The location is very accessible and near to McDonald's too.👍 The room is clean and the room ac is nice! 👍🥶
I gave their service a 4/5 because I did an advance booking and yet let me wait for the room to be prepared. 😐So I hope next time they prioritize the one's who has an advance bookings/online bookings. 🥺🙃 And I can hear the staff outside the corridors as early as 6:30am, hope they are more considerate for guest who are still sleeping. 🤐🤫😴 But overall I had a great stay here at Sogo Gen Tri 🫡👍👌

Rou is truly an exceptional host who went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience. She was incredibly attentive and assisted us every step of the way throughout our entire stay. She made a point to check in on us regularly to see if everything was okay, and she was always very quick to respond and extremely helpful whenever we had any questions or needed assistance with anything. Her warm and welcoming nature made us feel right at home and completely comfortable the moment we arrived. On top of her amazing hospitality, the place itself was clean and well-maintained. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

O Lugar é bom e próximo de Quase tudo o que você precisa, MAS o tempo antes de entrarmos era um pouco desligado e eles não podem ser contactados.Esperamos Quase duas horas no carro para alguém que Pode nos deixar entrar, MAS, EM tudo, posso dar Sete de Dez para isso.

O Lugar estava limpo.Era muito chato e levou muito tempo para que um terapeuta de massagem pudesse vir e me dar um massagem. Eu prefiro ficar EM hotéis por isso. Devia haver Mais de um rolo de papel higiénico para três hóspedes por três noites e Mais de duas toalhas.

Tahimik sa gabi kaya maganda ang tulog namin. Salamat sa hotel team at napakaganda ng inyong serbisyo. Highly recommended . Siguradong babalikqn namen ang pag stay sa inyong place. Maraming salamat.

GGuest UserIt was a good thing na malamig ang panahon or else babaha ang buong unit due to aircon leakage. Pagna-on leak agad at ang lakas pa, basa buong floor. Reached out dito at sa caretaker but was provided mga basahan only kasi wala daw maintenance at wala nang ibang unit na mapaglipatan. We were also told na di dapat ioopen ang unit but due to high demand, they did. Wala namang problem if you want to earn but make sure hindi macompromise andmg stay ng guests. It was waaay beyond inconvenience at may kids pa which is delikado ang madulas na sahig. Never again and will never recommend.

It was very clean and the caretaker was very accomodating,and near the store's to buy basic needs.
i hope nextime there is wifi..

GGuest UserThe location, place, and room are excellent kahit po naligaw kami😭, the only problem is the Wi-Fi, but overall it's good naman lahat yung wifi lang talaga, and also it says that the room can accommodate 5 pax but kulang po yung blankets, may nakita kaming mga blanket ata sa may bed pero ma-alikabok na po. I didn't expect na sobrang lamig sa tagaytay, but again all goods po siya—we cleaned the unit before we leave kasi we want to comeback pa po hehe😁 keep it up po, god blessed♡

GGuest UserSelf check in. Not a hotel. It has cockroaches in the kitchen. Sink has a smell. Beds are clean, bathroom is clean. Complete appliance for cooking. Matress and Pillows are comfortable. Sheets are clean. The place is quiet. Nice place to chill.
The price I paid I think is too much since the water heater is not working and the services and amenties I'm expecting from a hotel are not provided.
I might come back but it depends, the price should be lower imo.
