Localização muito central.
A cama é muito macia.
Hostel muito básico, mas muito limpo.
Além da cama macia, havia cheiro de esgoto no quarto. Parece ser um problema comum na cidade.
A recepcionista nos deu um frasco de purificador de ar para ficar no quarto. Ele ajuda a eliminar o odor por algumas horas e precisa ser reaplicado.

Eu não esperava muito com esse orçamento, mas foi bastante facilitado para os viajantes. Todos os serviços necessários, como comida e bebida, transporte e caixa eletrônico, estão disponíveis nas proximidades.

O lugar é agradável e limpo.
A localização é conveniente, muito perto do ônibus do aeroporto e das estações de metrô.
O único problema que tive foi que o quarto estava muito frio e não havia aquecedor.
Foi fácil deixar as chaves na caixa para o check-out.

Fiquei em quarto privativo. Localização muito boa.
Na descrição diz hotel mas é um hostel.
Ambiente descontraído e agradável.

O Hostel tem um ambiente muito agradável e sofisticado. Muito bom a experiência com esse estabelecimento. Fica super bem localizado. Tem teatro, cinema, supermercados, vários restaurantes próximo e com varios tipos de comidas com valores variados de acordo com o bolso de cada um. Fiquei super satisfeito com a hospedagem. Quando voltar a Lisboa gostaria de ficar hospedado novamente nele.

Adorei o Green Heart Hostel! Para começar, eles nos acomodaram bem cedo. A equipe foi incrível, super simpática e prestativa, ajudando a encontrar lugares para ir, comer e respondendo a quaisquer outras perguntas aleatórias que eu tivesse. Este lugar fica a uma curta distância a pé de alguns lugares incríveis. Com certeza, voltarei e me hospedarei aqui se visitar Lisboa novamente!

總體還好，價格不貴，早餐也算豐盛。晚上沒洗澡，原因是噴頭不會用，不知道怎麼放水出來。是的，你沒看錯，我住過各種五星級酒店，民宿，青年旅舍，第一次因不會放水而沒洗澡

pessoalmente, não ficaria neste hotel novamente, pois a localização era 10 minutos em uma colina e é realmente inconveniente, especialmente com bagagem. Eles também não têm luzes no quarto (para evitar incomodar os outros à noite), mas achei muito impraticável e difícil de se movimentar, especialmente porque o sol se põe cedo. Os banheiros também estavam um pouco sujos e o ralo estava sempre bloqueado, então sempre alagava o chuveiro.

No curtains on the beds, the light can bother, no privacy.
There is elevator, no problems with luggage.
There is a kitchen, but is closed in the night time.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.

SSefy LevyThis hostel is located about 3km walk from the center city, but does have some close by attractions (such as the Jeronimo's Monetary)
The room is extremely small, if you seat on the edge of the bed and try to stretch your legs, you'll most likely hit the wall.
We had our room replaced, as the first room had zero privacy for the toilet and the second room gave the illusion of privacy (as you can see in photos)
We've not seen any of the management, as everything is done thru WhatsApp to contact them and they will respond.
Breakfast was OK, it had a bit of choices but there was more cakes and cookies then actual food.

GGuest UserOn a busy street, it’s not very quiet, but you can wear earplugs. Your experience depends on the other travelers, of course, if they are considerate.
The staff is very nice and accommodating.
The reason I like this place is because it has a lot of character. It’s a turn-of-the-last century, 1890s palace, with very fancy ceilings, parquet wooden floors, and a marble floor lobby. It’s a real palace, one of many in Portugal!
In 1914 it was rented to the Swiss Ambassador of Portugal. Although the place is quite dated now, it still has a lot of class.
If you have a little more money, you can rent a small suite, higher up and quieter, also with credit card points (free or almost ).
Unfortunately the internet only works in the lobby if you have a mobile phone. It seems to work fine for iPads and computers, strangely enough.
It has a kitchen and washer / dryer.
The fridge is old-style retro, as well as the deco in the whole hotel / hostel.
(small fridge, but it does have a small freezer, too.)
The place has a restaurant, which is popular. If you eat a large breakfast you can include it with your rent, it costs about 9€
(I don’t , so the kitchen was fine – modern electric stove top, microwave – no oven!)
The top bunk of a three-tiered system is fairly safe, as it has steps, instead of ladder rungs. It has wooden lockers (bring your own lock) and small boxes, hidden in the stairs at every bed level. Not for the faint of heart or those afraid of heights…
or those who can’t do stairs.
Two flights of stairs up! Shared rooms on first and second floors, kitchen is on the first.
No elevator to the shared rooms, unlike the suites.

AAnonymous UserStayed for 4 nights in a female ensuite - overall I had a positive experience! Firstly it was clean! A few things to note is that it isn’t the most sound proof to traffic and the temperature of the shower suddenly dipped from day 2 onwards. I can’t comment for social aspects but they offered some walking tours, pub crawls and drinking/ game tournaments on for some of the weeks. I didn’tutilise it but the kitchen area seemed stocked. Wouldn’t say it had the most social atmosphere in the common area but I was out for most of the time I stayed.

台台灣小資女The rooms and bathrooms are quite new, clean, and bright. The lobby is very comfortable and has a water dispenser, plus you can store your luggage for free. The location is in a bustling area, very lively at night with many pizza places, burger joints, and bars. There are also many shops near the hostel, including several famous trendy brands, making the location very convenient.
The downsides are that there's absolutely no place to hang clothes in the room, and the storage space under the bed is inconveniently designed and hard to use. The bathroom also lacks any storage.
Overall, I still highly recommend it. They provide towels and shower gel, and hairdryers can be rented at the front desk. You can't eat outside food in the lobby, but you can eat in your room (no alcohol).

AAnonymous UserThe location was excellent, and the backyard area was wonderful—I met some very kind people there. However, when I entered the room, the smell was so strong it almost made me lose my sight. The beds were old and creaked with every movement. The person sleeping in the upper bunk sounded like he was drowning and was talking in his sleep, not to mention the other people snoring. It was only one night, and I will not repeat the experience at the same place again.

HHaidenghaimuduyuLooking at the pictures, I thought this was in a suburban area, as a small garden like this doesn't seem like something you'd find in Lisbon's old town. But surprisingly, there are still spaces like this even on the upper floors of old town apartment buildings. The owner is very thoughtful, and it felt like very Chinese-style service. The English-speaking front desk service was excellent, and since it was Halloween, there were candies on the bar, plus free lemonade! However, the biggest issue is that there's no elevator to the fourth floor, and I nearly collapsed dragging my large suitcase before getting through the door. Thankfully, the room itself was clean, tidy, and comfortable, and the space wasn't as small as other apartments. It was very cozy, and there are many fantastic little shops nearby, with food and atmosphere that are just as good as Michelin-starred places! Loved it.

たたびだいすきぽんThe room was very clean, and I had a great time watching Amazon Prime on the TV! Also, the view from the rooftop is amazing, so definitely check out Barcelona's scenery in the morning and evening! You can even see a small glimpse of Sagrada Familia!
