While looking for a place close to my business trip, I found the best place. It was very comfortable, and there were many restaurants nearby and parking was convenient and nice. They also kindly provided parking for us.

Ok so after reading reviews on here and on booking website it was mixed reviews I was worried and not I booked the room for £49.52 inc breakfast we was only here for one night we got a taxi from the airport to vertice roomspace it cost around €46 u can get a train however we weren’t sure where the train would stop the taxi driver didn’t know where the hotel was and stopped to ask for directions checked in fine receptionist was lovely and helpful u can pay additional for breakfast at €7 each if u didn’t book b&b the room well what can I say it’s basic I had to laugh literally a bed tv wardrobe and a desk air con didn’t work but it was cold anyway but if u come here in the summer u may wanna make sure it works the bathroom was small and the shower well u couldn’t swing a cat!!! I asked for another blanket as we were cold and they brought us one in madrid city centre isn’t far got the train which was €4.40 for x2 adults one way however cause we didn’t know how to use the ticket machine we ended up with a single so had to buy another to get bck u need the C3 line which takes u to sol which is the city centre bare in mind when u buy a ticket it only accepts card not cash but the main stations accept cash literally a 20-30 min train ride overall the hotel is ok for 1 night anymore than that I would choose something else Breakfast was standard the hot food scrambled egg sausages and bacon didn’t look every warm so didn’t touch that the breakfast was ok continental style I’ve had better breakfast else where in all honestly for 1 night it was fine the bed was comfy only thing is another pillow and another blanket and it would have been good Downstairs there is a little break room with vending machines to get food and also microwaves which I thought was a nice little touch

The location of the hotel is very central and well located, good cleanliness and good price quality. Before entering the hotel, Marisa, from the hotel staff, assisted us by phone wonderfully and explained to us how to check in online, since in this hotel it is done that way (something that Trip.com should explain and is not indicated) .

Please Avoid this place. It is cheap but nothing else! I stayed here checked into the receiption which is 24 hours after my working day. The place is near the metro cuatro caminos (a mainly poorer area of Madrid with lots of south american population). The area does have a 24 hour supermarket which was good as the hostal has no food/drink facilities. The room was a very small single bed as I was alone on an education course for my job. The room had a fan and tv and a small table. Once you switch off the light the fan goes off so you cannot sleep with the fan on at night with 39c heat. you cannot leave the window open as its not a safe place. The first moment I checked in, i quickly went outside to get air and get the metro outside. They checked in a drunk african man at 6pm in the evening who was walking up the stairs with a can of beer unable to walk or see anything (their is no lift to the rooms) you need to walk up around 50 stairs to the rooms. They take anyone from the streets if they pay the small charge to stay here. Second day, the two receiptionists or owners were fighting over money from the hotel they were shouting and getting agressive. Its was an uncomfortable situation to see. I left and came back after work for a shower and the room had not been cleaned. They said you didnt put a badge on the door saying clean my room. Couldnt they knock and say something? Very strange way of working? The next day I put the badge clean my room but NO nothing changed. It was an excuse.. Then I went and complained he didnt speak any English and didnt want to know he said the cleaners left and nothing he can do. I pulled off the bedsheets, but the bed protector was badly stained with blood and I also got a skin rash. I left the property 1 day early, it was disgusting. The toilets were not cleaned either and insects were crawling everywhere. This place should be closed down immediately. They dont take security or cleaning seriously, they dont want to know problems only take your money. I explained to Expedia about this place but the hotel denied everything. SHAME!!!

Immediately you get an e-mail stating all these rules, which is fine, except then I got an e-mail asking if I was female as I booked a female dorm room, and if not they would charge me the full amount and cancel my booking within 2 days. A bit worrying when you're travelling around Europe without 24/7 internet service. I made 3 different bookings on 3 different dates, so I got 3 of these e-mails, each time having to confirm I was a female over a period of one week, because the staff clearly don't have a good record-keeping process. Then after all this hassle, I got an e-mail saying if I don't pay for the first night, my future bookings would all be cancelled. I used to work at a hostel so I know the system, and it's clear that they do this a lot, just to get double or even triple the cost for one bed. That's how they make their $$$$$$. So obviously I didn't have a very positive attitude walking into the place, but I thought I'd give it a shot as I have stayed in countless hostels in Europe, and I can honestly say, without bias, that this was one of the worst. The beds are given a blanket but they are not changed after each guest, so be prepared for that. Also be prepared for all sorts of weirdos as this place is cheap and central, and not comfortable for a solo female traveller. This place is obviously going to be booked all the time because of its location, so let the weirdos stay there and stay somewhere where you will be more respected and not treated like a rule-breaker from the second you pay your deposit.

The room was nice had good amenities but was a bit small but that's not a problem although I could have gotten a bigger room in London for less as I paid $85 which was to much for that size expecially since Spain is meant to be cheaper. The staff where helpful and friendly and very professional. My main issue was the 1€ charge for a locker to store your bag after checkout. Not a lot but si ce I'd already paid more than I should that was 1€ to much so had to carry my heavy bags everywhere till midnight. Would be appreciated if you could just make that free as 1€ not a lot to you but to me after paying a lot already was a lot.

The location is good, the alleys are the Puerta del Sol and the subway station. It is convenient to go anywhere. There are many dining options. There are Ingles department stores nearby. There are supermarkets below, you can buy milk, bread, salad, yogurt or something. Going to the Royal Palace in Madrid is also very close, you can walk. The hotel's room is small, there is no place to open the two big boxes, because the bed is open, and the rest of the space is very small. The safety is not bad. On the 2nd and 3rd floors of the building, the elevator is also very small. Hygienic in general, but the quilt blanket in the room is not covered, the sleep is uncomfortable, the combing table is in the room, and the shower is separate, which is not convenient. The breakfast delivered by the hotel is very good. In the small alley on the right hand side of the hotel, walking is very close. The bacon toast made in the store is very delicious. If you go out later, you can save your lunch.

