The price is really cheap. I thought it couldn't be so good, but it turned out to be beyond my expectation. The room is very clean. It's very close and convenient to Banzaan. It's only a few minutes' walk away. Jiangxi Leng is nearby, and the sanitation is very clean. At night It's very quiet, unlike the one I lived in before, I will stay here again next time, it's worth recommending.

This Phuket trip, spent 4 days and 3 nights in Phuket city, going to almost every famous beach, but not all of the ones I like and want to recommend the most. I feel good and impressed. The number 1 accommodation this time is Matchima House The mattress is wide and soft, the pillows are good, there is a fan, cool air conditioning, the room is compact. The important thing is that the original structure was a Chinese-style house. Near the clock tower Near famous food places And the owner provides very good service. Reserve a parking space for you. It was the night I slept the most soundly. Next time will definitely go to stay again. Because it's very comfortable.

The bed is large: the three of us slept comfortably (me, my wife and child 3 years old). The air conditioning was powerful, it cooled the room perfectly. Who writes that he is blowing on the bed, just adjust the angle of the ”curtains”. The fridge freezer has got a spesial form for an ice, which I have not seen in any hotel in Thailand. Whiskey + ice = great evening on the balcony;) The balcony is good - there are a table (constantly used in the room), two armchairs, a clothes dryer. 2) The wi-fi is wonderful. I calmly used the Internet: read the news, mail, YouTube. 3) The room cleaning servise is every day and the cleaning is excellent. They never forgot to get anything, they did everything quickly and accurately. 4) It was possible to order food in the lobby of the hotel (main building). I highly recommend fried rice with chicken and Mango Fresh, very tasty. The baby was eating just chicken without any spices, he was pleased. 5) Communication with the staff also gave only positive emotions: they solved all problems and tasks, told important news, ordered a taxi. 6) We were completely satisfied with the location of the hotel: a thin road leads from the hotel to the beach (left, 3-5 minutes on foot), is usually used by bikes. If you go straight from the hotel, then you can walk to the market in about 20 minutes (it works on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, Sunday). If you go to the right, past the Title condo, you will reach 7-Eleven, although there are so many in the area. 7) We prefered to eat at Phen's cafe. For three years of visiting Nai Yang we have never found a place where the price-quality food would be better. A pleasant surprise was a 10% discount for residents of Pensiri House. Now I will describe not quite the cons, but rather the features of the hotel. The hotel does not have an elevator (only 3 floors). This did not bother us. The bed mattress is really hard, also like in other hotels. After living in Pensiri, we stayed in a hotel in Surin, then in two hotels in Bangkok - the bed is also everywhere like that. My back, of course, was ill but i fill myself better after swimming. The shower pressure is weak. But, this didn’t bother us, it just took a little longer to do shower. Total. Great 4 weeks in a great hotel. A huge quantity of pluses, wonderful staff, wonderful holiday. I sincerely hope to come here again :)

Lovely family run guesthouse. I stayed here for 8 days at the end of February. Booking and communication responses were very quick and I was provided with all the necessary information for my Thai pass. The nightly rate was cheap and although the rooms are basic it was all I needed for a comfortable stay. Request a balcony room if you can. The local weekend night markets are held right outside. If it’s location you’re after then this place is perfect.

The dormitory bed is large and there is also space to put small things around. The locker is a size that can be large backpack enough. The relaxing space is also on the 1 floor and 2 floor. It is in the center of Phuket Town, so it is convenient to go anywhere. There is also free bread, cereal and drinks, microwave oven and refrigerator on the first floor.

We came back the second time to stay at Sam’s place as we loved it last year. We had 4 beautiful days here which is right next to the beautiful kata beach. Sam , with a smiling face is always there to help you . for any needs and recommendations. Food is always available in the reception for free and you can eat and drink in a common area which is nicely decorated with love.Our room was in the second floor which was clean and quiet with a nice small balcony. They cleaned our room every day and every thing here was very comfortable. Sam also arranged us a scooter for roaming around the area which was a very good idea to see almost the whole island . What you get is far beyond what you pay. I recommend this place for any one who comes to Phuket. Will come back ! Thank you Sam

This guesthouse exceeded my expectations beyond words. I judged it prematurely because of the price but my room was very big, it was squeaky clean and it actually looked nice. I also had a TV that I actually used, a kettle to make my coffee, an iron to press my clothes and a mini bar fridge. My room also had a balcony. The location is perfect. About 8 minutes walk to the beach (DON'T use the main road if you're walking, it's dangerous with no side walks and further. Use the backstreets). There are bars, restaurants, currency exchange offices, laundromats, ATM's and spa's everywhere you look. Had I known how much I would enjoy this place I would have stayed much longer. The staff at Sure Guesthouse is also very friendly, professional and helpful. Lastly, if you are not driving or using a motorbike, don't you worry, Grab and Bolt work very well here. I was using Grab to go to faraway destinations but then I switched to Bolt because their prices are almost 1/3 of Grabs prices. Cons: It gets a little noisy at night (cause of the bars and nightlife), but not so bad that you can't sleep. Also, there isn't a lift so you have to use stairs (this was fine for me cause I was eating ALOT so I needed the stairs, but I know some people don't like that and should probably ask to get a room on the 2nd floor when booking. Overall, this is a great place to stay for anyone of any age especially considering the price. If I ever come back to Thailand, I will definitely stay at Sure again.

Therefore called to ask the accommodation where the hotel is But got a reply that Can't read the book? Bring the sound is not good at all. Booked a private room as I was just passing through. Bed is very very comfortable and amenities are lovely! Staff do their best to accomodate your needs and queries. I’m a solo traveller so it’s important for me to feel safe and secure, which this hostel accommodates that. I will be visiting again

We were satisfied with our room in this hotel: - the room was clean and got cleaned every day - there's a fridge in the room and you get a small bottle of water every day - it's near the city center of Phuket Town (around 15 minutes on foot) but you don't hear the traffic in the center (there were some roosters next to the hotel, and they were pretty loud and active from around 5 am, but I guess this was something temporary because nobody else wrote about them :D) - you can climb the Khao Rang viewpoint before the peek tourist hours (it takes around 10-15 minutes to the top) There are no real negative parts to this room, but just in an fyi sort of way - we booked a room with a balcony and although the balcony was there, it's not really a sort of a place to sit in and relax, which we thought it would be (you enter it through a window, it's pretty small and tight). The other thing is that we needed transport to the Rassada Pier early one morning and the hotel has or can organize this transport - but the price we were told was pretty high (700 baht!), which is pretty strange considering that even the regular-taxi-mafia charged less than this. I wouldn't mind staying here again, but mainly since my boyfriend and I aren't drivers and couldn't rent a scooter, next time I would probably search for accommodation closer to the bus station because this would make it easier to travel to other parts of the island with public transport and avoid taxis as much as possible.
