Hotel com ótima relação qualidade/preço. Localizado mesmo frente à praia com muito boa visto do nosso quarto !
Concordamos com o facto de precisar de renovação porque a decoração é um pouco antiga.
O pequeno-almoço é normal mas bom e os empregados são simpáticos.
Experimentamos a piscina interior, a água era boa e a piscina ampla.
Gostamos da nossa curta estadia e se um dia voltarmos para essa zona, teremos todo o gosto em ficar novamente neste hotel.

I recently stayed at Hotel Lumen and had a really great experience. The service was outstanding – the staff were friendly, helpful and always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms are delightfully spacious and modern, much larger than what you usually find, with comfortable king size bed.
The bar deserves a special mention:
they serve excellent drinks and cocktails, perfect for unwinding in the evening at also to see the lightshow from or going out to the patio
Location-wise, it's very convenient depending on your plans – close to metro and within easy reach of both the city center and other areas.
Overall, highly recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Boa estadia, embora as instalações pudessem ser um pouco melhores. O serviço e as pessoas eram maravilhosos, a comida no hotel não era das melhores, comíamos apenas uma refeição lá e comíamos todo o resto lá fora. Adorei a vibração do quarto deluxe, muito em linha com a arte inspiradora de Lisboa.

A localização é muito conveniente, perto da estação de metrô. O quarto recém-reformado possui instalações práticas, água quente de boa qualidade e camas confortáveis. A recepcionista e os funcionários do restaurante são muito simpáticos e atenciosos. Há vários restaurantes nas proximidades, o que facilita bastante as refeições.

O serviço é muito caloroso, desde a recepção até o café da manhã, todos são recebidos com um sorriso. A água é gratuita para beber, e você pode ligar para a recepção para que seja entregue depois de beber, o que é muito bom na Europa. A localização é muito boa, não muito longe da Avenida da Liberdade. Não experimentei transporte público, então não tenho certeza, mas você pode pegar Bolt, que é mais barato que táxi.

O hotel fica muito bem localizado, com possibilidade de ir andando para alguns dos principais pontos turísticos de Lisboa. O quarto é de extrema qualidade, uma ótima cama, um ótimo banheiro, extremamente confortável. O atendimento das pessoas foi muito atencioso. A internet funcionou muito bem. Não fizemos as refeições lá, então não podemos avaliar

Hotel limpo. Bem localizado. Espacos amplos.
Um grande problema: Elevado tempo de espera para check in . Fila ao balcao constante ao longo dos dias( 2 funcionários ao balcao o que num hotel destas dimensões nao é aceitavel; atendimento demorado). Pequeno almoco bom mas ao nivel de 4 estrelas. Quartos esteticamente fracos mas óptimo colchao com guarda fato muito pequeno e com poucos cabides. Bom parque de estacionamento. Capsulas de cafe nao repostas todos os dias.

Não muito agradável face expetativas e classificação do hotel.
Em primeiro lugar, preciso de uma fatura em meu nome e com NIF e não sei como pedir à Trip.com. É URGENTE O ENVIO DESSE DOCUMENTO
Queria reservar o alojamento com pequeno almoço incluído, por engano não fiz. Quando pedi intervenção nesse sentido, já não era possível dentro das mesmas condições.
O quarto tinha pouca insonorização, o que ouvia todos os barulhos de um dos quartos contíguos. Estava virado para o lao da linha de comboio e isso incomodou o seu sucesso. Como consequência, dormi pessimamente.
Provavelmente, foi uma experiência a não repetir.

