The room was very clean, and the location was great. There's also a large balcony outside on the 4th floor. Each bed has a lock, which feels very secure, and the personal space offers good privacy. The downside is that there's no elevator to the 4th floor, and my luggage was too heavy to carry. Luckily, a Chinese gentleman helped me take it up to the 4th floor. There's a Chinese restaurant nearby that serves 'roujiamo' (Chinese hamburger), and it's absolutely delicious.

The location is excellent. staff are very helpful and kind. The shared washrooms are big but some of them having issue with the cleaning. beds and rooms are good. I'm happy with my stay

Nice room, still a bit rough around the edges as they are clearly renovating and location is very residential outside the city but for the price it’s worth it! Kitchen was a bit disappointing as no-one had mentioned you have to use your own cutlery/plates etc. and fridge was dirty. Overall a nice place which did the job for a low price, but a few changes in cleaning kitchen and renovation areas would improve it :)

The hostel is very nice. The staff are very helpful. The location is walking distance from Roma Termini. But if you have big luggage’s as the road are not flat, it’s a bit difficult to carry and walk. The restaurants below are also pretty nice. The foods and the staff. I have a great stay in this hotel. Highly recommended.

Generally it's an okay hostel,but I had problem with the housekeeping who just took away my stuff (dirty clothes in the plastic bag,face wash sponge,folded shopping bag,wet undies hat was hung,and handsanitizer). The dirty clothes were bag after communicating with the front desk-housekeeping manager(?)-and the housekeeper. Yet,other stuff were just gone. Just be careful if you want to stay here and keep your stuff safe before going out from your room. It's a bit difficult if your room is upstairs (mine was in 2nd floor) and the rain falls because you might get wet when you go into your room or ho downstairs. Bring your own amenities btw. The guy with glasses and the straight black long hair receptions were super nice! It's near from the supermarket and bust stop. The train station is quite far. Overall,it's a so-so accommodation.

saw rusted kettles - kitchen and dining area needs revamp and needs to be kept clean - fridge was smelly and hot and could not store my food as a result of which it went bad

Hotel location is a little far fr Train / Metro Station. But can reach by bus 649 n a short walk. Can also reach by metro n a 500m distance. Villa is run down as are its amenities. It will be good if Villa can replace its old & worn out sofas in d hall & old kettle. D dining plates are new but cutlery is missing?

It was a very European place that had a great funny staff that knew the drinks! I'm 6'2 and the beds were so comfy! It was down the street from the Colosseum. Great access to Rome.

The hotel located not far from Roma Termini and I have no issue to find the hotel when my flight arrived late at night. The bathroom clean everyday and the staffs very friendly and helpfull as well. For me,the issue when i arrived to check in..i need to climb 8-9stairs carried my luggage (20kg),exhausted. It would be nice if have lift. I am very luckily my room located 1st floor. Others the hotel have a great service and the people are very great. Enjoyable stay at Rome on my 1st time.

The location of the hotel was very nice. If you like walking, this will be an advantage. The reception is very friendly. They helped me both at night and in the morning when my phone broke down. The rooms and bathroom were clean. You don't need to bring a cabinet lock. I only deducted my score because we purchased towels and soaps with fee.
