Hotéis Hot Springs em Henan, China

Traveling to Luoyang by car with my 10-month-old baby, I chose this hotel because it's located inside Longmen Ancient Town, right next to the Longmen Grottoes. Before we even arrived, a lovely customer service lady was already waiting for us at the parking lot with a luggage cart. She was incredibly welcoming and even gave us a brief tour of the ancient town while leading us through it. To our delight, she upgraded our room for free to a quiet, non-smoking one. The room itself was spacious and exceptionally clean, and the bedding was super comfortable. We received complimentary fruit and a welcome gift, and they even gave my baby a beautiful fan! Every single staff member was incredibly enthusiastic. Breakfast was abundant and delicious. After a long journey, soaking in the private hot spring in the evening was incredibly relaxing and pleasant. We brought swimming gear for the baby, so he could enjoy a dip too. Next time we visit Luoyang, we will definitely stay here again: HUAZHU.LUXURY 👍🏻

We had a very pleasant 4 night stay at the Banshan Siji Hotel in Luoyang. The resort is beautiful and secluded, away from all of the hustle and bustle of downtown Luoyang while remaining accessible. The location is very convenient to the high speed rail station, Longmen Grottoes, Guang Lin Temple and Peony Museum. It’s a bit further away to get to White Horse Temple, Lintang Gate and Luoyi Ancient City. However, the hotel offers a very convenient and comfortable private shuttle for train/airport transfer and a daily trips to or from town. Above all, I have to commend the team at this hotel for their excellent service and extremely friendly attitude. Everyone went out of their way to offer assistance for any of our needs and always with a smile. A huge bonus - they offered a complementary same-day laundry service which we used several times during our stay taking care of a major hassle on extended travels. From the reception, front desk, porters, drivers and housekeepers, we received top notch service rivalling hotels we’ve stayed at worldwide. The breakfast also deserves special mention. The selection was not as extensive as buffets at some major hotels but the quality was excellent and we found it to be more than enough to start each day before sightseeing. In addition to a small self serve area, you can order large bowls soup or noodles and they also provide a beautiful tray of delicacies. We very much enjoyed each day’s breakfast. Finally, the room we stayed in, with a private hot spring tub and private patio was spacious, clean, modern and beautiful. We enjoyed use the tub after full days of sightseeing to ease aching muscles and the bed was very comfortable. On our final night, we did experience a problem with a light switch not turn lights but the staff were quick to provide us another room so we could get to sleep. Another great example of their dedication to quality service. Overall, I was very pleased to have discovered this beautiful gem in Luoyang and it made our visit to this wonderful city that much more special and memorable.

Fantastic experience! The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. It's perfect for couples or families looking for a getaway. The privacy is excellent, and the bed in the room is very comfortable. There's a restaurant, and if you don't feel like going out, you can order food to be delivered to your room – the taste is amazing! The outdoor hot spring is superb! Breakfast is plentiful. We missed out on the hot pot and soaking in the snow, which is a bit of a shame. Facilities: The facilities are relatively new and well-maintained, as expected for a five-star hotel. Environment: The environment is pleasant and very quiet, making it ideal for families. However, its location at the foot of a mountain means it's inconvenient for sightseeing if you don't have a car. Service: The service was quite good, and the staff were all very friendly and welcoming. That said, we weren't offered a complimentary room upgrade. The balcony in our room faced the road, and the soundproofing wasn't great. Breakfast: The hotel breakfast was rather average, with a limited selection, and didn't quite live up to the standards of other five-star hotels. It's probably more cost-effective to book a room without breakfast and dine out.

The room was very clean, the front desk staff was very satisfied with the service, the parking was very convenient, it was a very good choice for business trips, the master service of the parking lot was also very thoughtful, anyway, it was good.

The little brother at the front desk was really warm and caring. Just arrived at the hotel and immediately helped with the suitcase and various explanations. The private soup was really too much to take pictures. Originally, the wind was blowing and thought it would be very cold. The water temperature was super hot and too comfortable. The indoor heating was also very sufficient. Don't worry about cold or Cold, the price is really super high, sent a circle of friends, several friends asked where the hotel is, I really look for a small hotel expert

The room is really big, clean and hygienic, the double bed is more friendly, but unfortunately there are other buildings outside the window! There is a small problem that the air conditioner is not too comfortable and the inside of the house is too dry! Others are good ～～ parking lot is easy to use! There is a separate table for four people, suitable for families or business trips.

雙人黃帝宮御温泉門票（入住期間多次入園）:温泉很不錯，比較大，池子也多，但是太熱了，室外的池子沒有泡，服務員有點少。12點會開室外的小童的水上樂園，小型，常温水，但是真的不太宣傳，一直沒告知，還是我們坐摩天輪的時候看到所以找過來，孩子很喜歡，但是那個地面和滑梯不太平整，屁股不友好，孩子泳褲滑破被迫離場哈哈哈。我們住的房間是3201，房間很大，大家記好房間號，位置真的很好，晚上9點窗户直接看到銀基動物王國的煙花秀和燈光秀。旁邊休息大廳有水果免費拿，記得拿，房間提供歡迎小食。早餐算是豐富，孩子夠了，米線還不錯。可以延遲2點退房，房間瓶裝水不夠可以加，還提供床欄。房間雖然暗，但是孩子很喜歡那個浴盆，泡澡泡了兩回，就是服務員真的不好找，雖然找到了會很熱情。另外，晚上點了**上的胖胖燒烤，排名第一，真的很好吃，沒想到這麼滿足，強烈推薦。

This stay at your hotel completely exceeded my expectations! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was impressed by the elegant environment and friendly service. The room is exquisitely designed with a wide view, and the quality is reflected in every detail - comfortable mattresses, high-quality toiletries, and even the small surprise of the night bed service make people feel very considerate.   The hotel is in an excellent location, which is very convenient for both business and leisure travel. The restaurant's dishes are not only rich, but also taste first-class, especially the freshly made special breakfast, which makes people have endless aftertaste.   The most commendable thing is the professionalism and enthusiasm of the hotel team. From the front desk to the room service, every employee is smiling and actively offering help, making the whole stay experience more perfect. If I have the opportunity, I will definitely choose here again and will strongly recommend it to my friends around me!

The room was okay overall, and the space was quite large. The service from the young lady the day before yesterday was very good. She gave the child a souvenir as soon as she arrived at the front desk (it's not the gift that's valuable, it's the friendship). I have to complain about the air conditioner and slippers. Let's just say that although they are disposable, they can at least be worn for a night. I felt sticky under my feet after just a few steps, and I saw that they were covered in hair. 😅😅😅 And the air conditioner was whirring all night long. It was really annoying. It is really not recommended for light sleepers.