AAnonymous UserThe room and hotel itself are very clean, modern and easy to spend. Cospa is also very good, such as shampoo conditioner body soap, free water, tea and coffee.
However, there is a problem with the service. There was a leak from the air conditioner around the night, and I contacted him through whatsapp, but it took an hour to reply. He offered to change the room, but I refused for the time being because it was midnight. However, there was no follow-up contact or confirmation of leaks. There was no support or help.
The new towel is self-service, but I used it to wipe the leak, so when I went to get a new one the next day, there was only one, the floor of the room was clinging to feces, etc. The room was very clean and comfortable, so the response when the service and problems occurred was very uncomfortable.
There is no front desk, so it can't be helped, but I think that the response should be solid when the problem occurs. I will never stay at this hotel chain again.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is not located in the city, but there is a subway station that takes ten minutes' walk to the old city. It is also very convenient because there is no taxi in the city to go to the airport. The breakfast in the hotel is very good, the variety is rich and the quality is good, and the service is particularly good. SANA is a local hotel chain in Portugal, and its quality and service are quite guaranteed. The hotel is located on the flight network where planes land and take off, but the soundproofing in the room is good, which is perfect if you want to watch and take pictures of planes.

NNuannuanIt's been a while, but the memory is still vivid. The room was spacious, and breakfast was excellent – unlimited egg tarts! The capsule coffee was surprisingly good, comparable to freshly ground. Maybe I was just exhausted, but this last stop was pretty good. It started raining heavily as we left, marking the beginning of the rainy season, yet the taxi drivers didn't overcharge, which felt like a perfect ending!
I must have a soft spot for Portugal; even after 10 days, I still wanted more. So, I'm happy to express my gratitude to the places I stayed and the people who helped and served me! Wishing you all the best!

GGuest UserOverall great stay. It was a comfortable experience in a spacious room compared to a typical hotel room. Only downside is that it is bit further away from the city center so bit additional travel was required, but for the price and comfort I did not mind it. Only thing I wish they had was washer/dryer.

AAnonymous UserI recently stayed at thisserviced apartment hotel in Lisbon and had a very pleasant experience. The location was excellent, close to public transportation, restaurants, and many of the city’s main attractions. The apartment itself was clean, modern, and well-equipped, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including a small kitchen and a spacious living area.
Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere and the reliable Wi-Fi, which made it easy to relax or get some work done.
Overall, this was a great place to stay, offering both the comfort of a home and the convenience of a hotel. I would definitely consider staying here again the next time I visit Lisbon.

DDill ChenThe hotel is clean and meets standards of Iberostar hotels if you’ve been to other ones, with pleasant scents in the lobby. Used the gym but it was small, with necessary equipments so was okay. Didn’t try spa but you’d have 1 hour free access if book in advance.
Service was relatively low-levelled throughout the stay. First night of arrival, there weren’t sleepers in the room and surprised that slippers at the reception were out of stock.
Second morning I was made to wait in front of the restaurant to have breakfast, with loads of available tables inside, which were not cleaned up on time. The staff didn’t maintain the queue in a good way, the line was cut in by two groups of guests, and there was even one group going straight into the restaurant, with the staff not noticing this or explaining to us. No caring was shown verbally for our waiting outside of the restaurant.
Third morning was told that there’s no breakfast booked with the room, but it turned out that the staff put wrong room numbers on the system when checking. The staff guided us to a table without cutleries prepared.
Reception staff were friendly yet not showing the best quality of service if the hotel is 5-star. Response time could be shortened.
Restaurant service was terrible given the above. No apologies made for the situations mentioned.

1. The lift is unstable. When it arrives at the designated floor, it shakes rigorously,. I have great concern on its safety.
2. The breakfast is poor. The hotel requires me to pay for breakfast for every day, even I said I don’t want breakfast. Even worse, the food are always boring and insufficient. For example, I went to the restaurant for breakfast at 9:40am today. most of food including scramble eggs, toast, mushrooms were all gone. Staff noted the situation but did not refill them.
3. The room is small, old and smell not good.
4. The mattress is very thin

FFrancesco iacono123We stayed three nights in this wonderful hotel. Fantastic location, river view room on the 21st floor, super breakfast with quality products. Reception staff were always friendly and helpful. Everything was excellent. If we return to Lisbon, we will definitely choose the Myriad again.