Although we have been 1 night we have been very comfortable, the very friendly reception girl, the only bad thing is that when calling the customer attention no one answered, we are sure we will return ☺️

Hotel location is very close to the attractions, but the hotel location is more difficult to find. The little brother at the front desk is very nice, the service is very caring, and when we go, we help us plan the most convenient and affordable route. Let us store 5 or 6 boxes of luggage. Thank you very much, a great experience.

I regret to say that this is the worst place I have ever stayed at. It must not have been upgraded since the Eighties or earlier. The room is very small, the bathroom is tiny, there are only two very old plugs, one above the middle of the bed and one next to the entrance (none close to the tiny desk, which is by the bathroom door). The wifi doesn't work. I have a recent phone and none of the 3 wifi lines worked. The first night there was no hot water. The shower holder was broken and we had to hold the cheap shower head in our hand. The room gave to the interior light-well of the building where all the air conditioning engines are located. Therefore, we heard their noise all night long. The window is very old and not double glaze. The worst was the bed. Very small (hard to consider it a double bed) and with a mattress that was probably 30 years old, extremely uncomfortable and completely worn-out. So, between the noise and the bed it was absolutely impossible to sleep. To have the room cleaned you must put the sign ”please clean the room” on the door, otherwise they don't clean it. But as no one bothers to inform you about that (does it take much to mention it when the guests arrive or to put a sign inside the bedroom?) if you don't put the sign, your room will not be cleaned. Now, if I had paid 40 Euros per night for this room, I wouldn't complain. But for 100 Euros per night, this place is a rip off. We went to complain the first night and the guy at the reception said that he couldn't do anything and that we had to talk to the manager the following day. We did, and she said that ”no one had ever complained”, which is something I find very hard to believe.... So: old place, tiny, not clean (there were pieces of chocolate on the wardrobe shelf), very noisy, totally uncomfortable. Does it take much to replace mattresses so guests can at least rest better? Just this shows how this place works. Avoid it.

Estuve alojada allí los días 8 y 9 de enero en plena nevada. Llegue allí a las 23:30 y, a pesar de tener la cocina cerrada, se ofrecieron a hacerme un bocadillo para cenar. Lo primero a destacar fue la amabilidad del personal. No aprovecharon las circunstancias meteorológicas para cobrar más. Al contrario, el precio fue más económico y me alojaron en el segundo edificio que es más nuevo. Tiene comunicación directa con la cafetería-restaurante. Comida muy buena y casera. Calefacción en las habitaciones que estaban limpias y bien aprovechadas. Me alojé en una habitación individual con baño propio y todas las comodidades.En la habitación no había secador pero bajé a la recepción y me prestaron uno sin problema. En cuanto a la ubicación, se encuentra a 5 minutos andando de n la comisaría y boca de metro de San Fernando de Henares. A unos 100 metros hay una plaza con farmacia, supermercado y tiendas dónde poder comprar comida. Ha sido un fin de semana difícil por las circunstancias en las que lleguye allí pero sinceramente, creo que he tenido mucha suerte encontrando este hostal. MI ”aventura” acabó yéndome andando desde San Fernando a Torrejón de Ardoz. Espero no encontrarme de nuevo en estas circunstancias pero si me vuelve a pasar volveré a este hostal.

I travelled with friends for two days and we just stayed there because the hotels were complete. Not where to start, the rooms smell tobacco, the room is so small that only one person enters the bathroom and badly, the bedside was burned and moreover, The room was very clean and the staff were very friendly and they gave us a metro plan. There is breakfast (cake or toasts and a coffee, colacao or juice) for 2'50, it is not bad. I thought the price was a little too high, because you are charged about €46 per night a double room and there are better hotels for a little more. Sincerely, if I come back, I wouldn't stay there.

The hotel is very good and I have been hosting several times,the only thing that needs to be put in more rules on co-existence because they don't let rest from 5 a.m. with so much noise from the baggage and more from the other guests. I have no sticks.

I have views found, for one of the hostel, surprise and hostel has little, there are more class hotels that are worse, it is of good quality, the bathroom is good and comfortable with good shower with full mampara (neither curtain nor mampara of a leaves), The room is comfortable, but it's quite small but it's enough, the care of the right and educated staff and breakfast is quite good and complete. It is well located with places to eat or dine next door, it is not a ”lost from God's hand” accommodation. To date everything is okay, isn't it? So how to justify my title? My lights and shadows?? Look all lights and no shadow. Well, rather my shadows actually are due precisely to that, to the lights and that being in Spain you don't understand not having pears, there are only a few shops that do not perfectly cover the windows and enter light in the night and, Although this is very special and subjective, it prevented me from sleeping and resting so I can't score this accommodation with a better note, because what is about is essentially comfort.

Sin duda alguna, es un hostal para pasar un par de noches, no mucho más. Cumple con las expectativas, sobre todo al contar con baño privado. Las camas y las almohadas muy justitas, no incómodas, paro tampoco una maravilla. El problema principal es que la cama tiene ruedas, así que si te mueves mucho (como es mi caso) puedes acabar en cualquier parte. El desayuno está bien, con productos de marca, pero bastante básico. Cereales, tostadas, fruta, algún dulce y café o cacao. La ubicación no es mala, en 10 minutos estás en el centro de Alcalá, lo bueno que tiene es que hay posibilidad de aparcar en la calle (que parece bastante tranquila) sin ningún tipo de problema. Además, el centro comercial que tiene en frente, te puede sacar de más de un apuro para cenar. No tendría problema en repetir
