Easy check in with clear instruction.Nice sea view.walking distance to Phase 1 R&F mall shopping.Lots of good foods are available there。 Have shampoo provided but no shower gel.common toilet door is faulty.Cannot open fully。 In all a nice place to stay in will come again🤗🤠

Overall a very comfortable stay. The room is clean with a beautiful sea view from the 40th floor. Both the bed and sofa are very comfortable. I also liked that the towels were sanitised and individually sealed before being provided - everything felt clean and well prepared. Amenities are almost hotel-like, with toothbrush, toothpaste, shower cap and other essentials provided. Check-in is officially at 3pm, but they allowed us to check in earlier, which we really appreciated. The main downside is the check-in process. You have to collect the keys from their office, which is about a 10-minute walk from the actual block and requires crossing roads. It can be quite inconvenient if you don’t have a car, especially with large luggage or young children. The bathroom also had an unpleasant odour, possibly due to the drainage/piping system or lack of ventilation. Other than the check-in hassle and bathroom smell, everything else was good and we enjoyed our stay.

The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance to several key attractions like TRX, Pavilion Kuala Lumpur, and the train station. There are also many restaurants and shopping malls nearby, and public transportation is easily accessible, making it convenient to reach Kuala Lumpur city center and other major sights. The hotel's location offers great convenience whether you're on a short trip or a longer stay.

I booked this apartment for its proximity to Singapore, and it truly is close. It's just a few hundred meters' walk to clear customs and catch a bus. There's a direct Transtar bus to Changi Airport for 13 MYR per person. The apartment is located in Princess Cove, developed by R&F Group, and there are quite a few Chinese residents here. Even during Chinese New Year, you can still find places to eat in the nearby commercial complex. Each unit has friendly Indian/Pakistani security guards, which makes it feel safe. The rooms are spacious and come with an induction hob, so you can easily cook simple meals.

Stayed for 1 night — everything was great! The residence is conveniently located near Paradigm Mall, making it easy to access shopping and dining options. The host/management was friendly and responsive, and the check-in/check-out instructions were clear and hassle-free. The unit itself was very spacious, clean, and well-equipped — perfect for larger families or groups. Everyone had plenty of space to relax comfortably.

The accommodation is very clean and the service is friendly. The location is far from the pier, but you can experience the unbeatable sea view.

We reached the hotel at about 11.30pm from Songapore on 8/4. Upon reaching, we asked the security guard about the booking procedure. He does not know anything about it. He showed that there are boxes to collect the keys from near the laundry room. However, there were no instructions or information of password or room number to collect the keys. I tried to call the hotline and the internet phone but neither was successful in my attend. It was already past midnite. We were tored after the 11/2 hour of jam at the Causeway. We decided to search for another room at the agoda.com and found something for us to spend the night at Grand Landmark Hotel. It costed us $62 SGD. We stayed there until noon and decided to go back to the KSL Premier Residence. I checked my email and saw the instruction to the room coming in at 5.53am which is about 5hours from the time we alerted them via the apps. We went back before noon to the KSL Residence and checked in. Place is nice but we felt shortchanged and ill treated with this hiccups. We would like to ask for a refund for the first day and that Trip.com should pay for our sstay at Grand Landmark Hotel on 8-9 April for goodwill. It is not easy to move around with 2 msmall children. Just beside KSL mall. Good and convinient. View is good and will book again if were to bring family along. Lotz of food in the vincinity. Checking in via letterbox is very convenient
