Hotéis Hot Springs em Hiroshima Prefecture, Japan

Dirigimos para o sul do Lago Biwa e chegamos ao Grand Prince Hotel Hiroshima, o local da cúpula do G7. Inesperadamente, a recepcionista mal-educada nos ofereceu o tipo de quarto, dizendo que era um upgrade, mas, em vez disso, nos deu dois quartos com formato estranho e um forte cheiro de mofo, extremamente inconvenientes para usar. Entramos em contato com o atendimento ao cliente da Ctrip para expressar nossa relutância em ficar e pressionar por uma solução. Felizmente, depois de mais de duas horas de insistência, a Ctrip finalmente conseguiu os dois quartos no mesmo andar (como eles não me deram um quarto quando claramente tinham um?). Eles também concordaram em reembolsar a diferença de preço e pediram desculpas. O atendimento ao cliente da Ctrip foi ao mesmo tempo tranquilizador e reconfortante. Só às 2 da manhã finalmente conseguimos descansar um pouco. Mas, deixando isso de lado, o nascer do sol sobre o Mar Interior de Seto 🌄 foi de tirar o fôlego. Acordamos cedo para aproveitar as fontes termais, e o restaurante na cobertura serviu um delicioso café da manhã. Aceitamos o pedido de desculpas da recepção e deixamos para lá! Afinal, estamos aqui para viajar, não para ficar com raiva, certo? Deixe a luz do sol brilhar e dissipar essas frustrações sombrias!

The hosts at this Ryoken are so welcoming, friendly and helpful! They picked us up from the ferry terminal when we arrived and dropped us back there on departure. This was crucial as we would have otherwise struggled with our suitcases up the hills and through the labyrinth of small streets! The location is a little bit away from the central area, but that is what we wanted. It was so peaceful at night, the deer wandered past our the front as we relaxed in the open air footpath. The food was nothing short of excellent. They specialise in seafood dishes so if you have an allergy it would be important to let the hosts know before you arrive. The rooms were simply and elegantly appointed: we had everything we needed. The onsen onsite was fantastic! After a long day of walking we felt very relaxed afterwards. Thank you so much to the hosts for making our stay on Miyajima unforgettable!

Spacious and comfortable room with beautiful seaview. Staff are all very courteous and helpful. Enjoyed the dinner and breakfast very much. It's was a pleasure to have stay at this lovely hotel.

Segunda estadia. Ainda foi ótimo. Fiquei muito satisfeito com tudo, desde o quarto até a comida e o serviço! O rodízio de bebidas no buffet certamente irá satisfazer aqueles que amam bebidas alcoólicas! Era a viagem de aniversário da minha filha, então ela ficou muito feliz com os pratos de sobremesa e os presentes preparados. Foi a primeira vez que levei minha família para cá, mas eles gostaram tanto que decidimos ficar lá todos os anos! É perto do terminal de balsas e eles guardam minha bagagem com prazer, o que é muito útil.

Great place to stay in Hiroshima. The room was quite spacious (by japanese standards). Easy to get there from the station by bus, the memorial park and peace museum are within walking distance. The breakfast was very good, with plenty of dishes to choose from, and everything was tasty. There is also a coffee machine in the lobby and we got complimentary apple jelly in our fridge. Soaking in the onsen was great after a long day in Hiroshima and Miyajima, the place was also clean and there was everything necessary for a bath. This was our first stay in Dormy Inn, and I would definitely choose this chain again.

Very close to the train station, we can walk there to have meals and shop easily. There must be twenty to thirty restaurants that we can choose from. There's an onsen on the tenth floor, good place to relax after running around all day, beats the small shower in the hotel room hands down.

Muito bom ♪♪ O café da manhã é o melhor!! ️ Fiquei lá com meia pensão, jantar e café da manhã. Como é buffet à noite, pensei que haveria itens especiais e eu poderia comer o quanto quisesse. Aí fiquei realmente surpreso que fosse mais do que isso!! ️ Você pode comer não apenas ostras, mas também vieiras, amêijoas e abalone, pois são grelhados no seu assento. Eles também têm sukiyaki-shabu-shabu e panela quente, e grelham bifes um por um, então foi realmente luxuoso. Além disso, o café da manhã foi mais do que eu esperava, com tanto atum, cebolinha e frutos do mar quanto eu queria, e estava muito delicioso. Existem também muitas outras padarias. O lugar é complicado, mas uma vez que você vai, é fácil navegar. Demora cerca de 5 minutos. Acho que foi uma pousada muito bacana, com o banheiro ao ar livre no quarto de hóspedes dando uma sensação de luxo e uma sensação extraordinária.

大浴場でゆっくり足を伸ばして入ることができ、疲れがしっかり取れました。朝からは、部屋のお風呂を利用しましたが、シャワーがウルトラバブルでとても気持ちよかったです。大浴場の混雑具合がモニターで確認できるのも⭕️でした。いろんなところに配慮があり、素敵なホテルだと感じました。ただ、キャリーケースの整理に使えるデスクか幅広の椅子があるといいなと思いました。床に直置きは嫌だし、ベッドの上に置くには気が引けるので。

ナイトクルーズがなんと言っても良かったです。 ライトアップされた厳島神社の大鳥居も近くで見れましたし、夜空の星を見るだけでもなんだか癒されリフレッシュしました。お部屋も和室で広々。オーシャンビューで夕焼けも朝焼けも綺麗でした。 小さいですが鳥居も見えました。 食事も私たち夫婦にはちょうど良い感じでした。 薄味で重い揚げ物とかないのが逆に良かったです。

The hotel offers aesthetically impressive rooms that match the pictures, with the breathtaking view surpassing all expectations in person. The staff also provided excellent service in accommodating food intolerances. Unfortunately, the culinary experience was disappointing; the food was too mild and underwhelming for the price paid. Furthermore, the Onsen facility was inadequate: it lacked variety with only 2 warm pools and a steam sauna, offered no varying water temperatures (and the cold plunge pool was not cold enough). Additionally, the desired peaceful atmosphere was disrupted by having more of a socializing gathering in the onsen, which lowered the overall impression and value of the wellness area. In summary: excellent rooms but we would have expected more value for money regarding the food and spa.
