The facilities were good, so I extended my stay for another night. It's almost the cheapest accommodation in Budva, but the conditions are quite decent. There's a big supermarket called HDL a short walk down from the apartment, which is very convenient for shopping.

I really enjoyed my stay. The location is great, practically in the center of Budva but not on the main, crowded streets. All the amenities are nearby – Megamarkt, a bakery, and a laundry. It's a 15-minute walk to the Old Town and the promenade, 25 minutes to Mogren Beach, 7 minutes to the bus station, and 10 minutes to the Mega Mall.
The rooms are modest but comfortable – good beds, a small kitchen with essentials, air conditioning, and a balcony. Three of us stayed in one room and it didn't feel cramped.
Seka, the wonderful host, is always helpful, provides tips, and is constantly in touch.
Excellent value for money. I recommend it for couples and family trips.

The hotel overall was good and worth the amount of money spent on it. The room was clean, and the location was nice: far from the noise but close to beaches and an awesome restaurant called ”Bankada”. The hotel had a nice pool, which was amazing considering the fact that the sea water was icy cold. However, there were a few small things that could be improved. For instance, the kids' playground, which was mentioned in the hotel description, was just a half-broken swing and a climbing ladder.

Хорошие, чистые, просторные апартаменты. Рядом с набережной. Находятся в торговом центре.
Рядом большой супермаркет. Нормальные цены и очень большой выбор всего.
Недалеко, на набережной, большая стройка. Как почти по всей набережной.
Заселение в 15:00, выезд в 11:00. Внизу есть парковка - 15 евро/сутки. Очень удобно. При заселении дают карту, по ней можно безлимитно заезжать/выезжать в течение суток.
В самих апартаментах есть небольшая кухня, сушилка на балконе.
Не хватает небольшого обеденного стола или барной стойки (место позволяет) и крышки для сковородки 🙂.
Хозяева - приятные люди, все рассказывают, встречают, в каких то моментах идут навстречу 👍🏻.

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment and really enjoyed our time there. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to get around and explore.
The host was friendly, responsive, and incredibly accommodating throughout our stay. We especially appreciated being given extra time before checkout, which made our departure much more relaxed and stress-free.
Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely recommend this apartment to others. We would happily stay here again in the future.

Muito bonita localização, UMA Grande piscina com vista para a montanha e vista para o mar.A sala é espaçosa, tranquila, terraço com vista para o mar.Tudo o que é necessário para comer.Mas o ar condicionado é Muito velho e mal trabalhado, a noite estava quente, de quem não dormi. Mas de manhã, o calor estava dormindo, há um estacionamento interior para o carro, que é muito bom, o carro não está sob o sol, há um restaurante Muito amigável perto.

GGuest UserНовые, современные апартаменты. Настолькотновые, что не все еще доделано (не является минусом). Комфортное проживание, приятный персонал. Единственный минус - нет стоянки. Рядом с домом только платные парковки. Но, я так понял, что парковка в дальнейшем планируется, но еще не доделана.

GGuest UserKendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik. Yücel bey ve Andaç bey çok ilgiliydiler. Kendilerine teşekkürlerimizi iletiyoruz. Güzel sohbetler ettik gayet cana yakın insanlar. Çevre ile ilgili işimize bayağı yarayan bilgiler de sundular. Turist vergisini de bizim yerimize ödeyip hallettiler,sağolsunlar. Başka özel işlerimizde de yardımcı oldular sağolsunlar. Hotelin konumu güzel. Old Towna yaklaşık 20-25 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Otobüs istasyonuna 5 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Diğer turistik noktalara giden yerel halk otobüslerinin duraklarına da yakın. Çevresinde bir sürü cafe var. Küçük bir avm ve süpermarketler mevcut. İstediğinizi bulmakta zorlanacağınızı düşünmüyorum. Tekrar yolumuz düşerse tekrar kalırız.

GGuest UserBooking was easy, the location was good, and so was the price. When I arrived, I couldn't find it for a long time. It turned out I was in the right place, but there was no receptionist or signs. If you don't have a signal, that's a big minus. When I found Wi-Fi, I called WhatsApp and found a place.
We checked in earlier than the stated time, everything was great, the room was clean and fresh. I went to take a shower and found someone else's towel in the bathroom. There were two sets of towels on the bed, and another one was hanging on a hook in the bathroom. So, out of three sets, only one was clean. There was also a stain on the bed, a lot of unpleasant details, furniture without handles, a leaky shower, outlets with damaged plastic, and protruding wires.
Internet access was important to me, but the Wi-Fi wasn't working. I wrote to the receptionist, but they never fixed it. I thought about staying, but because of the lack of internet, I went elsewhere.

AAnonymous UserThere was long hair everywhere. The bubble function in the whirlpool didn't work, so it was basically just a large bathtub. The windows are noisy, and the main road is right next to the house. You can also constantly hear dogs.
An early check-in was kindly offered free of charge. Otherwise, the accommodation was okay.

Dedicated space to keep and hang clothes in both rooms. Shadowy parking. Picturesque garden with kiwi, lemons etc. The host takes care of local registration. All good!

SsixmbThe room is quite new, but the stool on the balcony is so dirty that I can't bear to look at it. I wiped it at least ten times, but it's still very dirty. There is no one at the front desk all year round. If you have something, you can't find anyone for a while. The room facilities are not bad, but the design is not very reasonable and not very convenient to use.
