Liked · This hotel has exceeded my expectations, frankly speaking. It was very well located, quiet and relaxing. The location is perfect, not too close to the main road, boasting sea view from almost all points, nice pool and close to a very nice, even luxurious private beach. The bus stop is also very near, and if you walked 10 min along the sea you could get to Benitses, a village where the shops and restaurants are located. The hosts are super friendly and helpful, over 10 days of our stay they felt like family, Catherine, Phaedon and Alexis, thank you very much you have made our stay so pleasant and carefree. Wonderful hotel with beautiful artwork, perfect location, great mountain views just behind hotel, and sweet sweet staff, who will help you with anything you may need, including arranging transport, recommending tours, places, restaurants or any issues you may have during your stay. And they have an amazing yummy breakfast buffet every morning.

Great experience also for the 3rd time in Corfu, choosing the same Hotel. Highlights: - very kind and helpfull personnel with excellent service skills - involved management (I've rarely seen a Manager to be so open and approachable on any matter, treating fairly the guests' needs and complaints, all in a professional and kind way. I would dare to say, very solution oriented regarding any problem!) - variety of food during the day with multiple choices (including for vegetarians). The food is always fresh, without exception - neat, airy and well equipped rooms (fully functional ACs, comfortable bedding, clean and constantly disinfected bathrooms, clean balconies) and all the spaces inside and around the hotel - one of the most wonderfull views a hotel can have in Corfu as it's well situated (close to the International Airport from where you can see daily departures and landings of the airplanes...an amazing experience you cannot have in many places around the world) - very child-friendly (the reception space, the pools and the terrace) - meets any expectations of large groups, family vacations and couples - the hotel has enough parking plots, so coming with a car is also a good idea - during the summer and usually on Friday nights, the Hotel is holding live concerts with talented singers, creating a truly amazing atmosphere on the terrace for all the guests - need to mention that the Hotel looks differently than in many of the photos uploaded on the site (most of them are outdated and it's been renewed ever since) Based on my previous experience while travelling a lot in the past years, I can say that Ariti Grand Hotel is a place that meets most of the needs from children to grown-ups, offering the necessary conditions for a truly nice vacation and spare time.

This is going to be an honest and lengthy review as many do not give an accurate or detailed picture of what to expect from this hotel and Tui. We stayed at the end of September, beginning of October 2023 and it was the best weather we’ve ever had in Corfu. We always visit this time of year, and each visit has got hotter and hotter. We travelled with Tui and more of them later. The Pantokrator is a beautiful hotel. It is immaculate in every way. It is spotlessly clean everywhere (except for a large cobweb in our room which I noticed halfway through but not by the housekeeping unfortunately. I’ve no problem with cobwebs but they need to check above eye level) and the staff are well trained and keep the place looking lovely. The décor is modern and contemporary in a sleek and minimalist way, especially the dining room which is fabulous. The lobby is spacious with lots of seating and the verandah balcony had lots of sofas and chairs, and a pool table at the end. The bar is roomy and modern with plenty of room for the occasional entertainment. We were very impressed with the food especially as the evening meal was not catered to the British or German palate (the main guests here). Breakfast was a mixture of hot (bacon, eggs, sausage, beans etc) and cold (croissants, pastries, cakes, fruit, yoghurt etc) so there was something for all tastes. Dinner was completely Greek which we thought was excellent. Every night there was a different choice (I have posted some menus) and it was always delicious. The dining room staff are excellent and well trained. They were mostly young women, and they were polite and happy and always had a cheery smile. Plates were collected promptly, and drink orders were taken quickly and efficiently. So, yes there are cats and wasps but that is Greece. You can ignore them both and they’ll go away. But we had no issues at breakfast as I would open a pot of honey and put it at the end of the table, and they’d swarm on it and leave us alone. And there are only two cats that patrol the dining room, the other seven or eight wait patiently outside on the edge of the car park and wait to be fed by someone. Cat food is available at the small shop and by day 2 I was buying biscuits and feeding them outside as that way they all got something. The main bar is open in the evenings and has some entertainment. We had a singing duo and a Greek night and there is a big screen for sports on other nights. The service is good either from the bar or you can sit and wait for table service. Prices are reasonable. At the pool bar food is available during the day and this was excellent quality. The pizza was one of the best pizzas I’ve had outside of Italy it was so good. The portions are enormous and after the first day, we would choose a meal and share it as it was sufficient for both of us. The prices are particularly good for how much you get. The word to sum up this lovely hotel with it's wonderful staff is.. Fantastic!! The hotel itself is dated, yes, however it has a kind of old world charm about it. Our impression from arriving to leaving was that we were stepping back in time to the 40s and 50s. Physically the building has echoes of a charming cruise liner, it is also perfectly positioned for everything the town and island has to offer. The staff were all extremely helpful, friendly and super attentive. The food was totally delicious and its presentation of a ”Masterchef” standard. Thankyou again to everyone at Corfu Palace for making our holiday so enjoyable. We will definitely be returning at some point in the future!

We have just returned from a 7 day break at The Paradise Hotel. We had one of the garden view rooms which is in need of a refurbishment. It was plenty big enough and clean, bed was comfy but it was a little tired looking. The sink was huge making getting in the bathroom tricky to say the least, it was half the size of the bath! The buffet style food was really good and there was only one night where we felt a bit underwhelmed. The rest of the meals at breakfast and dinner were great and it was nice to have the chefs out checking stuff at the serving places all the time. The garden and pool area were lovely but need a little polishing. The staff were all brilliant but a special shout out to Harris who is one of the greatest waiters/concierge you could ever find. We sat and watched him work over the week and I can honestly say he just never stops! He seemed to have got stuff done before you even asked and when you did it took seconds to be put right. He and the younger girl (cut finger, cannot remember her name) and the other lady Slovenian (?) were also wonderful. All in all not only with the great service and location, we both said we would like to return and that has never happened before. Well done Paradise Staff.
