We are very satisfied with this hotel. The hotel is very well located, near the metro station. It is very convenient to take a taxi but beware of traffic jams from 5 p.m. the hotel staff is very smiling and friendly. I particularly recommend: the very rich and varied breakfast; the well-equipped and very large fitness room to work out; the pleasant pool to swim and relax. The meal at the hotel is also very good and affordable. The hotel offers a menu at 108 yuan per person with a selection of very varied and delicious dishes. Congratulations for this hotel and for the welcome we have benefitted from. We will come back as a family.

The Hotel is located in the center of Kunming. Two metro lines just nearly. One line direct deserve the airport and the other one direct rich the south railway station. By foot one can go to the historical city center. We booked the suite 2026 which is very spacious with big windows, overview the city. The decoration is outdated. The bed is pretty old. Sometimes the AC doesn’t work well. Breakfast is very good. All the stuff are very helpful and friendly. Overall is not a real 5 stars hotel but the price is very fair for what you get.

Hygiene: Very good, you can feel the care! The bed and pillows were still free of stubble and hair. Environment: It is very convenient to go out and there are many restaurant choices around. Service: The check-in experience at the front desk was very good. There were no other guests at the time. Xiao Yang at the front desk walked out of the service desk and handed the room card to me (the first time I experienced such a service, it felt good), and then gave me I directed the location of passenger elevators and restaurants. Breakfast: There are many choices, and the restaurant is still rich at ten o'clock. The weather in Kunming was very good during this trip, and I was very satisfied with the hotel!

We booked this place at our end of spring festival holidays, after a series of bad overpriced hotels, so arriving here was a very pleasant surprise! The location is very central, in the middle of a busy store and food area, but it's still quieter than any other hotel we stayed in. You are basically the only people living on the roof of this building, it's great! The only downside of this area is that it smells a bit like barbecue outside, but I love barbecue so it's not so bad. The room is huge! There are 2 couch areas, 1 terrace with a small table that we used to eat some takeout, there is also a small kitchen and bathroom in the terrace area. There is also a second terrace with a huge outdoor bathtub, surrounded by plants, great! Only wished it had a bit more light in the tub at night. Remember to bring some candles for best enjoyment. The bed is the biggest bed I've ever slept in, with comfortable pillows and quilt. The main bathroom is also very big, it has a nice shower, and a sauna! One thing about bathroom is that it doesn't have a fan, and it was a bit stinky in the morning. Also we had some trouble with the hot water, had to let the water run for a really long time to get it warm enough for a shower. Other small things that prevent me from giving 5/5 is that it's missing small things like a place to hang towels or robe in the bathroom, and the hot water problem.

I thought this hotel was good value for money, considering its 5 stars and location in downtown Kunming. The room was spacious and the bathroom was well appointed, with a lovely bath(with very hot water which I often find lacking) and a shower with great water pressure. The only downsides were that I found the room itself(not the bathroom) to be a bit outdated in terms of the fixtures and fittings. Also, the gentleman who checked me in wasn’t particularly friendly. He couldn’t speak English(which is not a problem at all, although I would expect it in a five star hotel) but he didn’t say a word to me throughout the entire check in process until he gave me my key. There’s much more to communication than just language and I felt his customer service skills were a bit lacking considering his position on a reception desk.

It’s a very cool hostel, super stylish and rooms a great. Staff at reception was alright, some much more helpful than others. Bar and rooftop are super enjoyable and well decorated. Breakfast was good. For those with kids/a bit older/or with respiratory issues: Only thing to note is that there is street food just down the hostel (which is awesome of course) but one of the truck is very very smoky, unfortunately it is just under the rooms looking down the street so impossible to open windows in the room because the smoke makes it difficult to breath. So it gets very warm in the room even in Autumn when we visited. We gave a heads up to reception who told us that’s it’s a known issue. Except this detail, everything else is pretty great.

I really enjoyed my stay at this stylish boutique hotel. All staff treated me kindly and professionally. I forgot my charger and the reception found me a working replacement. On the second day of taking breakfast, the waiting staff remembered that I have coffee and made it straightaway! I There were lots of little touches that I enjoyed in this hotel. The art on the walls of the lobby, the design, the fruit platter on arrival, the discount to the next door brewery bar…lots of thoughtful touches.

