibly need is just a minute or a few minutes away, whether you are looking for restaurants, cafés, shops, transportation, or simply a nice place to walk around and enjoy the neighborhood. Staying here made exploring Cairo much easier and more enjoyable. However, what made this experience truly exceptional was not only the apartment or the location, but also the amazing people working at the residence. I have rarely experienced such genuine hospitality. Every member of the team was incredibly kind, welcoming, professional, and helpful. They genuinely pay attention to the smallest details and do everything they can to make sure that your stay is comfortable and pleasant. A special mention goes to Mazen, whose name I remember, but I would also like to thank the entire team because every single person I interacted with was wonderful. They were always available whenever I needed something, always greeted me with kindness, and sometimes went far beyond what I would normally expect. Their warmth and willingness to help made me feel genuinely welcome rather than simply being another guest. Overall, my five nights here were an unforgettable experience. Between the beautiful and spotless apartment, the tasteful decoration, the incredible Nile view, the perfect location in Zamalek, and most importantly, the outstanding hospitality of the entire team, I honestly could not have asked for a better stay. I spend wonderful 4 days, Everything was amazing, and the staff were welcoming and very helpful specifically Mohammed and maddona in room service and all the guys in reception, and it was a great experience for me as a honeymoon.. The only thing that made me upset was the sounds of renovations work..other than that it was perfect
