AAnonymous UserChongqing Beibei Banyan Tree Hot Spring Hotel is an established brand – definitely a must-visit! It's located inside North Park, right next to Wenquan Temple. Being a bit far from the city, the scenery is absolutely stunning. After checking into Banyan Tree, you have constant access to their outdoor garden hot springs. Unfortunately, I arrived too late to experience them this time, but I'll make sure to go earlier next time to try out their garden hot springs. Of course, every room also has a private hot tub! Owen's service was also excellent. Facing the Jialing River, surrounded by green mountains and clear waters, it’s a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle – absolute relaxation!

CChooMNMom and myself had a lovely stay at this hotel! While there were some signs of wear and tear, it didn’t take away from the overall experience. The service was exceptional—attentive and thoughtful. To our delight, they even upgraded our room!
The private hot spring in our room was the highlight of the stay. It was perfectly warm and relaxing—just what I needed.
The resort was easy to explore on foot, and one of the standout features was the pet paradise. They had a variety of well-cared-for animals, including goats, chickens, deer, ducks, and more. It was such a unique and delightful experience!
The buffet breakfast was impressive, with plenty of options to enjoy. A special mention to the chef for preparing a perfectly poached egg—it was flawless!
A big shoutout to the Hanfu photography team. They were so friendly and welcoming! I’d like to give a special compliment to photographerMr. Yan Yan (许晏晏）who was incredibly enthusiastic and made our experience extra memorable. His warmth and energy truly elevated our entire stay at Banyan.

TTaiyangwenquandanThe room was fantastic, with a strong Chinese aesthetic. Most of the furniture and facilities were made of wood, which was very comfortable. There was even a mahjong table, though we couldn't gather enough people to play, haha! The bed was very comfortable. Upon check-in, we also received a complimentary enhanced hot spring experience. We chose lavender, and to our surprise, it was freshly brewed, which was a lovely surprise. After checking out, I left my power bank in the room, and it wasn't convenient to arrange a courier. Our butler, Xiaoya, brought it to us the next morning, for which I'm extremely grateful.
Both the check-in and check-out services were excellent. When we left, we didn't even need to go to the front desk to check out, but the butler still chased us out from the front desk to say goodbye, ask about our stay, and see us off.
Although breakfast for two was included when we booked the room, we didn't wake up in time. I'll definitely try it next time I visit!

The moment Qiansimen Bridge lights up while you're soaking in the hot spring at night is just pure romance and bliss 💫.
Our room had a private hot spring tub with 24-hour constant temperature carbonated spring water.
Being able to relax in the hot spring while enjoying the river view was amazing, and we could even binge-watch shows on the projector.
Service was excellent, and the cleanliness and attention to detail were top-notch.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a heater available, which was perfect for cold weather. The location is very convenient, close to the tourist center for visiting Wulong Karst and Fairy Mountain. It is also surrounded by many food options, with easy and convenient transportation. Overall, it was a great place to stay and I would highly recommend it.

XXuhongThe room was very clean, and the environment was quite nice. It's not far from Xiahao Street, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. Some front desk staff were excellent, while others could use more training. For the mini-bar's 'all-you-can-drink' option, you have to specifically ask the front desk. The mini-fridge only contains two bottles of mineral water, and you need to call the front desk for anything else, which is quite inconvenient for guests. If the hotel doesn't want to offer this service, they shouldn't list it as a special feature. We never saw the single hot spring ticket, and neither of these special features were mentioned to us when we checked in. The breakfast was very average; it's definitely not worth 48 yuan if you add it on separately.

GGuest UserThis hotel was very impressive when it opened more than a decade ago. Time has passed and the style remains the same. The hotel facilities are complete and the hardware and software are very good. Anyway, I prefer old hotels without the smell of formaldehyde. The price of 300+ during the May Day holiday is very reasonable. After all, the hotel has more rooms and has this condition. (¬◡¬)✧ However, the basic room rate of more than 300 does not include breakfast, so I didn't experience the dining experience.

The beef noodles for breakfast are an absolute must-try, they're incredible! Soaking in the hot springs during winter is the most comfortable. A big shout-out to Xiao Zhang at the front desk for her warm and enthusiastic service!

GGuest UserThe hotel is currently undergoing renovations, which made access a bit inconvenient. Right outside, there's a small stream where children can play in the water and catch crabs, which they absolutely loved. The hotel breakfast offered a good variety of options. For lunch and dinner, we dined at Tianxing Town, right opposite the hotel. Most restaurants there served similar fare. However, I'd strongly advise against a place called 'Nongjia Cai' (Farmer's Dishes). Their ventilation was terrible, making it very smoky and unpleasant to eat. On top of that, they charged a 4 RMB seating fee even for our 3-year-old, a charge that none of the other restaurants in the area imposed.

Pros: Perfect for a family trip with seniors and kids. It's cozy like home, and everyone can stay together happily. Chongqing's weather isn't as cold as Shanghai's, so we initially found the underfloor heating too warm and couldn't sleep. Once we turned it off, it was just right – a tip for others, the AC is sufficient. Disposable amenities are fully stocked, including bath towels, face towels, toothpaste, and toothbrushes, so you don't need to bring your own. They provide a semi-automatic coffee machine and beans, so you can make coffee for the whole family every morning. Almost all takeout can be delivered right to your door, which is super convenient. The hotel offers a paid airport transfer service; it's pricier than what you'd find on Trip.com, but the car is comfortable and the driver is steady. The Trip.com experience was… unforgettable.
Cons: Breakfast isn't provided. I pre-ordered bread from Jourdan and Tart, both delicious and recommended. Alternatively, you can order Chongqing's ”Five King Kongs” (like glutinous rice balls or wontons) on the morning of. There was some dust in places like where the hairdryer was kept – I'm a bit of a clean freak.
Overall, I highly recommend it with five stars!
