The bed covers were for a queen bed however the room had a king bed. Surely housekeeping would have noticed the covers didn't cover the bed! There were 5 tissues in the dispenser. The window shade would not open. The bed frame hit the back of our legs when getting in or out of bed. The mattress needs to be replaced as there is a hump in the middle.  This is the 5th Tru hotel we have stayed in & this location doesn't measure up to what we have come to expect from a Hilton property

There is a big gap between price and the quality or service. Internet access in the room requires an extra fee, and coffee availability is limited. Parts of the facility are quite old, and the fitness room is in poor condition. As a small consolation, breakfast could be included in the price to win guests’ hearts through their stomachs.

Tudo era absolutamente excelente, a sala estava limpa, a piscina estava aberta, o serviço era incrível, não há perturbações para dizer que estava tudo no melhor

O Melhor hotel que vive recentemente é Muito bom, a localização é Muito tranquila, o quarto é Muito limpo, não há odor, e muitos serviços são Muito inteligentes, o hall TEM máquinas de café, água doce, café Da manhã também é Muito bom, tudo é Muito bom, a primeira escolha Da habitação no futuro, boas louvores!

O hotel está Muito perto de Alta Velocidade e é conveniente. Outros aspectos são Muito bons. Também está OK. O preço é Muito baixo. O Ambiente está bem. Este mês é fechado tanto a piscina Como o ginásio

This hotel was really nice. When we arrived they gave us a room that was not clean completely clean. We immediately went back downstairs and They switched the room and gave us vouchers for drinks for the inconvenience. It was walking distance about 10 minutes from beale street. There are restaurants nearby and the hotel have a nice restaurant. I would stay here again.
