Staff were helpful. The location was near the train station which is great for walking. The hostel has a large lobby and communal area for hanging out and chilling. Lots of amenities. Water is free to refill. Beds and toilets were clean and well-equipped with hair dryers. Really pleasant stay and would highly recommend this place for solo travellers.

O Lugar de Vida é BEM acolhedor, divertido e central para ficar perto Da Rua Liuxing!O proprietário fala inglês bem e é Muito amigável e interessante. O Amor de Viagem e a cultura dele são exibidos Ao redor do albergue com a bela decoração e a sua atmosfera, e é fácil ver que muitos Amor e pensamentos foram a este lugar. Eles me deram um café de coco gratuito que era delicioso!A sala de compartilhamento feminina era limpa e moderna, com UMA cama confortável com um pátio. Há uma cozinha pequena partilhada com frigorífico/congelador, distribuidor de água quente e coisas para cozinhar e comer (mesmo que eu não cozinhei lá). As toalhas de casas de banho compartilhadas tinham algumas toalhas e algumas estações de chuveiro - um lado para mim era as toalhas são todas toalhas de esqui e não havia papel higiénico quando estava lá, então eu tive de trazer a minha própria (talvez não a vi, não perguntei). Há espaços de vida compartilhados onde você pode sentar-se nas mesas e cadeiras, uma área de quintal exterior com um lindo jardim, uma área de sala de leitura tranquila com livros do proprietário, e uma área de telhado com tendas. É um lugar realmente cool, internacional.Gostaria de voltar.

This Hostel was very easy to book with great amenities like a kitchen, free, laundry and comfortable beds and convenient location. As an international traveller they made the registration process very easy and I would recommend anyone coming to visit the Kashgar area. Zaynap was super helpful and made us feel so helpful welcome.

The best hostel in the city, i did 2 hostel in this city and this one is by far the best. The room is so nice with Xinjiang carpet i love it so much. The yard is big with everything as washing machine or kitchen, and a place for rest with a cute cat and a mulberry tree with free natural mulberry. The location is so nice close to the best place in Yining. All the girls at the reception are so nice and welcoming with a very good english. When i will comeback in the city i will book again this place without hesitation. I hope to see foreigners there in the future.

Jaw-droppingly good! Fantastic vibes, friendly staff, and excellent facilities. Rooms are spacious and beds are comfy. I'll definitely be back, not least because the manager kindly let me leave my bike there for free whilst I do a visa run to Kyrgyzstan

Lovely stay at Gobi Desert. The location is very central in the old district and near lots of places to eat and walk around. The staff at the hostel are super helpful - whatever I needed and they tried too help out. Can't thank them enough. The room was large, quiet and had everything I needed. thanks again!

A cama é confortável, não há gás para cozinhar, MAS há água quente, UMA microonda e alguns outros aparelhos que você Pode usar.É um pouco longe Da Cidade antiga, MAS há muitas outras ruas de compras perto. Deixei a minha bicicleta fora Da porta porque é UMA área segura.Há pessoas amigáveis no albergue que me ajudaram a navegar Na forma de fazer coisas chinesas.É realmente bom ficar aqui, recomendaria. Se você não encontrar o local, envie-os.

The location is great. The shower and toilet at 2nd floor need to be clean regularly. Also it helps to put curtains at both the entrance/exit because when you take shower, the wind/ cold air really send shivers down your spine. Please please fix the door at 209, 211. When you want to close the door from the outside, you have to pull to shut it and the bang can wake up the whole neighborhood.

After traveling through Northwest China for more than four weeks and staying in several hotels, we found our experience at Return Inn, Kashgar, to be the best—it left the most positive impression in its price range. The owner does not speak English, but we could communicate via a translation device. His attitude was very sincere and warm, making us feel like we were meeting an old friend. The hotel is located very close to the ancient city. Although the facilities are basic, it has hot water, WiFi, and is very clean and tidy. There is no elevator, but the owner helped us carry our luggage upstairs. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserHostel is about 5 - 7 minutes away from the ”Sports Centre” metro station, which is about 25+ minutes from the airport.
The hostel entrance is next to the Tesla shop, and you have to press the buzzer, for the security guard to open the gate for you.
Then, after writing your name down in the guest-book, you go up to the 10th floor in the lift.
(Check the other reviews here, for a picture of the gate/door to the building)
The staff speak little to no English, but they are very helpful.
They will try to solve your issues, as long as you patient with the translation software.
Also, it is difficult for staff to check you in, if you do not have a contact number or Alipay/Wechat contact.
(This is a CN Govt requirement)
The dorm rooms are basic and you may get the city views.
There are no privacy curtains and there was no air-con, in my one.
The hostel staff can provide fans, but we did not need any, as it was still cool at night.
The beds are OK.
There is a bathroom in the dorm room too, but there was almost no privacy for the bathroom, as there was a gap between the door for others to see and you can see through the frosted glass into the bathroom too!
The hostel is relatively clean, quiet and well-located,
except there may be other local guests, who are loud and smoke sometimes in the other rooms.
Next to the hostel is a nice up-market shopping centre and with really lots to eat, in the food-court on the 3rd floor.

