スタッフの皆様の対応や心づかいが温かかったです。年末年始の宿泊だったので、年越しそばやおせち、餅つきなど季節の行事でもてなしていただきました。（Trip.comの予約では、食事のプランが選べず、他の宿泊者とは違うメニューだったのは少し残念でしたが…） また小学校の面影が残る施設で、震災のことを学べてとても貴重な経験でした。 部屋の壁は薄かったので隣の部屋の音が結構聞こえましたが、眺めはよく、エアコンとファンヒーターが準備されていて快適でした。

GGuest UserSendai has become my second favorite city in Japan. It offers the perfect blend of chill and urban vibes — not as crowded as Tokyo, Osaka, or Sapporo, yet equally lively and enjoyable. This capsule hotel is located right along the main business street, making it very convenient for dining and shopping. There’s even an Ichiran Ramen just next door, and a famous Taiyaki shop only a 2–3 minute walk away. Sendai Station is about a 10-minute walk from the property. However, one downside is the confusing luggage policy. The hotel rules state that large luggage cannot be brought into the sleeping area, so I rented a chain lock (JPY 100) to secure my suitcase in the hallway. Despite this, many guests still brought their bags inside, so the rule seemed inconsistently enforced. For guests like me who followed the policy, it was a bit inconvenient since my capsule was quite far from the hallway and it was troublesome to retrieve my belongings each time.

GGuest UserThe hotel was very clean and comfortable. I particularly appreciated how the bath and luggage storage areas were separate from the capsule area, which made for a much quieter and more restful stay compared to other similar facilities. There were also plenty of showers, sinks, and hairdryers, so I never felt like it was crowded. Another nice touch was that each guest received their own bath mat. This kept the changing rooms clean and dry, which was a pleasant surprise. My only minor complaint was that my capsule felt a bit cold. Even with thermal underwear under the provided loungewear, I woke up in the middle of the night because of the chill. It would be even more comfortable if blankets were available for rent or if the room temperature could be adjusted.

MmamezunzunThe staff's response and care were warm. Since I stayed at the end of the year and the beginning of the year, I was entertained at seasonal events such as Toshikoshi soba, New Year's Day, and Mochi making. (in the reservation of Trip.com, it was a little disappointing that the meal plan was not selected and the menu was different from other guests ...) It was also a very valuable experience to learn about the earthquake at the facility where the remnants of elementary schools remain. The walls of the room were thin so I could hear the sound of the next room quite a bit, but the view was good and the air conditioner and fan heater were prepared and comfortable.
