Best location if you wanted to visit Slender Lake as the entrance is just across the road. There are restaurants to the left of the resort as well if opting to dine out. The resort is quite big, with separate buildings housing different types of rooms. Well catered for families with kids. We got the room with a hot spring inside so we didn’t visit the public one.

Our recent stay was truly exceptional, and a large part of that was due to the outstanding service provided by Song Likun, our host. From the moment we arrived, Song went above and beyond to ensure that every detail of our stay was perfect. Their warm and professional demeanor made us feel welcome and valued throughout our visit. Song's attention to detail was remarkable, as they anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. Whether it was arranging special requests or providing insightful recommendations, Song's dedication to guest satisfaction was unparalleled. What stood out the most was their genuine hospitality and the personal touches they added to our experience. It’s rare to encounter someone who takes such pride in their role, and Song is truly a credit to their team. We wholeheartedly recommend staying here and will certainly return, thanks in large part to the exceptional service from Song Likun.

O design é único com um belo conceito japonês, criando UMA atmosfera tranquila e confortável. O hotel é limpo, a localização é conveniente e a sala é suficientemente espaçosa para até 4 adultos, tornando-a uma grande escolha para viagens familiares.

Excellent hotel with great location. Garden is very nice overlooking slender west lake, we made use of package photo shoot that made the trip memorable. Mr Guan, the hotel manager and his colleagues were also very helpful, he helped us recover my daughter’s phone left at the taxi ; overall very good and friendly service. 2 night package was a good choice for my family; gave us sufficient time to enjoy the hotel facilities and its service.

酒店位置非常好，就在御碼頭，步行就能到花街和裏運河，離老商區新亞商場和新商區萬象城都是打車起步價的距離。房間裝修精緻，有點法式風，前台給免費升級了房型，體驗舒適。早餐品種還可以，長魚麪很好吃推薦！最值得誇的是服務態度，超級貼心，入住送了下午茶和歡迎水果，晚上很晚還給送了晚安甜湯，第二天上午又送了前一天沒喝的下午茶飲料，退房時還給娃送了禮物，所有工作人員都友好又熱情。

The staff were very helpful by driving us up the hill so we could use the gym. The breakfast buffet was good, but the service for dinner was not so good.

先生生日，選擇去揚州，好友推薦迎賓館。從入住前聯繫的大堂經理小許到下車接待的禮賓、前台服務與客房服務王雪芹都表現出專業水準，值得尊重。 分別在趣園PLUS 、山餐廳、趣園茶社和7吃8吧用餐，前兩者是小許提前安排的，山餐廳做了生日佈置，出品服務較滿意。趣園茶社的早茶值得品嚐，出品好服務贊，7吃8吧的服務遜色許多。 温泉洗浴收費不菲，體驗不盡人意，有感於小許深夜積極溝通協調和修腳采耳兩位女師傅的專業敬業，未再追究事過則去。 園林環境宜人，願積極改善、提升，精益求精。 敬努力、敬業工作之人，再次感謝大堂經理小許，並致祝福🌹

This hotel is really great. The facilities are v new and superb. The decor has many details filled with aesthetic creativity. For example, I love the way they put a rectangular ring of light behind the TV which makes the room look very tasteful and elegant. The slanted roof of the room supported by beams is another marvel, giving the room a mixed classical Japanese and Chinese ambience. The staff is very nice and detail-oriented, giving me milk before bed and a hand-written wishing card. I love the hotel. For such services and architectural excellence,the price of 1200hkd is absolutely a bargain.
