New hotel. Excellent location. The rooms are a bit small and lack adequate ventilation.
The price-quality ratio is good.
They do not offer lockers. The laundry service is cheap and good. The staff is attentive and friendly.
Internet access is very good. The common spaces are not very large but are well organized. You can enjoy your stay even if you have to work at the hostel during it.

I've been @ Santuario much longer than planned due to some health issue. So, I had the time to highly appreciate not only the hostel itself, the great vibe and atmosphere, the fantastic beds setup where you have plenty of space (!) plus an unusual total privacy, like you have a mini room inside a room, but especially the people: staff is great and really cares the guest, while sick I had a family like surveillance, especially Stefy ”la chica del bar”, Kathy (cleaning & kitchen) and Jose (maintenance) never missed supporting me and asking genuinely interested how I was feeling doing their best to help. In a difficult moment, I was in the right place, thanks them! One only thing disturbing me was, the aircon management: ok it was on only evening and night, quite usual, problem was a person feeling cold was enough to shut down the aircon for everyone... and it was hot then... i love freezing, ok, but a correct balance would be the best, suggesting who's cold to wear a t-shirt should work, and others won't sweat ;-)

We spent 2 nights at the Oresca Hotel.
The owners are warm and super friendly.
Frokost of 7-9, it was very delicious with eggs,speck waffles and fresh fruits.
There was a surprisingly free massage on the first morning.
We will definitely recommend that we come back!

Overall it was in line with expectations. The location is very good, in the heart of the old town. It is worth mentioning that all facilities are very clean. A little bit crowded.

My stay at Ithia was very enjoyable. First time in Spain. The hotel is about 25 mins away from El Dorado Airport and check in was very smooth. My spanish is very basic but the staff was very patient and answered all of my questions. It is conveniently located right next to Museo National and within walking 15-20 mins walking

GGuest UserThe front desk helped to call the car to the airport, said that 15 dollars for two cars, half the driver asked 25, to the airport driver asked 35 dollars, we asked for the alarm, argued for a long time, and finally gave 16, seriously suspected that the front desk and the driver colluded! As for hotel conditions, make do, breakfast is very general
