"We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed ourselves. The buffet breakfast and dinner were good. There were a large variety of dishes, and they were replenished quickly. The staff was polite and professional in dealing with the guests. As we didn't want housekeeping services on the second day of our stay, we were pleasantly surprised when a box with all the daily amenities was delivered to our room. It was a well run hotel with thoughtful touches to make the guests feel at home."

"お祭りのメイン会場まで徒歩20分ほどでしたが、駐車場の心配をすることなく楽しめました。わたしたちの目的からしたらアクセス◎ですが、氷見駅からは遠いのでタクシー利用となります。 ホテル内の食事処の営業時間は18-21時と短く、周りに歩いていける飲食店はほぼないですが（魚民くらい）セブンイレブンは近くにあります。ホテルの大浴場は手狭ですが、温泉でした。 大浴場のところにコイン洗濯機がありますが、いつもいっぱいだったので、目の前のコインランドリーに行きました。すぐ洗えるのは助かります。 朝食の内容はルートインという感じでしたが、富山らしいものも（かまぼこや、ホタルイカ）いくつかありました。 ロビーにコーヒーマシンがあり、テーブルのある席もあって、チェックインまで少し時間があったのですが涼しく過ごすことができました。"

"We visited almost all the onyado nono in Japan. This one is good as usual, one difference is little private onsen in the room. The water quality is good. Although it is a bit far from station, it offers free shuttle tram ticket (the tram is at the doorstep). The glass museum nearby was worth visiting."

"신축호텔이라 그런지 깔끔하고 쾌적해요. 차가 아니면 접근성이 좋지는 않지만 차로 이동한다면 저는 또 이곳에 방문할거에요. 주변에 드럭스토어 돈키호테 식당 도보권에 있고 이온몰도 차로 금방이어서 좋습니다. 온천 조식도 있어서 너무 좋아요. 고속도로도 바로 탈 수 있어서 도야마 가기도 좋습니다."

"Honestly, I don't know where to start. I'm completely touched by my experience at this hotel. First, the rooms are clean, big, surrounded by nature, greenery, and a beautiful lake that you can observe for a perfect morning scenery. Secondly, the facilities are top notch! Everything is clean! All facilities are provided to you with great quality; clean floors, perfect white clean towels, the hot spring water is clean, the pools are clean, the shampoo and body wash liquids smell amazing! (Like the baby colon your mother would give you as a child with the blue rounded top!) AMAZING! However, I had a very special interaction with one of the staff who deserves a medal for being so responsible and ensuring that her guest was in good hands. Unfortunately, I got sick one morning while I was checking out. I was having an anxiety / panic attack that made me really disoriented. I didn't feel safe driving afterwards and I requested for the ambulance to be called. The kind and beautiful lady at the front desk handled all my paperwork, and ensured clear communication between doctors and nurses. After getting a physical check at the hospital for 2 hours, the results came back fine. There was no problem at all, however, the lady from the hotel staff was still there to see me out and ensure that I was safe and ok to drive. She was amazing! Thank you a million times for providing a fantastic place to stay, but also for taking great care of me! ( I don't have any pictures of the hotel because pictures aren't allowed to be taken within the hot springs, but trust me when I say, everything looks just as it is in the pictures. ) I hope you enjoy it as much as I did."

"Good food, surprise they provide late night hot soup noodle. Carpark can be confusing as we do not understand Japanese, staff can be professional when giving guidance for the parking"

"酒店讓人難以忘懷，一泊二食選的應該是最普通的套餐，但是仍然讓人驚艷。透過落地窗，在庭院雪景中享用放題早餐，不論舌尖還是眼睛，都得到了極致享受。早餐的拌飯小食有好多種花樣，富山名物值得嘗試。擺盤精緻讓人不忍取食，一切都別具匠心。我們沒有預訂私湯，因為公共湯的風景更美！入住的客人很少，雪中温泉值得一試！作為世外桃源般的存在，要能接受店家有限的英文輸出哦，記得帶好手機翻譯軟件，一切都不是問題，店家會很積極的幫助解決問題！如果你來莊川峽遊船，不要錯過這個酒店~"

"Персонал дружелюбный, завтраки с 6 утра, но по просьбе приготовили пораньше. Не очень чисто в ванной, и ночью переодически шумела вентиляция в моей комнате но для 1 ночи вполне нормально переночевать. Бельё и полотенца чистые! В общей зоне есть микроволновка, чайник и холодильник. Идти от гостинице пешком минут 20 до станции Татеяма. Завтрак вкусный и сытный, а ещё в гостиниуе есть красивые женские портреты)"

"Since it's a new facility, the entire hotel was clean and comfortable. I had mentally prepared for a small room, so I was fine with it; I just had a little trouble opening my suitcase. Even though my room was next to the elevator, I wasn't bothered by people or noise. From my 10th-floor room, I had a great view of Toyama Castle Park right in front. I went to breakfast early, so it wasn't too crowded. The freshly baked bread was delicious, and I really enjoyed having the local specialty, tororo kombu (grated kelp), over rice. The hotel is also close to the station, and I was able to walk there. On the way back, I took the tram. It's very convenient and compact, making it a good recommendation for families too."
