Jinshuihe Hot Spring International Hotel

I love their washroom! The toilet is fantastic, alway warm! Very helping especially weather below -20! The manger is very helpful to get taxi for us to go train station! We tried didi but cannot get, caused is high seasons! Thank to the manger 陈圆圆小管家for her help n patient to arrange n get taxi for us! As my mum is 85 years old we really need help! Thumb up 👏👏👏

Great service from staff, they were warm, welcoming and helpful! Room is clean and spacious, but the beds are a little hard so it was a little uncomfortable sleeping on them. Location is great, there’s a lovely park across the street and it’s near the railway station. Shops are walking distance away too!

Good experience and good views but far from airport

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed by the experience. The location is perfect for travelers who need easy access to Changbaishan Railway Station, and the park right across the street provides a lovely place for a relaxing stroll. However, the most memorable part of my stay was the outstanding service I received from the moment I checked in. Chen Yuanyuan (陈园园), the hotel staff, was an absolute delight. She is always smiling, polite, and going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. From the beginning, she warmly escorted us to our room and took the time to explain all the hotel amenities in detail. Her thoughtfulness did not stop there. She proactively connected with me on WeChat to ensure quick responses to any requests we had. The next morning, she personally reminded us about breakfast and even offered to come to our room to guide us to the restaurant. Her dedication was evident as she stayed until we were seated comfortably in the buffet area. Even after checkout, her exceptional service continued. She presented us with lovely hotel gifts and waited with us until our taxi arrived, ensuring a smooth departure. Chen Yuanyuan’s service attitude is truly commendable. Her attentiveness, warmth, and professionalism set a high standard for hospitality. She is undoubtedly a role model for her peers and a huge asset to the hotel. This experience reinforced my belief that service in China is truly excellent, and it’s because of staff like her that I will definitely return to this hotel on my next trip to Changbaishan in a different season.
