Great staffing with great service. Able to catch multiple free shuttles from/to Wado-Kuroya station. I just have to make a free call through the Trip.com app to contact the hotel, although the staff speaks little English, we were able to communicate using google translate, make sure to use simple language to make it easier for everyone if you are only English speaking. Train at this station is not frequent so best to plan ahead. Only to improve on is i wish we have bigger room for 4 people with the price we were paying. But overall it’s a nice traditional Japanese Ryokan.

Great location in the middle of the main warehouse district and accessible by bus from the nearest train stations. Cozy room, clean and modern design and facilities. Shared bathrooms are also clean and well maintained. Food court on the first floor provided a quick and easy breakfast.

Reservei um hotel para assistir ao show do Aimo. Fica a cerca de 7 a 8 minutos a pé da Estação Saitama Shintoshin e da Saitama Super Arena, o que o torna muito conveniente. A recepção foi muito acolhedora. Perguntei se havia encomendas pré-entregues, e eles gentilmente conferiram e entregaram. O quarto individual que me deram era espaçoso o suficiente, com uma janela voltada para os trilhos do trem, e as janelas eram bem à prova de som, então não consegui ouvir o barulho do trem. Há uma loja de conveniência Lawson no andar de baixo, e dois shoppings próximos, o Super Viva Home e o Cocoon, tornam as compras e os restaurantes muito convenientes. Tive uma estadia fantástica neste hotel.

温泉がとても綺麗で、露天風呂が特にお肌がツルツルになり良かったです。 夜ご飯も和食で美味しく、丁度良い量でした。 21時からは無料でラーメンも1杯食べられます。 朝はビュッフェタイプでどれも美味しかったです。 お部屋もリフォームされていて綺麗でした。 また秩父に行く時は泊まりたいと思います。

The public Bath onsen is really relaxing The quality is basically the same as those paid path house outside I will definitely come again Although the location isn’t too close to the main train station, but it’s a close walk for around 15 minutes.

Booked this hotel for overnite stay while on the way to Nikko. The are is quiet at night time. The room is just a standard Japan hotel room, though size is bigger compared to those in Tokyo downtown area. The hotel spa (or onsen) is actually few mins walk away (and need to go up to footbridge to cross the road). We drove to the spa mainly because there is a restaurant that we could have dinner. As we arrived late, we didn't try the onsen there. The spa looks good and staff there is very nice.

Embora o hotel não seja novo, ainda é limpo e bem mantido.O pequeno-almoço é abundante e oferece boa variedade.A área de estacionamento é espaçosa e gratuita.O preço é Muito razoável e oferece Grande valor para o dinheiro. O pessoal presta excelente serviço

初めて利用させて頂きましたが、とても良いホテルでした。スタッフの方々が皆さん親切で丁寧に対応して下さいました。ホテル室内、温泉、ラウンジの清潔感が保たれており気持ちよく利用できました。環境に配慮した取り組みをされていらっしゃるところも共感でき素晴らしいなと思いました。子ども連れだったので、駅からほど近いのもありがたかったです。

先看圖一哈哈，應該是天然的温泉吧～當初預訂的時候還是有點忐忑的，畢竟在攜程上0評論。我後來上了這個温泉酒店的日文官網，被圖片吸引了。一直到查了XHS由當地人的筆記推薦帶娃去這個温泉酒店。關鍵是XHS上關於這個大松閣名慄温泉的筆記也很少。瞭解後知道這個酒店最好是自己有車前往，不然就要在飯能站等酒店的免費麪包車來接。 實際入住體驗：非常好！！！我們是聖誕當天去的，幾乎沒什麼人，還預約到了私湯，巖温泉我們二大二小給我們一把温泉的鑰匙，真正做到私有空間。巖温泉裏面基本的洗漱用品都有的，包括後續的化粧水、乳液、吹風機等。 當初定的是含早餐和晚餐的房間。我們拿到的是3樓307日式房間，衣櫃裏有浴袍，房間就是傳統的榻榻米房間，晚上有人幫我們鋪床。晚餐有一位大叔胃我們服務，晚餐用餐我們是在隔壁房間用膳。還會介紹每一道餐。我看當天的餐食是魚料理為主，還有一個和牛的料理（三片），當初定的時候2大2小，晚餐合格早餐都是給我們大人的餐食，感覺物超所值。料理每一道都是新鮮上桌。早餐的話是傳統的日式早餐（含有納豆、米飯、蔬菜等）要注意的是帶孩子的話，早餐沒有牛奶。用餐地點是一個大廳，可以看到山景的公共區域。國人衹有我們，詮釋日本當地人。 5樓有大浴場，女式的有一個小小的室外温泉。温泉後5樓電梯口還有免費茶水和冰棍。一樓小童玩耍區域都是木質的玩具，兩個還在玩的不亦樂乎，大人可以在旁邊喝茶喝咖啡吃小餅乾看書，孩子們讓他們自己玩耍，人生真美好！最後還一起玩了一局桌面遊戲。那個滑滑梯也好可愛小小的木質的，感覺木質玩具是這家温泉酒店的特色。一樓另外一邊也有休息區，但是沒有漫畫書了，也有免費橙汁、茶水、咖啡供應。 總的給人一種度假、放鬆、温暖的感覺！ 因為是初評論，我寫的比較多，還是想給國內準備定這個酒店的朋友們一些小貼士，温泉酒店附近的景點的話需要開車，可以到達姆明公園。攜c上雖然是通過代li預訂但是我看和官網價格是差不多的。如果晚餐要升級和牛套餐（+4400/ 人）需要提前三天通過攜程預訂。但是不能單獨升級大人的，有孩子的話要一起升級，這有點不合理。但是入鄉隨俗應該就是當地的規定吧。具體可以看看這個酒店自己官w。 房間內贈送的栗子派很好吃！小童遊玩區域休息的地方有免費的小餅乾，這個超好吃！後來我們在前台購物處特地去買了。但是買回來似乎沒有當時吃的那種美味了~哈哈，可能還是要配合當時歡樂愉快的氣氛吧。

ツインを取りたかったけど、部屋のタイプがラン・オブ・ザ・ハウスというものだったので心配していたのですが、ダブルサイズのベットとシングルロフト（ちょっと小さめ？）のベットがあり、社会人の息子と一緒でも十分ゆっくり眠れました。空気清浄機も常設でおいてあり、快適でした。 天然温泉もついていて、かなり歩いた足腰が癒されましたし、朝食も美味しかったです。 また利用したいと思うホテルでした。
