旅館老闆服務一般般，有點不耐煩，明明自助辦理入住機器上面所登記的電話號碼不是我的電話號碼，我也沒有登記過，我也不知道怎麼回事，老闆便說這是很嚴重的問題。另外，我因為肚痛所以想取消預訂，但是因為訂單是不設取消和退款，即使平台跟老闆溝通過了老闆還是堅決拒絕，這樣我感到有點不好，只能夠當天趕去那邊入住設施：有浴缸，地方很少，床架是木造的，床褥乾淨，床頭邊上還有小燈和小風扇，把扇連接口拔掉可以用作USB充電。客廳那邊有兩張桌子，洗手盆，梳洗用的洗手盆，一次性牙刷，有儲物櫃，有煮水煲可以自己煲熱水。環境10分乾淨，我入住的時候人也不是很多， 10個床位只有兩三個人入住

I had a such beautiful stay at Aizu ~ eating breakfast in the sun on the deck was bliss! Met loads of friendly travellers and the hosts are super kind. Thank you Aizu Guesthouse :))
