Nice residence with a sea view. We could see Singapore while sitting on the balcony (I booked the apartment type **droom). The apartment was spacious, and each room was also large. Room cleanliness and toiletries: the best! 👍 Bathroom facilities: complete! 👍 Kitchen facilities: okay! 👌 Entertainment facilities: from the swimming pool, gym, to smart TV... 👍 The location is very close to CIQ JB Sentral (can walk without being exposed to the sun). Next time, I won't hesitate to stay here. 👏 The only downside was that we couldn't store our luggage before check-in. Overall, it was the best!

The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance to several key attractions like TRX, Pavilion Kuala Lumpur, and the train station. There are also many restaurants and shopping malls nearby, and public transportation is easily accessible, making it convenient to reach Kuala Lumpur city center and other major sights. The hotel's location offers great convenience whether you're on a short trip or a longer stay.

Very nice 2 bedroom with spacious living room. Clean and neat, convenient to link to R&F mall and City Square/JB Sentral. Will come again!

Stayed for 1 night — everything was great! The residence is conveniently located near Paradigm Mall, making it easy to access shopping and dining options. The host/management was friendly and responsive, and the check-in/check-out instructions were clear and hassle-free. The unit itself was very spacious, clean, and well-equipped — perfect for larger families or groups. Everyone had plenty of space to relax comfortably.

The accommodation is very clean and the service is friendly. The location is far from the pier, but you can experience the unbeatable sea view.

We reached the hotel at about 11.30pm from Songapore on 8/4. Upon reaching, we asked the security guard about the booking procedure. He does not know anything about it. He showed that there are boxes to collect the keys from near the laundry room. However, there were no instructions or information of password or room number to collect the keys. I tried to call the hotline and the internet phone but neither was successful in my attend. It was already past midnite. We were tored after the 11/2 hour of jam at the Causeway. We decided to search for another room at the agoda.com and found something for us to spend the night at Grand Landmark Hotel. It costed us $62 SGD. We stayed there until noon and decided to go back to the KSL Premier Residence. I checked my email and saw the instruction to the room coming in at 5.53am which is about 5hours from the time we alerted them via the apps. We went back before noon to the KSL Residence and checked in. Place is nice but we felt shortchanged and ill treated with this hiccups. We would like to ask for a refund for the first day and that Trip.com should pay for our sstay at Grand Landmark Hotel on 8-9 April for goodwill. It is not easy to move around with 2 msmall children. We had a great stay at D Esplanade Residence and the service staffs were awesome. They were prompt with their replies and it's a good location for elderly as it links to ksl shopping.

First off, the location is quite remote for Johor as a whole, mainly because the Persiaran Laksamana area is newly developed. However, it's very close to Puteri Harbour International Ferry Terminal, which makes it ideal for travelers arriving by ferry. Note that the detailed map location on Trip.com is incorrect. The correct address should be Almas Suites, Persiaran Laksamana, 79100 Iskandar Puteri, Johor Darul Ta'zim. Due to this location, if you plan on frequently traveling to and from JB, you'll need to factor in potentially high transportation costs (more travel time and higher Grab fares). If you opt for a high-floor room, you'll generally have a good experience with a nice view from the open balcony. However, the balconies are quite close to each other, so you might catch a glimpse of what your neighbors are up to! 😉 No rooms provide toothbrushes or toothpaste, and you'll need to bring your own shampoo and shower gel. If you choose to eat in the room, you'll quickly discover it attracts tiny ants. It's best to dine at restaurants outside and then return to the room to relax. During your stay, no room service is provided as it operates as a self-service apartment.