Trust me, if you're coming to Yining and staying in Liuxing Street, choose Kangrinboqe. No exaggeration, you'll understand what 'value' means once you've stayed here.
📍Location
It's right in Liuxing Street; just follow your navigation. Step outside and you're surrounded by all sorts of food, drinks, and shops – super convenient. Walking back at night, the street isn't dark or isolated, so even if you're alone, you feel safe. The best part is – it's quiet, so you can really get a good night's sleep.
🛏️Facilities
The beds are sturdy; no creaks or wobbles when you turn over, which is super important for guys. Each bed has a curtain, a light, and power outlets, so you can charge your phone, play games, or watch videos without disturbing anyone.
The cafe is good; the black coffee is strong enough. It’s a great spot to browse your phone, edit photos, or just zone out.
The kitchen is available and well-equipped with pots, pans, and everything you need. If you want to save money and cook some noodles or reheat food, it's no problem.
Reading room? Yes. The sofas are comfy. There aren't many books, but a few are worth reading. If you're tired, you can just sprawl out there for a bit, and no one will bother you.
🧼Cleanliness
I have to say – it's clean. The bathroom has no strange smells or limescale, and the drain isn't clogged. The bed sheets are white, with no stains or hair. Guys might not be as particular, but the cleanliness here will make you think, 'Wow, this money was well spent.'
💬Service
The front desk staff, both guys and girls, are efficient and don't waste time. They answer all your questions and check you in quickly. Sometimes in the evenings, they organize communal dinners or casual drinks and chats. If you feel like joining in, you can; if not, no one forces you. This kind of service, without awkwardness or annoyance, is truly comfortable.
🔥Overall Impression
Coming here alone, it doesn't feel awkward; coming with friends, you can still have a good time. They don't go for those trendy, 'influencer' gimmicks; it's simply a hostel that understands what 'staying' truly means.
Next time I'm in Yining, I'll definitely stay here again. No more words needed, five stars.

QQingjiaowohuahuayaNewly opened hotels don't have a distinct atmosphere, but the owner's dedication is immediately apparent upon arrival. I was eager to extend my stay after checking in. This was my first time staying in an all-female youth hostel. Apart from the two male owners, there was no one else in the entire place. They were very discreet and stayed away from the rooms unless they were helping the girls carry their suitcases to the stairs. It felt very safe, especially the owner's wife, who was incredibly cute. Chongqing people are incredibly lively when they chat.
Speaking of the room, the bed was perfectly made and didn't creak. I slept through it until after 1:00 PM on my first day. It was a fantastic sleep, and the first thing I did when I woke up was to extend my lease. I absolutely loved it.

GGuest UserElla is a conscientious and gracious host who has cultivated a warm and fun environment. I had a great experience sleeping in the comfortable dorm which was a very fair price by China standards as well. Facilities are new and clean. I slept well on a comfy bed in a relatively quiet neighborhood that’s still very close to the ancient city. Also you can take a taxi directly to her Homestay whereas in the ancient city you have to carry your bags at least a few hundred meters from taxi drop off. Ella was patient and answered all of my touristic questions while caring for the other guests too. Also she often prepares a potluck meal for a fair price. I met many interesting travellers here too so if you are looking for a good base to rest that meets your social and touristic needs as well Ella’s home is the place for you. Probably my favorite hostel in my month in China. Shame I have to leave. The private rooms look quite cozy as well

GGuest UserYou can order takeout and drink coffee. You can sing. There is also a sand burial spot nearby. The boss took us to bury the sand, which is free for the time being (it is still under renovation and will be a high-end sand therapy center in the future.) The boss took us to get the wool and save money. It's great! The ladies I met are all very nice and of high quality!

JJONO5K1Very reliable and secure compound. Situated on the 9th and 10th floors of the Super 8 hotel, this hostel is quite quiet and comfortable. The staff were pleasant and the interior was frequently patrolled by security. The only notable factor for prospective tourists was that the. domestic guests in the male room were quite rough. A lot of inside smoking and loudness.

AAnonymous UserIn the best season, I stayed in the most exquisite homestay in the ancient city. I was very satisfied. First of all, the location of the homestay is very good, in the most conspicuous location of Baghdad Homestay Street in the west district. There are various small shops outside the hotel, which is very convenient. Entering the homestay, there is a small courtyard with lush flowers and trees, and a huge fig tree with lush branches and leaves. There is a restaurant downstairs in the yard where I live. Drink some fruit wine, eat some special snacks, and there are also special folk meals. If you are in a good mood, you can even customize a seafood dinner. The seafood is from inland lakes and has not been polluted by H. It is simply amazing. This is highly recommended.

GGuest UserI stayed here for many days and extended my stay several times. The location is right in the center of the western part of the old town. There's a rooftop terrace where you can see snow-capped mountains on clear days. Downstairs, there's a century-old tea house, and almost every day around 6 PM, you can often catch free local dance performances, like the 'Princess of the Western Regions Riding a Camel', right outside.

GGuest UserThe hostel is very nice. There's a large residential complex right in front of the hotel, a supermarket is a 100-meter walk away, and there are over a dozen restaurants along the way, making it very convenient.
It's a five-minute walk (200-300 meters) to the Zhuanchang bus stop, and the train station costs 1 yuan and takes half an hour.
The bedding was very comfortable, the room was clean and tidy, and the roommates were very nice and pleasant.
It's a 20-minute walk from Wanda Plaza.
There's a free washing machine in the public bathroom.