This was an absolutely lovely stay. The room was clean, and when the staff cleaned the room while I was out, they went above and beyond, organizing everything, and everything perfect. The staff was fantastic and very attentive, especially Sherry Aaron (thank you so much for everything!). Location, staff, rooms were all wonderful. Highly recommend.

I loved my stay at Hualuxe. I was able to talk to them through wechat before coming to confirm Covid-19 testing policies. The service was great, he hotel was clean, and the grounds are beautiful! The staff was very helpful and assisted me in booking a car to visit the Stone Forest. The location is far from the city. I loved being close to the lake and walked there a few times. Overall, it was a great stay!

It would also be helpful if the WiFi password was numbers instead of being in Chinese characters. It makes it difficult for foreigners to access. The breakfast offered was very good.

Very surprising B&B! The location is very good, surrounded by restaurants and a shopping mall. You can take the subway to get around, and there are shared bicycles at the door. I like the ethnic-style rooms here, which are named after each ethnic group, and the furnishings inside are also very fitting. I thought it would be noisy at night, but I had a good rest. The service in the store is very friendly. You can have rice noodles for breakfast in the morning. If you have time, you can try on ethnic costumes and take photos. All in all, it is a highly recommended B&B in Kunming!

Maybe the best Service that i have ever experienced . We have made a wechat group and the hotel stuff was always ready to reply every of my question, helped with locations in the city , even told me the location of H&M :) About the hotel: I SLEPT WELL (what is not usual in a hotel) The walls are thick so u never hear someone aisle. Bed is the perfect softness , mattresses are new, pillows too! The amenities of the hotel are in a very cool retro style. The Wai Mai ( food delivery) is very quick to this location. My overall experience of this hotel is five star ⭐️ I repeat again the most important thing that you need from a hotel is a good well rested night sleep and you get it here, i have stayed 8 nights ! Enjoy !

The hotel environment is very good, very quiet, and very suitable for travel and vacation. Golden Key at the front desk helped us check in, and he was very fluent in everything he said and done, so there was no delay in checking in. He arranged to send our luggage to the room for us. He was very polite and welcoming. Breakfast room Overall, it's pretty good. The dishes need to be improved. The restaurant waiter Xiao Yin is very enthusiastic. The overall service attitude of the hotel is very good. I will come back next time I travel.

Good value for the money. much better than the other 4 hotels in the area that share different levels of the same building and have only one elevator each. Stayed in the Atour hotel the week prior. The room in the Doubletree was much nicer than the Atour. Restaurant was nice and saved me from intestinal discomfort that I experienced the week prior at one of the nearby barbeque restaurants.

The hostel is super nice and the staff is excellent. Location is also good, close to a metro station and to the park. The in-house restaurant is also great and very cheap so it is a perfect one stop for everyone travelling in the city. Recommend.

This hotel had always been top in my list of hotels for family staying, shopping and eating since it is so convenient to the Kun Ming Old Street and to all the shopping centers and eateries. About an hour travel from Chang Shui Airport and very accessible by taxi and 20 mins walk from Dong Fang Plaza Subway station. Good customer service, fast and friendly staff. Easy check in and check out process. Maybe the breakfast is kinda of plain and not very suitable for kids, nice view of Kun Ming City at 28th Floor during breakfast time.

You'd want to stay here for the location, just northwest of the hotel is a street with a bunch of breweries and restaurants, including Salvadors, an American-opened restaurant/pub that all the foreigners go to and has a great vibe for someone looking for a more lovely atmosphere and solid Western food. The hotel is on the north side of cuihu lake which is nice to walk around and also hosts Yunnan University, though you need to register thru a qr code to enter the university. Hotel room itself was quite small but fair for its price. Citigo is like a boutique small office hotel, there's a meeting room downstairs you can book for meetings or just work out of, and a small bar/cafe you can order drinks from. At night around ten? Or eleven pm they serve Yunnanese noodles. Lounge area outside the hotel lobby is large and overlooks the lake, nice spot for remote workers like me and you can grab some beers from the bar. Would definitely use for my next visit to Kunming, largely for the location which can't be beat.

The front desk upgraded the room, and the sanitation is pretty good. The main reason is that it is located in the city center, making it easy to visit various attractions in Kunming. The only drawback is that I was placed in a room at the end of the corridor. At night, I kept all the ghost movies I had watched in my mind. Been there again

The hotel is on the old street, very close to the parking lot of the Anti-Japanese War Victory Hall. The hotel is quiet in the middle of the hustle and bustle, a good stay experience. Especially when we left the jade bracelet in the room when we left the hotel, the hotel sent it back for free. Such service deserves a big thumbs up!

This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. It's conveniently located in the charming old town of Kunming, and is only a short walk away from Wuyi Road metro station. The hotel itself is a beautiful old building with a central courtyard providing a tranquil place to sit and rest. My room was impeccably clean and tastefully decorated. The bed was very comfortable, the shower worked perfectly, and the balcony gave a nice view of the courtyard. The bath was a pleasant surprise, however, I would prefer to have extra living space instead of the bath and just have the shower. However, with this being a historic building I realise that the owners might be unable or reluctant to demolish and rebuild parts of it. Also, it would be nice to add a bar of soap and some facewash to the bathroom (which was already well-stocked with shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and handwash). Before and during my stay I experienced some of the best service I've ever had. The manager contacted me before I arrived and even added my WeChat to give me the location of and directions to the hotel, then made me feel welcome when I arrived and continued to do so during the entire stay, with offers of free homemade flower cakes and tea (both of which were delicious). I'm sorry to leave this wonderful place so soon and I'll definitely return!

The experience was excellent :-)) We got a free upgrade to a bigger and very quiet room. The location of hotel is perfect in the center of the city. We had also the underground in less than 5 minutes walking distance. The given recommendations were great and personal fitting. Even we got tips for our further trip in Yunnan. We only can say: 了不起 ！！！

Best located place near Wangfujing center 10mtrs from wuyi rd metro. Staff is very courteous and helpful. Most of amenities are good. Clean rooms new towels nee beds sheets. Need some improvement on breakfast and need to put glasses in room for drinking something. Overall 9 out of 10 … well recommended for foreigners

This is a hotel converted from a residential building in the alley with three rooms. Because it is close to Cuihu, it is a good resting place to play in Cuihu. The rooms are located in the garden, with a beautiful environment, a public tea area and free books to borrow. I booked a deluxe king room on the third floor, the room was very large and clean, the bed and pillows were very soft, the bathtub was very good, the room was a garden terrace, the air was very good. The western restaurant next to it was very good, and I tasted Tucker and Hamburg by the way this stay, and it tasted good! Come to Kunming to play for a friend who wants to find a quiet place, you can take a reference and try this hotel! Really recommended!

The hotel is on the north side of cuihu lake which is nice to walk around and also hosts Yunnan University, though you need to register thru a qr code to enter the university. Hotel room itself was quite small but fair for its price. Citigo is like a boutique small office hotel, there's a meeting room downstairs you can book for meetings or just work out of, and a small bar/cafe you can order drinks from. At night around ten? Or eleven pm they serve Yunnanese noodles. Lounge area outside the hotel lobby is large and overlooks the lake, nice spot for remote workers like me and you can grab some beers from the bar. Would definitely use for my next visit to Kunming, largely for the location which can't be beat.

The hostel is super nice and the staff is excellent. Location is also good, close to a metro station and to the park. The in-house restaurant is also great and very cheap so it is a perfect one stop for everyone travelling in the city. Recommend.

價格和服務相符。為了考試訂的酒店，很一般，但是就這個價格來說的話，還算可以。房間很小，有一扇小窗，冬天住會冷，建議多穿一些衣服。好的是他家的廁所是蹲坑，這點我很喜歡😘。外麪是一條小巷，到處都是燒烤店，不會很安靜。推薦附近的一家黃牛肉米線，味道還不錯，還可以隨便夾薄荷和芹菜之類的配料，冬天吃一碗真的很暖。離地鐵站不遠，離昆明學院西門也衹有十多分鐘的路程。PS：附近的昆明學院真的很漂亮。可以去逛一逛。
